So I had this monitor I used to use, then didn't use it for a while, now I want to use it again but can't find the power supply cable. I can get a new one, but the thing is I have to know what to ask for, right? I don't know what cable to ask for. I did some google search on it too but still can't seem to find exactly the type of the cable that is specified. Help? Can someone do it for me so I can go to my local electronics score and look for a cable that will do the work?
yeah man, that 3 prong cable is synonomous with pc's, i used a old imac cable for the longest time because it looks rad.
when i remove the cable it becomes lighter again. what can i do to fix this problem. the os is winXP
Your power settings are messed up. For some reason, they must be set so that the screen will be dimmed when the laptp is running on the cord. You actually want the settings to dim the display when on battery. Right click onthe battery/power icon on the lower right side of your screen. Select Power Options or something like that if your running XP and adjust the settings when on AC. When running on AC, the setting should be set to max performance in all cases. Astrobuf
Today I was using my pc, it was running awfully slow so I restarted and it kept flashing quot;Power cable has not been attached to your video cardquot;. So I turned it off and flicked the master switch on the back of the pc and sure enough it turned on. But it was all low resolution and said no ati driver is installed. I reinstalled all the ATI files and drivers and restarted and the same error message came up. I then flicked the switch on the back and it booted up. I have also checked the Hardware manager and it says for the Graphics card quot; Can not start (error 10)quot;. So what I think is that the pSU is not supplying enough power to the graphics card, so the pc switches to iGP, I have a funny fealing it's the PSU, not the GPU...
Well, just to be sure, check out this site and examine the capacitors on your motherboard (esp. around the video card slot), on the video card itself, and the ones that you can see inside the PSU. I think that you will find one or more that are bulging...
I found some cable online that I can use, but haven't had any experience with any of this.
Years ago, Belden made the best RG59, but that may have changed by now. I can't imagine anyone using RG59 any more, unless they are co-phasing mobile CB antennas... or setting up CCTV systems. Cable and satellite TV providers long ago changed to RG56, and then to RG6, because RG59 has excessive losses at some of the frequencies used for these services. As to prices, compare the cost of the same thing from at least five different sources.
I know they can control networks but what about cable, what is keeping cable channels from just showing hardcore pornography 24/7even showtime has a no bottom/no thrust/no rod rule.I don't have HBO so I don't know what they use, but still do we really need the FCC to censor its obvious that tv channels aren't desperate to put porn on the air so why do we need the FCC (other the the frequency adjustments for radio and what not)
The FCC controls what is broadcast over the air waves. Cable TV is by subscription only, so if you don't like the programming you don't subscribe. Broadcast TV requires no subscription and is freely available to anyone who turns on a TV set. If the FCC were not there to control broadcast TV you would soon see porn popping up everywhere, since it is about the only thing that sells.
What happen's when you just yank the power cord out from the electronic (Computer or TV) while it is still running? Does it blow a fuse or something? And what should I do to fix whatever the problem is, assumming that the electronic doesn't turn on after i yank the power cord out?
in case you relatively desire to make a potential grant it relatively is large, yet i could look on OKorder for a bench potential grant, used stuff like it relatively is extremely good cost and frequently made and finished extra suited than you're able to do it except you have a great sort of journey at making home equipment. I certainly have an previous college potential grant that places out 5 amps at 20 volts and value ?5. a clean between an identical high quality could be ?a hundred +. good makes are Griffin George, Philip Harris and Unilab for academic instruments

I'm just amazed at how little people know about everyday things. The phone company actually runs their phones on BATTERIES... so when the power goes out, the batteries keep the phones alive... it has been done this way for OVER 100 YEARS... so it's nothing new.
im curious what a good rule of thumb would be for determining how strong a fuse to put in line to the amp. im getting a 2300 watt amp but dont know how many amps of fusing it uses. so i dont know its power draw. any help would be great
i have a 5500watt amp i use 250 amp
