- They are painted steel...not worth the time to haul to the salvage company...most salvage companies are overloaded with scrap metal at this time, many are not taking any additional metal....give them to the person who is taking the tile...he would be doing you a favor! Good luck

- If they are the ceiling tiles that lay in a metal grid that's easy. Pick them up and drop new ones in. If they are the smaller ones that staple to the ceiling then just pull them and restaple new ones up. If thy come down hard you can take your utility knife and cut around the perimeter and then replace them . If they are not bad but just stained you can repaint then with a stain blocker paint. I have had basement electrical inspected and we are good to go, i have also had a mold inspection and there is none present. - The carpet was probably removed because it was dirty and the concret looked better for the sale, If no mold is present than I doubt it was removed because of a water problem, throw in some carpet and a few cieling tiles and you'll be good. Unless your sayin the drywall isnt finished ie. no mud, than take a class at home depot how to finish drywall (its very easy) paint than do the floors, your all good.
