- Are you serious? getting press passes is the best you get the best seats in the house fo freee. there is nthing to worry about i once went to the austrlain open pree seats snd tehy were the best and no one asked a question and we didnt even have the passes we just sneaked in. so you'll definetly be safe. nithign to worry about or ifyou do you can always give the tickets to me you know

- leg press can be too easy with the 45 degree thing, much better progress and larger muscles can come doing squats and its better for flexibility as well yes bad circulation will exhaust your muscles and the bigger the muscles the bigger the effect. maybe you need some hypoxic training?

- Well you need to build two things 4 bench press. Pecs and Triceps. Do push ups with hands in close 4 pecs and do hands wide 4 triceps. also do bench press on the floor with dumbells maybe 6.5kg

- Leg press is a great exercise, however the squats don't only work the leg. They also work the core. Right now your plan looks fine, but consider that the squat is a more compound exercise and will work several muscles.

- okay, kev, start out with the bar, actually. it's gonna be easy, but you gotta get the technique down first.. - the bar weighs 45 lbs, so every weight you add on gets added on to that okay, so put your hands on the bar, shoulder length apart. make the thumbs up sign with both hands, so your thumbs point right to eachother. now, the only thing that is missing here is the bar between your hands. just grip the bar using this hand technique as for benching, make sure you stretch a little first, and lift the bar up, off the rack (have a spotter if you can) when lifting it off the rack, bring the bar down to slightly above your chest, nipple area in terms of placement on chest (make sure you do not bounce the bar off your chest when you have more weight on the bar, this isnt good for your ribcage. and simply try and lift the bar straight up, do this as many times as you can, dont focus on how fast or how many times you can, focus on keeping the bar parallel and make your movements smooth rather then jerky.
