<1> GENERAL INTRODUCTION AND APPLICATION

LP Type Long-axis Vertical Discharge Pump is mainly used for pumping sewage or waste water which are non corrosive,at the temperature lower than 60 and of which suspended substances are free of fibers or abrasive particle s, cont ent is less than 150mg/L.On the basis of LP Type Long-axis Vertical Discharge Pump LPT type is additionally fitted w ith muff armor tubing with lubricant inside, serving for pumping of sewage or waste
water, which are at the temperature low er tha n 60 and contain certain solid particles, such as scrap iron, fine sand, coal powder, etc.LP(T) Type Long-axis Vertical Discharge Pump is of wide applicability in the fields of public work, steel and iron metallurgy, chemistry, paper-making, tapping water service, power station and irrigation and water conservancy, etc.

<2> PERFORMANCE RANGE

Flux: 8 m3/h ~ 60,000 m3/h
Head: 3m ~ 150m.
Power: 1.5 kW ~3,600 kW

<3> OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS

1.The temperature of medium shall not be higher than 60 .
2.The medium shall be neutral and PH value between 6.5~8.5. If the medium is not consistent to the requirements, specify
in th e order list.
3.For LP type pump, the content of suspended substances in the medium shall be less than 150 mg/L; for LPT type pump,
the max. Diameter of solid particles in the medium shall be less than 2 mm and the content less than 2 g/L.
4.LPT type pump shall be connected w ith cl ean water or soapy water outside to lubricate the rubber bearing. For twostage
pump, lubricant pressure shall not be less than half of operational pressure.
5.The first stage impeller of pump shall be imm ersed i n 0.5m above at min. water level and generally it is suggested to
be within 2~3 m.
6.The wellbore shall be straight.
7.Specify the depth of well in the order list.
8.Special operational condition is subject to agree ment or technical agreement.

<4>STRUCTURE SPECIFICATION

1.The inlet of LP(T) Type Pump shall be vertical downwardand the outlet horizontal above or under the base.
2.The impeller of pump is classified into enclosed type and half-opening type, and three adjustments: non-adjustable, semiadjustable and full adjustable. It is unnecessary to fill the water when the impellers are fully immersed in the pumped liquid.
3.On the basis of LP Type Pump, LPT type is additionally fit with muff armor tubing and the impellers are made of abrasive resistant material, widening the applicability of pump.
4.The connection of impeller shaft, transmission shaft, and motor shaft applies the shaft coupling nuts.
5.It applies water lubricating rubber bearing and packing seal.
6.The motor generally ap plies standard Y series triphase asynchron ous motor, or YLB type triphase asynchronous motor as requested. When assembling Y type motor, the pump is designed with anti- reverse device, effectively avoiding reverse of pump.

Q:Please specify the reason, the more detailed the better, the head is the pump 1N fluid on the work done, when the flow rate increases, the shaft power increases, but it does not necessarily have to do with the head of the relationship
When the power increases to a certain extent, can not be increased, so when the flow increases, the head can only be reduced
Q:My 2000 Pontiac Sunfire has been overheating and I recently changed the thermostat thinking that was the problem. The new thermostat didn't help and the engine is still over heating. I am starting to think it might be the water pump. How can I tell for sure? When I changed the thermostat and refilled the coolant tank I left the cap off and started the car to work out the air. I was told I should see bubbles in the tank but nothing happened, I thought this might be a sign of a bad water pump. I think I will be able to change the water pump on my own I just want to know for sure if that is the problem.
It could ALSO be crud build up in the radiator interior or road junk in the radiator fins. A bad water pump USUALLY leaks and/or squeals
Q:It's been slowly leaking for awhile now, but today it dumped brown water out like a bucket, when I shut it off facing up hill.
you probably hit the nail on the head with the head gasket, but i believe there is also some kind of a heating device that helps to stop the water from getting into the engine. if the heating device breaks water can then condensate and get into the oil. i had to replace this device on my 93 grand am so i know it exists on some cars and trucks. ask around about this heating device. if it's the head gasket there is a STOP LEAK product that you can try from any auto store such as abc auto, pep boys etc. i've used it and sometimes it works sometime not. depends on how bad the leak is.
Q:Sewage treatment plant design how many pumps should be selected, head how to calculate the maximum design flow is 833M3/h
Pump selection to consider the flow, lift, diameter and power, but also with reference to the actual workload, the design quantity is 1666, how much can actually achieve? Head to refer to pipe length, height difference, elbow number, such as flow in more than 800 of the pump, lift at 35 meters, can generally meet about 200 of the pipeline work needs.
Q:My 93 Ford t-bird over heats and i really don't know what could be the problem, the radiator is working fine, and also the fan and the thermostat, i don't think is a head gasket because the oil looks alright with no contamination and there is no steam coming from the exhaust im beginning to suspect the water pump but the weep hole is not leaking. So does a water pump MUST leak from the weep hole if it is bad, or it could be bad and not leak? thanks in advance...
My husband says: If it has a clutch fan, the clutch could be bad; the impleller in the water pump could be bad or broke and to check and make sure your belt is not slipping. Hope this gives you some ideas!
Q:Pump frequent start will reduce the service life, I ask what kind of frequency is called frequent start?
How to define this frequently, this can only say, for example, the life of the switch is 60 thousand times, once every hour you move, it can be used for a long time, and that if you move one minute, it would not necessarily for long.Pumps frequently start the first self wear problems, as well as the impact on the pipe network, especially the soft connections.Water pump if the frequency of use or time, it is recommended to adopt: variable frequency constant pressure control.
Q:a water pump develop for africa

Q:Hi, my mechanic said that I need a new water pump. I have a 1994 Dodge Caravan SE. What is involved with the whole changing of a water pump? He said it would cost about $400 to $500 for the whole job. Is that correct? Were is a good place to go get one? I live in Staten Island New York. Is sears a good place for that job? What is installed when they do this job? Belts or what??? I thank you for your time and any help is greatly appreciated. I will be taking my car in this week and will leave a best answer based on the correct information. Thanks again :-)
does your van have a 3.0,3.3 or 3.8 litre engine? If it is a 3.0 liter engine then the job involves removing the timing belt. Book time is 4.5 hrs. The other two engine is much simpler, only 1.0 hr to replace the water pump. So since most garages charge about $100/hr it will cost you $450 and $100 respectively. Also it would be wise to change the thermostat and flush the system at the same time. That would be an extra 1.4 hrs or $140. Note: the serpentine belt has to be removed to do this job, so if it is worn replace it. There should be no extra labor, just parts cost.
Q:So I purchased this car last week. It ran great for three days until it started leaking water so much that it caused it to over heat. My uncle checked it out for me and said it was either the seal or the water pump. Yesterday we replaced the seal and still leaking water. So we now know it is the water pump. My uncle and every mechanic I know has turned down the job saying it is too much work. I even called two small shops yesterday and got turned down saying it was too much work. It is Sunday so most mechanics are closed. Can anyone give me an estimate on how much this will cost. The problem is everyone is saying that the pump is located inside the timing belt which is hard to put back after replacing the pump. Anyone ever have this repair done before or know a price range. I am a college student and need this car running asap and only got about $500 i can put into it. It is a V6 engine. Thanks
I okorder /... any one with a Haynes manual and a lot patience can do it, so if your short on money you may just have to ask every friend and family you know if someone can do it for you. Just make sure its the water pump. It will be leaking out from the timing cover, if its leaking from anywhere else it not the water pump (assuming you have a Mitsubishi engine. if it is the Chrysler V-6 it will be leaking from the water pump itself, and takes a whole 30 mins to change, do it your self).
Q:My truck turned off by itself and a bunch of steam and smoke came out and my radiator was dry. To keep it running i had to have the engine revved and at a stop sign hold the brake down. and slightly press. I'm assuming its the water pump however. It started yesterday as the colder weather started. What my question is what do you think it is and if you have experience with water pumps, how hard is it to replace i found one for $14
that don,t sound like the water pump. if it was the pump then it would overheat and leak out. check to see where it,s leaking at. if it,s leaking from the pump then it will have to be changed even though it still might not help it to idle. it,s not really that hard to change the pump on a 351W . the hardest part is getting into it. you might have to remover some stuff so you can work. the belt and water pump pulley will have to come off and the fan but that should let you into the bolts.
