- Q: why is power cable not recognized by notebook?
- This most likely isn't a windows 7 problem at all. It's more likely there would be some damage to the internals of your power cable at some place. Usually if there is, it's in the connecting end or the power conversion box. I would try a replacement cable first if you can. If you don't' have one, take it to a pc shop and see if they can use a test adaptor. If theirs works, it's the adaptor. If theirs doesn't, it's then more likely the power port on your pc is damaged.
- Q: i have a dell inspiron 9100. for some odd reason, it won't recognize its power cable. I have tried all outlets in my room that I can plug it into.

- Q: If Not What Do I Have To Look Out For Because Im Looking For A New Power Supply Fan.
- there's no such thing as a PS fan. the PSU is self contained, there is a fan in the unit, but you can't replace just the fan. You will have to replace the whole PSU.
- Q: What is the heat of the cross-linked cable?
- Video cable refers to the transmission of video signals (VIDEO) cable, can be used as a monitoring system for signal transmission
- Q: What does ZR-YJV 6mm2 * 3 cable mean? What does ZR-YJV6mm2 * 3 cable mean?
- The initial also said that car 3S brand stores, mainly refers to the front of the three S
- Q: What is resistance of the cable (resistivity of copper is1.7x10^-8)Answer is 14 ohms. But please explain how do we get there in full detail.
- Resistance (R) of a wire is given by: R = ρ.L / A where (ρ) is the resistivity of the wire in Ω.m ; (A) is the cross sectional area of the cable in m? ; (L) is the length of the wire in metres. Radius (r) of one strand = (0.51 / 2) = 0.255 mm = 0.000255 m Cross sectional area of one strand = πr? = (π * 0.000255?) = 2.0428 x 10^-7 m? Total cross section of cable = (12 * 2.0428 x 10^-7 m?) = 2.45 x 10^-6 m? R = (1.7 x 10^-8 * 2000 / 2.45 x 10^-6) = 13.87 = 14 Ω to 2 significant figures.
- Q: The cylinder is in the power cable about 2 inches from the connection to the laptop and is about one half inch diameter by one inch long. Does it serve an electronic function or is it just a mechanical assist device?
- It's called a choke. It's used to filter out unwanted radio interference.
- Q: I got a Alienware m15x about a year ago, and about 8 months ago on startup it would make two incredibly loud beeps and a screen would show saying 'your charger cable is not the reccomended 150w originally shipped', even thought it is. It would only happen very rarely at first, but now its nearly every time. I don't mind just ignoring it, but if there is a quick fix it would be nice.
- Try going to the support site and seeing if there's a download called BIOS Flash or something similar. You might also try going into the BIOS yourself (It should say something like Press F2 to enter Setup) and looking around for anything out of the ordinary (as far as your knowledge extends.)
- Q: My amp was working this morning. On my way home, the power cable came out somehow. I put it back in and it wasn't powering on. The amp fuses were blown, I replaced them. Then I went to hook the battery terminal back and the fuse in my power cable blew instantly. I replaced it and tried again and it blew again. Also the fuses in the amp are fine now. I did the same process when I installed my amp the first time and it was fine so I don't know why it's doing this now. The amp is a Boston Acoustics 800w RMS amp and an 80a fuse. Any ideas?
- you got a short to ground, make sure ANY part of the Positive (hot) wire is not touching the chassis
- Q: I am constantly just throwing all of our cables into grocery bags or backpacks and nothing ever seems to work well when it comes to setting up for a show. Are there special cases/bags that would work best for transporting XLR, 1/4quot;, and power cables?
- you can get little velcro ties for like $3 for 50. learn how to coil cables correctly (most pros use under/over) and then secure them with the velcro strip (I like to keep the velcro at the male end of the XLR cables so it's not danglight around on the mike end) and then they should be kept pretty well organized even if you just throw them in a backpack or something
