Q: Both my new laptop and less than 30 day old netbook, have issues whenever I use the internet at home (ethernet cable-no wifi). But whenever I use public wifi for hours at a time, both are fine. I haven't used my laptop all day, it doesn't want to connect. I've restarted it and still nothing.
