all your power comes from your legs but i can see why you would want to balance it out a little. talk to your strength teacher/ coach then do the recommended number of reps and sets. then do that twice a day every other day. try it see what happens

The incline bench press will focus more on the upper pec region whereas the flat bench will focus on greatly on the mid portion. You should include both in your workouts but not in the same workout. Steve Reeves alternated Flat/Incline every 3 months. Also, though you should include dips or decline bench press to define the lower pec line. A more effective bench press is done by bringing your legs off the floor with your knees against your stomach. Then bring the bar down to your neck or clavicle. This takes your legs out of the motion and puts the bar out of line with the deltiod thus hitting the pec more completely. You'll have to lower your weight a lot though.

Bronzer is like a blush but it has a darker color and gives you a sun kissed glow. I like to use this in the winter because I like the effect it gives. You don't have to use it but it adds color to your face. Pressed powder foundation is a foundation that is in a compact. All cosmetic companies have this product, and it can be used by itself or on top of liquid foundation. Loose powder is pretty much the same but its a loose powder. You can use it alone or on top of a foundation. You don't need a loose powder or pressed powder but if you want a light coverage then I would use it. It is also a lot faster to apply than liquid foundation
Q: Mabelline Mineral Pressed Powder or Maybelline Dream Matte what is better like for pimles and li=ong wear
DONT use pressed powder if you have pimples and breakouts when you used pressed powder and a puff or a brush think about it your whipping it on your face and then puttin it back in the powder infecting all the powder with the stuff that was on your fast it can cause you to break out even more then before get loose powder they come with sifters in the jars and apply it with a kabuki or powder brush that will work best and help any breaking out mabelline has a good mineral loose powder i love it stays on long and covers ok also use a liquid or pan concealer i got the yellow concealer sally hansen made and covered my spots then buffed it in with a kabuki and loose powder
Q: i have just turned 16 and weigh about 10 stone.if i bench press 20kg will it do much building do my chest muscle mass. im doing 20 cus iv just started. any tips?
i don't think so because to build muscle mass you need to do a weight that you can do only 4-5 reps of. I am 17, 9stone and bench press 100kg to build muscle and 70kg to build endurance. Try to chose a weight that you can only do a few reps in strict form. Do about 3-4 sets of these. To build chest muscle you can also try pec fly.
Q: Ive all ways done the chest press till now. I can do 120lbs. About how much would i be able to bench press? Is there such a conversion?
Like the machine chest press? Well I would say probably 100lbs to be safe because the machine compensates a lot for that weight. Your pushing horizontal instead of vertical and the machine is designed to be more safe. It's really not the same workout at all because on a machine your not really training all your stabilizer muscles (it's more on an isolation) that you'll need once you switch over to free weights. Also on a bench press have a spotter if your going to push to failure for obvious reasons unlike on the chest press.
