- All good points, in addition you say you cleaned the throttle body did you spray carb cleaner in there? If so you can very easily short the IAC. It's more common on a Mitsu motor, but it will happen on the 420A also. It usually causes a problem ALL the time however, but just as a point, never spray carb clean in a modern throttle body, just spray a rag and wipe.
- Q: I have time warner cable's DVR and my remote control is really messed up. I've swiched out the batteries and even when I press buttons the lights won't go on. I am pretty sure that it is not the cable box that isn't working but the actual remote control. Any suggestions how to fix it?? Thanks!
- Just stop by a nearby Time Warner store and bring your cable box and remote control and they will switch it to a different one. I have seem people replace their cable box and remote for another one if there is a problem.

If you cannot locate the instructions, then it's time 4 U 2 go out and buy a remote that can handle all of your equipment. My Cable Box came with a nice remote ( a Motorola ) and controls just the HDTV the Cable. It has 3 more buttons on it, for VCR, DVD, Audio, that I don't really need, yet! Anyway, go ahead and buy a new multiple functioning remote. If you invest in a new TV, then it only makes sense to go to Wally World ( wall-mart ) and pick one up.
