(1)perfect structure : heavy type  Suspension ,designed thicker shaft and short  cantilever , which make the pumps have  stronger Carrying Capacity  . some pumps with double volute structure can balance the radial force better .

(2),high efficiency:flow passage components of the pumps are precise stainless steel casting , which is smooth on the surface , efficient , high quality , strong anti-pressure capability ,

(3),good configuration flexibility :flow passage components of the pumps has different material to choose . flanges are made according ANSI / PN / JIS standards etc .
(4),long life :all bearings are from SKF brand , reasonable mechanical seals , these make the pumps running highly  stably .

Q: Fire pump and spray pump requires a preparation, 2 sets of the same pump requires mutual investment, when the main pump failure of backup pump automatically put into use. 1: so what is the throwing device: 2: where is the device installed? It should be in the water pump control box. 3: what is the principle of mutual voting? Detailed description
Now fire control cabinet has several requirements, multi-channel start, failure switch, automatic inspection, etc.Failure switching is when the main pump fails to start, the standby pump is put into operation automatically (and the two pumps are alternate).Mutual investment due to the original selection of different electrical principle is slightly different, but the same is the control of the main contactor, the main contactor when the main pump without electricity and suction time, time relay (or PLC fault detection delay is given by the pump start signal delay conversion) pump operation. You'd better find a fire drawing study.
Q: What is LG water pump?
LG pump LG refers to the name of the water pump brand, not on behalf of practical significance.LG pump is a high-rise building feed pump.1, LG, LG-B type of high-rise building water supply pump is a vertical multistage type structure, bolt the inlet section, the middle section of the water pump are fixed together, each containing a impeller and the guide vanes, the axial force of the hydraulic balance, the residual axial force by one or a pair of ball bearing;2, the shaft seal adopts special design mechanical seal, so when dismantling mechanical seal, do not need to remove the motor, the middle casing coupling can be removed from the seal, it has the advantages of replacement and convenient maintenance;3, pump transmission is through the shell coupling, vertical motor drive, from the motor side to see, the pump clockwise rotation;4, the suction inlet of the pump is below, the water outlet is above, and its relative position can be chosen according to the user's requirements, 0 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270 degrees for assembly, factory. General pump 180 degrees factory.5, assembly without adjustment, easy disassembly;6, the motor can be equipped with standard Y series of ordinary models.
Q: i have a well that i am trying to pump and i need to have one pump to bring the water up from the well, and one pump to take it out to our lawn. i just wanted to know if i could hook the irrigation pump directly into the well pump, or if that would be damaging to the pump?thanks!
Yes you can your pumps will not damage
Q: Flow 70 cubic meters per hour; lift 35 meters, choose what standard water pump?
1, what liquid transport, whether corrosive, there are no metal particles, or other dirty things2. Installation form (submerged pump, pipeline pump)Clear these issues, you can choose the pump according to requirements
Q: What is a variable frequency water pump? What's the difference between a variable frequency pump and an ordinary pump?
Variable frequency water pump refers to the motor, variable frequency pump should be driven by variable frequency motor pumpFrequency conversion, that is, adjustable frequency, frequency conversion motor is able to adjust the speed, adjust the flow, to achieve the purpose of energy saving, but also start small current, maintenance advantages of small workload
Q: OK i was driving and i noticed the gas pedal wouldn't really work and people were telling me to move so right away i moved to the side of the road and got my car towed home. a couple details are that there was smoke coming out of the hood, don't know what part of the engine though.there was not much water in the water pump. my dad thinks that the problem was it was leaking the water.the car turns on ac works it just shakes when it turn on the motor no condition to drive it obviously but it does take a little time to start the engine. i want to know if anyone knows what may be the problem and about how much it may cost.ohh btw this car model is a 1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible 2 door.thank you!
1] ..i noticed the gas pedal wouldn't really work.. - This sounds to me you gave it gas, but the car was seizing up by excessive heat, because of no cooling!!. You might have fuck2ed up the engine, or the heads. DO NOT CRANK THE ENGINE, DO NOT MOVE it until you are sure there IS COOLANT, there is good oil and nothing is or looks bad. 2] ..there was not much water in the water pump. - It looks to me you would not notice the difference between a Water Pump and a piano, if you saw one. You cannot SEE the water inside the Water Pump. You probably meant RADIATOR. Fill it up with COOLANT, not just water. Coolant elevates the Temp and allows for a better engine performance. 3] Inspect for broken HOSES. There are two one at the bottom of the radiator, and one at the top of it. Inspect that there is coolant in the RESSERVOIRE bottle too. 4] When you are sure there is COOLANT, OIL and there are no broken HOSES,crank the engine and find out if THERE IS A LEAK. You will probably find one. 5] Check that the engine's BELTS are all intact and working. You could have a broken belt and - in that case - there would not be alternator, water pump, etc... If you don't find any, it means you drove WITHOUT COOLANT, and it that regard, you are irresponsible and should not be driving a car, but riding a donkey. Seriously. If you damaged the engine, it could cost you about $2000.00 to replace the heads, that if it is still possible to repair them and keep the car running. Otherwise, bye bye... Luck.
Q: I moved into a house on a rural property in January, and we live off tank water and have a Grunfos PT18 pumping all our water into the house. The problem is, not all the time, but alot of the time my pump stays on after having a shower, the motor keeps running and restarting continuously as if it is desperately trying to pump more water through, until I go underneath my house and literally turn it off at the powerpoint, wait for a bit then turn it back on. I am scared if I leave the motor keep going like that it will burn my pump out. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this problem, or why it may be doing this, or is something causing it?Thankyou in advance, from someone who has next to no knowledge about pumps!!
Grundfos Pumps Problems
Q: hooking up a water pump to my tank and need a power supply
can you be a bit more descriptive have you a pump but no way of powering it if so what type of pump what voltage where is pump
Q: Okay so we have a water pump outside instead of city water. A few days ago we noticed that it would turn off like always once the tank was full but then just would never turn back on. It was odd to us since it would always turn on and off at appropriate times. Now its on maybe 10 seconds and it shuts off. I took off one of the clear hoses it has and notices a green ooze inside it. I cleaned out the ooze and tapped some of the pipes in hopes of some more of it coming out. Since we have had a leak there is green stuff which i am guessing is lime, on the side of the tank. I'm also guessing this must bee the green ooze. What should I do? Now there is no water whatsoever being pumped and the time it does turn on very little water passes through. To me it sounds like something is blocking the pipes but if I pay hundreds for someone to come replace the pipes and check out the motor I dont want to end up with this problem again. If anyone has any information as to helping me I would so greatly appreciate it.
do you have shallow or deep well its the middle of summer the well could be dry you might have lost your prime on your pump there will be a bolt for priming take bolt out pour water in to hole untill full restart pump if pump doesnt fill up you might a stuck foot valve.
Q: the water pump from the factory has an extra hole coming out the side its the smaller one on the end of this pic.
This is your recirculating pump. If it is a marine pump, it will have a brass backed seal and no heater hose outlet. (have seen them in the casting, but no hole there) The only difference is the casting, as long as it was ordered for the boat, you should be OK. For got to ask, do you have a cabin heater in the boat?
