- A few things to remember about doing a bench press correctly. Feet flat on the ground for stability and balance and keep your lower back on the bench!! You see a bunch of these guys arching their backs like crazy when they bench...horribly incorrect and on top of that most guys in the gym know it and snicker while you do it. The fact of the matter is if you look up any professional or competitive lifting sites the rules are: feet on the ground, back flat...and they actually have a judge make sure he cant get his hand under your back and when the bar comes down it rests on your chest for a one count to ensure you are not bouncing it off your chest and using momentum to lift it. Do it correctly and you get the most benefits...do it wrong and you hurt yourself and look like an idiot all at the same time!

- cold pressed = extra virgin the olives are seeded/pitted, then pressed w/o any heat. This is cold pressed ror EV. Once that round has been done, they gather up the squished olives, add heat, and press again. More oil is released due to heat and higher pressure. This is simply olive oil.

- heavy weights less reps, your chest workout should consist of this, at the least. benchpress. 1 warmup +3 sets- total 4 dumbell press 3 sets incline press 3 sets, cable cross overs 5 sets incline flyes 3 sets this is a basic chest workout, in order to gain a high bench press you need to do different exercises, not JUST bench press. also you should be doing at most 6 reps per set, and on the final rep you should barely be able to put it up or need a spot, this is for best results

- Q: I'm in Girls weights and I can barely bench the 45 pound bar. I can do like 3 reps and then my arms give out. (we do a total of 5.) I can squat 95, incline press 35 and hang clean 35. I really need to be able to bench the 45 pound bar. Thats like the minimum weight for my class. Any tips on building up the muscle fast or something?
- you can do bench press type exercises using 2 dumbells a little less than the 45lb weight of the bar then build up your strength
