But I can kick the crap out of people in football by popping and tackling them and even won a couple fights against people saying they can bench like a 150 pounds. I know they can do it though but I can only bench press 100 pounds like 2 times but am stronger than people who bench more than me. - You can do dumbell presses, which gives you a better stretch and a harder contraction. Incline dumbell presses which work the upper pecs. - Start with maybe 5 lbs on each side. I know it sounds stupid but you need to look down the road. After that start adding 5lbs. to each side after that at your discretion.
