- There's a problem. Bad power supply? Bad motherboard? Bad fan? No way to tell you without actually taking the computer apart and testing it. It'll keep working as long as the fan starts when you press F2. But it will probably start a different cycle soon - you press F2, it restarts, you get the prompt, you press F2, it restarts, etc. All that will have been damaged is the power supply, motherboard or fan - what's already bad. It just won't come back to life by pressing F2 any more. It's a LOT cheaper to troubleshoot now, while it's still sort of working. Bring it to a real repair shop (not a retail store with a squad) and ask for an estimate.
- Q: I want to start dumbbell chest press to expand my chest and muscles. I'm a begginer and doing this first time. I'm 32 year male with 140lb weight. Can anybody help me to find out what size (meant weight in lb) I have to start with? And as a begginer how many repetations per day I have to start with?
- That guys an idiot. 30 lb dumbells are way too much to start with at 140 lbs bodyweight. This aint the movies. Just get a couple handles and some plates, so you can adjust as needed. For curls, just start with like 8 or 10 lbs or whatever you can do cleanly for ten reps. In a few months you'll be up to 30s, but yeah start light.
- Q: ok so i shoot a lot ammo aint cheap and i'm planning on getting all the things i need to start reloading. i've been doing some research on it it seems like something i would really enjoy doing but i need to find out more before i start shelling out $$$. when you buy a press do you have to buy dies made specifically for that press or will any dies work?
- Most dies have a universal thread that will suit most presses. You will also have to buy shell holder and a set of scales. There are basic kits available that will have everything you will need to start reloading. A lee single stage press is a good basic start. There are kits available where all you need are dies and shell holders.
- Q: I really really want to increase my bench press. During school last year I did 135 lbs. I wanted to do better this year and do better next so I went to the gym and started lifting weights. I barely did bench press because I did not have a spotter. So instead I used dumbbells like depending on the day and workouts I do it rangers from 25-35 lbs. And I also chest press 110 lbs 10x and I do 3 sets. Today. I did 200 reps in curling ( did pyramids 2x starting at 50 lbs ) and incomplete it 2 with 5 reps per weight So when I tried to bench I couldn't bench at all. Is it cuz of this?? I did a bunch of triceps and chest exercises before this.

- Q: I recently started lifting heavier with much lower reps and hit the 400 pound bench press. I am looking to try for the 450 mark. I was curious as to what kind of Routines and styles people use/used that helped them reach goals. I am currently 5'8 and very lean at about 185lbs give or take about 5lbs. Eating is the hardest task for me because I lack a big appetite, however I try to eat 3 solid meals a day with a snack or 2 in between. Mainly Chicken and Rice. I am curious about length of workouts/exercises/routines/rep ranges/supplements. I use some cheap generic protein to cut down on costs along with Jack3d for my pre workout drink.
- 400 lbs 185 lbs is nearly elite, assuming your form is good and you're not doing it on a Smith press and are doing FULL reps to your chest and back up. Do you squat, clean, or deadlift at all? With 400 lbs on a bench press you should be lifting four plates on each side easily for deads.

- The Leg Press is for your quads. The squat is for you quads and glutes. If you want to build leg strength, you need to work on more than just the leg press and the squats. Do leg curls for your hamstrings, calf raises for your calves.
- Q: I want to know how to get a good cup of coffee using my new press.Thank you in advance.
- I have a French Press - plus a great Cuisinart coffee pot/machine, and a DeLonghi Magnifica 3300 espresso machine. I use the French Press very rarely, because I think the coffee is too weak - and I'm not sure how you can really get that great of a cup of coffee by pushing down on the grounds by hand. The DeLonghi has very high bars of pressure and the grounds are compacted into little disks after each cup.... The Cuisinart makes great regular coffee too - and brews directly into a thermal pot, which keeps it hot for many hours....
- Q: Is it possible for a family to press charges on a single child out of a group just for being suspected (by mere rumors) of vandalizing their house before?
- You can always press charges, but unless there's proof the DA won't actually file any charges. I could file charges against you for vandalizing my house if I heard you where seen by it, but unless I have someone that saw you in the house, saw you in the act, or had a photo of you doing the action the DA is going to dismiss for lack of evidence.
