- Q: I'm trying to install a GeForce GTX 460. It came with a supplemental power supply cord, one end goes into the card, and there are 2 heads on the other end, and i can only find 1 place to plug in a single head into my power supply... - You are taking a chance of burning up your PSU and your card. The card might perform ok under basic desktop situations, but when you try to game it is going to drain your PSU for all the power it can get and probally fry the +3Volt rail that the single molex connector is on that you pluged the PCIEx16 6pin pigtail up to. This might even cause a short of your motherboard and or ram on the motherboard, and could even lead to a frying of the CPU as well. Or maybe not, just a chance you are taking...

- The power cable and adapter will probably be unique to the scanner. You'll have to order the right one from HP, or through a computer store. The USB cable should be standard. Most printers and scanners use a USB cable with a Type A connector (flat) on one end, and a Type B connector (squared-off) on the other end. They're easy to find at Staples, as well as at computer stores.

- always go with the 4 gauge...u dont need to go any bigger like 2 or 0 gauge unless u just want to....alot of people say to go 2 gauge or 0 gauge when u add more power but look at ur powerline to ur house...its 4 guage and it generates 10x the current ur car will.....

- check the specs on the back of the tv. There could be some listings such as vdc or volts... or something like/close if not 20-Zoll/51cm call a tv repair person. but now that I'm looking at a pic of this square tele... are you sure that it isn't a self-powered tv?

- Q: I recently bought a 750watt power inverter and there are two small cables to connect to it that look like small jumper cables. Can i connect my regular (longer/bigger) jumper cables to the car battery and connect the other end to the inverter cables??Ive been told that this will blow the inverter, and i've been told otherwise. - You'll be fine as long as you don't cross the cables- red to positive, black to negative. If you cross them you'll blow a fuse, or the inverter... Oh, and don't let the cables touch, they'll short out
