Q: I have a Chevy 350v8It's not shifting when it should be. It's not shifting up at all. (its not a damaged transmission)-Where is the kickdown cable?-How do i adjust it to shift the trasmission up when the RPM reaches a certain place?Right now it has problems shifting up through gears at HIGH RMP.Could it be something else? I just changed the tranny fluid and filter.: The kick down is just that when you step hard on the gas it kicks the tranny down a gear. Check for a loose or broken vacuum line to the modulator valve or the modulator itself.

You could swap it out w/ RG-6 but, because the run should be relatively short, I don't think you'll see enough of an improvement to support broadband. Wire Maintenance will only support what you have control over, which is from the wall outlet to any wiring in your unit. Now, your landlord may make the request to get Charter to do the fix, but you may end up having to pay for it unless Charter allows the work under Wire Maintenance. Good luck.

Q: I have a 2002 Suzuki aerio with factory cruise control and when i activate it the light says its on but when i let off the gas it does nothing I've gotten it to work like 3 times other than that it doesn't work any suggestions on what it could be? any and all suggestions would be help full: Cruise controls are actually very complex systems. It sounds if the light is lighting up - it has power and thinks it is set. The system consists of a computer module, a servo box to run the throttle and the various switches and wires to control it all. The module and the servo may be combined. the servo powers a cable to the throttle body - or into the car attached to the accelerator pedal. The servo is under the hood and will have a cable as described and a wire with a large connector attached to it. Check the cable attachment. Check the wire plug. Maybe unplug it and replug it in case of loose connections. it will have a hook latch on it so release it properly. There are about 13 circuits and 6 switches that make it work. Unless you have a volt ohmmeter and get the service mmanual- you better entrust it to an electrical technician.

The valve is a mechanical devise and is operated by exhaust pressure. The connection is to inform the Engine Management Computer of the position of the valve as well as a trigger. The valve can be opened by exhaust pressure. As a test ONLY - to identify the cause of your problem, or to eliminate or condemn the EGR valve, you can remove the valve and cut a piece of soda can to block off the port and replace the valve over the metal plate. This will allow you to determine if or not the valve is contributing to your problem. NOTE: Don't allow the plate to remain longer than it takes to perform your test. It can cause serious engine damage, will cause emissions to rise beyond acceptable levels, and it is illegal, punishable by very stiff fines and penalties.

Q: I need to run 4160V feeds to some power vaults. Each Power vault requires three power feeds, a ground and a control cable. I've got existing 4 conduits.but I cannot find a cable small enough and think I need to retrench and run new conduit to at least 5, maybe 6 Anyone got a miracle solution ?: If you're dealing with 4000+volts of power ( I assume thats what you mean, 460 3ph isn't really high voltage and you shouldn't have a problem running that through 4 conduit so) You should either know what you are doing or go to someone who does - you should not be looking for an answer on here. There is no miracle solution when dealing with that much power.
