(1), perfect structure : heavy type Suspension ,designed thicker shaft and short cantilever , which make the pumps have stronger Carrying Capacity . some pumps with double volute structure can balance the radial force better .
(2),high efficiency:flow passage components of the pumps are precise stainless steel casting , which is smooth on the surface , efficient , high quality , strong anti-pressure capability ,
(3),good configuration flexibility :flow passage components of the pumps has different material to choose . flanges are made according ANSI / PN / JIS standards etc .

- Q:I had to have my water pump replaced on my '95 Saturn because the car was leaking coolantFirst, why does the coolant leak with a bad water pump? Second, I paid $250 part and labor. Did I get screwed or is that pretty fair?
- $250 on a 2003 Saturn l200 is nothing. totally different fom a 95 Saturn.
- Q:how to change water pump on 1998 hyundai sonata?
- it really easy, first go to any car parts store near u, i recommand (napa) auto parts. u may ask for a book to look or ask for print out instruction. any way u need a wrench and some tools, look in the front, there r u radiator, follow the hose that came out and it will go to u engine and right there is u water pump, take the hose out and take water pump out and put the new one in, but some time it not the water pump, it could be the bell, or just the termostat locate on top of weter pump or to the side it the out water to go to engine , so how u know u water pump broke, but u want to save money get u phone book out and look for used auto parts and order u water pump around ($20) and just go to library and look for auto book and go from there, or go to auto zone ,they have print out for u, ...should na drive toyota
- Q:I'm looking to buy a used 2001 Protege. The car is nearing 75000mi, but the owner has not changed the timing belt or the water pump. I found out that it is recommended to change the timing belt at 60000mi, but couldn't find anything on the water pump. Realistically, when would I need to replace these, and any idea how much it would cost? Thanks!
- That could have either the 1.6 liter or 2.0 liter engine. My information shows that if you have the 1.6 liter, at least you don't have to worry about bending valves against pistons if the belt breaks -- you'll just be stuck out on the road until you can get it towed and fixed. Not so with the 2.0 which is an interference engine. So if you DO have the 2.0, pay attention -- you don't want an expensive breakdown! You're on borrowed time at 75K. For both engines, Mazda recommends that you replace the timing belt every 60K miles. Gates (a major replacement supplier) seems to think these belts will go 105K. Since it's a factory belt, stick with 60K. As for the water pump, it's often one of those while you're already in there sort of things when you're doing a timing belt. 60K makes it a tougher call, especially with the better quality of water pump bearings and seals. If your interval were 80K ~ 100K as is true on some cars, I'd say go for it without blinking. As cheap as it'll be (it's really just the price of the pump), and it was my set of wheels, I'd do it anyway, even at 60K, if it needed to be pulled to do the belt.
- Q:Car is ford taurus 98.The car had some problems including overheating as thermostat was bad so was was not working. i drove it 25 miles to garage (i had to stop once because too hot to let it cool), i brought it to Ford who replaced the thermostat. Now they tell me some bits of thermostat broke and they need to replace the waterpump and want $620 for it. The other repair were also extremely expensive and i want to bring it to another garage 1.3 miles away on flat road.-1- is it safe to drive 1.3 mile with no water pump or should iget it towed?-2- should i have to pay for the water pump or is it ford's fault if they did not remove the bits of broken thermostat before reconnecting new thermostat to hose ? Can i prove that the pump was working when i came in if i drove 25 miles with it ?Thanks for your help.
- 1) it is safe to drive 1.3 miles if the weather is cold and you do not have to idle a lot - You are MUCH safer having it towed and do you want to risk an engine over a $75 tow fee? I would tow it 2) you should probably have to pay for the water pump - there is no way to prove it did not break while you were driving with it overheating, there could have been parts while you were driving. It is too bad they use plastic vanes now days, old water pumps could have taken the wear. It would be a lot cheaper if you could replace the water pump, but it can be very hard with modern vehicles. I would do my 69 Chevy myself easy but I would have to examine the Taurus before I would brave it out - $600 might be reasonable for a dealership to replace a water pump - I hope you find a mechanic you trust.
- Q:Can I use Ultra Blue gasket maker on a water pump? The packaging is not labeled high heat.
- i could replace the gasket now particularly of attempting to recollect on end leak. reckoning on the place you reside, it somewhat is gonna get chilly authentic quickly. Wrenching in chilly climate sucks. And if the unique water pump has by no skill been replaced, you're able to think of approximately doing that while you have it aside, no count if it is not too costly for a clean/rebuilt pump. i be responsive to it could be in simple terms my success to take all of it aside, replace the gaskets, then have the water pump crap out 2 months later. DOH!
- Q:How to measure the temperature of pump body?
- Pump body temperature in general, with the hands feel good, and when the hand arrived, can not accept, the pump will have a problem. Specific by their touch cooked.
- Q:im buying a mazda 626 for 800 abd the owner selling just let me know that the water pump is going out. is it a fairly easy fix or should i keep shopping for a vehicle?
- if the water pump goes out then the car can over heat, and if it over heats too much the motor can blow.then you will have to buy a whole new motor.it's really not a big deal to fix..for you it will be,but for a mechanic its easy.here is a BIG tip for you....i'm a car guy i do this all the time...plzzzz do not buy the water pump from a mazda dealership, you will end up paying hundreds..go to a junk yard and get a used one they work just as good, and if you can go to a near by occupational center where they have an automotive class they only charge $20 if you bring your own part.....hope this helps
- Q:Do you need a stop valve for the pump at home?
- It is better to connect with the pump. If it is a self suction pump, it can not be connected, but when it is pumped, it does not immediately have water, and the submersible pump is not necessaryMy home is a self suction pump, fully automatic control, I took the check valve, in the pump suction port position is very good, as long as it has started, there will be water out
- Q:1.5KW water pump caliber is 40, what is the flow rate?
- Because you provide a wide range of data, there are several models and lift and flow, if you are interested, please leave a message for me to communicate
- Q:water pump has small leak
- If its an automotive water pump, you need to have it replaced. Because of pump pressures and constant expanding/contracting there is no reliable way to seal the leak. Plus the leak will only get worse. Radiator additives basically clog leaks from the inside, like a bloodclot on a body. But the leak never actually heals and instead the stuff clogs other parts like the inside of the radiator or heater core.
