- Q: i bought a car from some guy..he had 2 amps but he took out one...he had the power cable running from one amp to the other. i just recently bought another amp and i was wondering if its safe to do this.he said it was working fine..he was powering 2 10 subwoofers..thats what im planning to do
- its safe but its better to run 2 separate wires due to you are wanting to use more power and one wire has a max load that it can handle...you run 2 and you will have more power to each amp
- Q: I have a Dell Latitude D505. I do not need comments on whether I have a good laptop or not. That's not the point.I heard a tiny pop sound, and after that, my laptop is not recognizing the power cable. I don't think it's the cable. I've tried restarting the computer. Any suggestions?
- Something broke and you will not fix your problem here. Only a computer tech can help you now.
- Q: I just have the power cable for battery, lost the ground cable.. Can I cut from power cable and use for ground? Are they the same thing or different cables.??
- for the most part, all wire is the same. Just a bunch of stands of copper and sometimes aluminum. So yes, go ahead and use the power cable.
- Q: i bought a record player at a garage sale. it is the kind that has to be hook up to a sterio (no speakers of its own). it has the two cables to hook up to the sterio but no power cable. will the power come from the sterio or did i get ripped off?
- You need to get a power cable. If you do some research online maybe you can find the manufacturer of the turntable. It may be a common type cord or maybe not. If you e-mail me maybe I can help more.
- Q: Hey y'all , so I got this LG X120 Netbook thing and although it works fine when power supply cable is connected, it won't play just by getting supply from its own battery..also i tried starting it up with the power cable on, and after a few moments I unplugged it, and the screen went black-I mean the netbook was turned off by itself..any help with that? thanks
- lg has not got reports like these there might be sum internal fault in the hardware of the pc so u should try to exchange this or buy a lenovo 1
- Q: So I use my laptop with power and only put in the battery when I take it around. So I sat my computer down and it abruptly just shut down. I powered it on and I set it down again and the same thing happened. The third time it went all the way to the desk top. I touched and moved around the power cable connected to it shut down. WTF
- sensitive power supply connection i guess
- Q: I'd like to know what type of wire/specs. for a 3 phase high power cable that can handle a 41.6KVa that will be buried under the ground? The voltage will be a 220 volts in 60 Hz. could you show me how to calculate or any charts are really appreciated.
- 220V is phase voltage. Then line voltage will be 3^-2 *220 =381V.The current will be 63A.(41.6/3*220 ).The specification of cable is 3phase 4wire 400V. 50mm^2(if aluminum) or 25mm^2(copper) UG cable . If neutral wire is not required, cable will be 3 wire type.
- Q: Electric power fittings, cable, tax classification code how to choose
- The incoming and outgoing wires are electrically connected together The potential is the same, which is suitable for tapping or branch wiring It is common practice to add the number of lines back to the number of times The three-branch cable splitter box, which has three equipotential bonding points on each phase, can be used as a second or two-in-one Cable distribution box contains U, V, W three-phase, three-phase circuit structure is the same, along the row together 2 High-level distribution box High-level distribution box containing switching equipment, both from the ordinary distribution box of the tap, branch, but also from the power supply circuit control, conversion and change the mode of operation The switch fence roughly divides the cable circuit into the inlet and outlet sides, and the potential on both sides can be different The switchgear itself has a larger volume, so the high-level distribution box size is relatively large, the height is generally 14 ~ 18m, the depth of about 09 ~ 10m, the length of the number of switching devices according to the number, M to 24 m The shape of the box is similar to that of an outdoor box transformer, and there are a number of active doors on the shell Some doors are designed for the operation of the switchgear Some doors are provided for the installation or maintenance of the cable connection device The
- Q: Sometimes I have to jiggle the chord or plug it in the right position to get the laptop to be charged. At first, I thought it was the power cable, but after buying a new one, I still have the same problem. Any suggestions as to what causes this and how to fix it?
- Pulling on the cable will cause the jack to become deformed, and cause poor connections. You will have to replace the jack. On some laptops, it is an internal plug in module that is easy to replace, on others it is soldered to the motherboard, a much more expensive repair....
- Q: I have a HP compaq laptop and a few months ago I started having a problem where my laptop sleeps/powers off when I plug in the power cable. The computer runs fine on battery but as soon as the charger cord goes in the screen goes black and the fans stop but yet the computer is still on.If the charger is plugged in when I switch on my computer I just get a blank screen. I have tried replacing the battery and the cord, changing the power settings, hibernate settings, taking the battery out etc. It's really annoying. Please help!
- Go into the Power Settings in the control panel. Check the settings there, specifically the advanced options when power is connected.
