1.  Description of solar pumps.

CNBM Solar Water Pump is the pumping facility driven by solar energy, which consists of a solar pumping inverter and a pump. Solar water pumps kit is called  solar pumping system combining with solar arrays designed according to different head and daily water flow for application. System is widely utilized for agriculture irrigation, desert control, pasture animal husbandry, city landscaping, daily water supply, etc.

In recent years, with the development of photovoltaic products from city application to huge demands of agriculture, pasture, desert areas, CNBM Solar Pond Pump has become the leading products combining photovoltaic industry with traditional industry such as agriculture water conservancy, desert control, daily water supply, city landscaping, etc.

CNBM Solar Pump driven by infinite solar energy, works from sunrise, and stops at sunset, need no connection to grid power nor diesel oil and battery. System can irrigate directly or store water instead of electricity in a reservoir. Solartech Solar fountain Pumps works with sprinkling irrigation, drip irrigation and infiltrating irrigation facilities, can be more efficient for water saving and dramatically lower the cost of using fossil energy.

2. Technical Features

Solar Water Pump is a pumping device powered by solar energy, consists of a solar pumping inverter and a deep well pump, mainly used for agriculture irrigation, desert control, pasture animal husbandry, city waterscape, seawater desalination, living water supply and so on. And there are lots of excellent advantages with regard the Solar Water Pumps.

1> Use solar energy, need no connection to grid.

2> Automatically operation, maintenance free.
3> Easy to install and move, high universality.

4> Clean and green, high economic benefits.

CNBM solar pump kit also named solar water pumps, solar pond pump, solar borehole pump, solar funtain pumps, solar powered water pump, solar irrigation pump, solar deep well pump, and solar submersible pump.

 3. Specification details.

1> Flow: Max. 700m³/day. (6 hours total)

2> Head: Max. 290m

3> Power: 0.37Kw~55Kw

4. FAQ

1> May we ask if the bare pump or the whole pump system would be all acceptable for you to make the arrangements?

The bare pump and the who systems would be all acceptable at your side. A controller will be equipped with the pump freely. Regarding the whole system, we can also make the best solar panels configuration according to your requirements.

2> How would we choose the DC or AC Solar Pump?

DC pumps had a better performance in the smaller power, such as if the power is below 3Kw. DC would be better. If the power is more than 3Kw, then AC would be much better. By the way, DC also can't achieve the bigger specification.

3> Can your pump work automatically?

Yes, it would be the basic advantage of solar water pumps.

Q: i replaced the water pump and redid the timing belt. now when i start it, it sounds like one of the cylinder is misfiring and makes a chucking noise. do you have to reconnect everything together to see if thats the problem? the engine worked fine before i replaced my water pump. engine like vibrates at each chucking noise. could it be incorrect timing even when the engine starts fine? or is one of the valves bent which is causing the vibration and noise? i checked teh spark plugs and they are fine could if be bad coils? or is the crankshaft weared out? please help and thanks for you help about my situation.
sounds like you didn't get your timing belt back on correctly...they can be a bear sometimes...go back and redo the timing belt and make sure the timing marks are lined up properly
Q: how do I know my water pump failed. 98 mustang V6 started to leak coolant from the front lower part of the the engine. How do I know for sure my pump is bad? Did refill and kept on leaking as I manage to get home. Little help please!
On Ford V6 engines there is a cover on the timing chain housing located under the water pump which has been known to leak. Sometimes re-tightening the bolts can fix the problem but other times it requires removal and replacement of gasket material. Look carefully around the front of the engine, if its your water pump there will be coolant seepage around the shaft, out of the weep hole or along the edges of the pump. If not look around the edges of that timing cover. Another way to check your pump is to allow the engine to cool thoroughly then remove the radiator cap, start the engine and watch the top of the coolant level. After a few minutes the thermostat will open and if the pump is working you'll see considerable movement of the coolant. This test won't tell you if its leaking but will tell if its working.
Q: I just replaced my starter on my mustang and i when i took it out for a test drive i noticed the engine temperature rising. i drove for maybe 2 minutes max and when i parked the car it had a small amount of white smoke coming out of the engine so i let it cool down, and when it cooled down i checked the radiator, it had absolutely no anti-freeze, which is weird because i had just put a gallon of 50-50 anti-freeze maybe a week ago. So to test it i put 3 cups of water in the radiator turned her on and water was spilling from the water pump. So me and my dad have concluded we have to replace the water pump. I called up Autozone and they have a water pump replacement kit for $70. We don't have money too pay for the labor so can some1 please give me a step by step guide to replacing the water pump.
Drain the engine cooling system. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe. Loosen water pump pulley bolts. Remove the accessory drive belt. Remove the water pump pulley. Remove the upper and lower radiator hose. Remove the heater hose. Remove the 12 attaching bolt and remove the water pump. Clean and inspect gasket mating surfaces. To install: Install the water pump. Use a new gasket and tighten the bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm). Install the heater hose. Install the upper and lower radiator hose. Install the water pump pulley. Install the accessory drive belt. Install water pump pulley bolts. Install the air cleaner outlet pipe. Fill the cooling system. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
Q: What causes a water pump on a car to go bad????? and are they a pain to change by yourself?????
The propeller shaft seal goes bad and leaks coolant. There's a weep hole underneath the pump shaft where you can see the whitish tell tale signs of leaking from the shaft seal weep hole. Most pumps are not a do it yourself job because the timing belt might need to be replaced as well and you need special tools and procedures.
Q: How do I tell the difference between a long and a short water pump? I have a Chevy 350 V8, a crate motor the same size is going in very soon. How do I tell which one I have so that I can get the correct brackets, accessories, etc.?
till it truly is made formerly 1970 it incredibly is an prolonged pump. bypass to a various factors place. the fast pump suits tight against the timing cover. The long pump has approximately 3/4 inch between the bck of the pump and the timing cover.
Q: When I buy submersible pump, the other party did not inform is the aluminum submersible pump, water pump factory production of aluminum submersible pump illegal? Is it against the law to sell the pump to the pump without informing me?
When buying, if you ask for a copper wire or a wire, and don't answer you, it's against the principle of good faith. On the contrary, if you did not ask to buy the water pump with aluminum core, then there is no violation. Because the country does not have any laws and regulations prohibiting the production of aluminum core wire motor, naturally there is no aluminum wire motor as a fake and shoddy products, there is no pre notice obligations. In fact, the aluminum core motor is good, and the price is low, especially in the dry environment of small and medium-sized motors, with good performance. Only used in submersible pumps, because aluminum is easier to damp than copper wire, due to bacteria and other corrosion, and its life is sometimes less than copper wire. But the water pump, aluminum often needs to rewind coil, because of a small submersible pump motor is not good around general scrap.
Q: I have a 2000 Dodge Stratus and recently had the coolant drained (not quot;flushedquot;, as the mechanic wanted to charge $125 extra for that). Prior to that time I never had a single coolant leak, but since then, I've had the coolant leak out slowly over about a 2 week period of normal stop go traffic. Now the mechanic is saying the water pump is leaking, and that's going to be another $600+ more to fix (over 5 hrs of labor), which I really don't have the money for right now.So two questions.. 1) what could've happened to cause the water pump to suddenly start leaking only after the coolant was drained, when it was fine before that? and 2) should I try using a quot;Radiator Stop Leakproduct? I know people say they can plug up the whole radiator, but if that were the case 100% of the time, you'd think these products would've been made illegal a long time ago.SO realistically what are the chances of it doing more harm than good? I still plan on getting the water pump replaced, it'll just have to be awhile.
the pump will quickly wear out if its leaking, and on those stratus's the water pump is run on the timing belt, which makes it a long and expensive job to replace. I wouldn't use the stop leak, just carry around a few gallons of water and keep the coolant topped up. keep an eye on your temperature gauge while your driving.
Q: I replaced the water pump on my 350 chevy small block with a new water pump and the thing is leaking out of the lower bolt hole on the passenger side. I was told to remove the bolt and coat it with permatex hi tack gasket sealer and reinstall it Any how I'm wondering why there would be a leak there in the first place, any ideas?
Remove the new pump and gasket. Reclean the steel surface and remove any pieces of the old gasket that might still be attached. That surface needs to be perfect. Apply the recommended sealer after this is done . Either a sealer or anti-sieze compound should be added to the threads. Recheck surface of new pump for any flaws and reinstall. Bolt in a criss -cross pattern and tighten equally , partially tight first and then all of them fully tight.
Q: Level 200 meters distance, elevation 30 meters, how much lift water pump?
According to the horizontal distance of 10 meters is 1 meters lift, 200 meters is 20 meters and 5 meters height difference of 30 Mega elbow, pump head floating down 10%, should be about 60 meters.
Q: I would like to know some details about water pumping (ie. coca cola pumping water out of india) i just wanted to know some sort of prosedure like do they dig a hole and pump or what? I can't find any useful other information when i search it all that it says is that they quot;pumped waterbut nothing more. Thank you =)
Usually they look for an underwater spring or reservoir, then they drill or dig into it. From there, they either instal a pump or use it as a well. As for how it works, refer to water pressure.
