Product outline
SLW series single-stage end-suction horizontal centrifugal pumps are made by way of improving the design of SLS series vertical centrifugal pumps of our company with the performance parameters identical to those of SLS series and in line with the requirements of ISO 2858. The products are produced strictly according to the relevant requirements, so they have a stable quality and reliable performance and are the brand-new ones instead of model IS horizontal pump, model DL pump etc. ordinary pumps. They are divided into basic type, flow-expansion typeA B C cutting type etc. in more than 250 specifications and with a flow range of 1.9-2400m³ /h and a head range of 4.5-160m. And, per the different fluid media and temperatures,
model SLWR hot-water pump, mode SLWH chemical pump, model SLWY oil pump and model SLWHY horizontal anti-explosion chemical pump etc. series products are designed and manufactured and have the same performance parameters.
Production feature and advantage
1.Compact structure. These series pumps have an integrally Horizontal structure, beautiful appearance and less area of occupied land, which , comparing with the ordinary ones, is reduced by 30%.
2.Stable running, low noise , high concentricity of assembly.By the straight joint between the motor and the pump, the middle structure is made simplified, thus enhancing the running stability, making the impeller of a good balance of moving-resting, resulting in no vibration during running and improving the environment of use.
3.No leakage. A mechanical seal of antisepticcarbide alloy is used for the shaft sealing so as to get rid of the serious leakage of the fillings of centrifugal pumps and ensure the operating place clean and neat.
4.Convenient service. Service can be easily done without removing any pipeline because of the back-door structure.
5.Viewing from the inlet of the pump, the outlet of it can be mounted in one of the three ways, horizontally leftward, vertically upward and horizontally rightward.

Q: i have the power max xp652 water pump, 2 inch inlet and outlet, 6.5 horsepower, and says it can reach 100 psi. now i bought the pump so i can use it for my mobile detailing business, the problem is im barely getting 40 psi out the end and its not very much water to wash a car with. Im using a two inch suction hose to get it in, then right after the outlet i reduced it down to 3/4 inch into a 50 ft. garden hose. this only got me 40 psi and the nozzle was basically just spitting it out, so i tried using 50 ft. of 1/4 inch pressure washer hose and it didnt change anything still 40 psi. so please if there is any way i can up the psi, please tell me any ideas are good. i dont know if its just because i reduced it down too quick or if my suction hose is too big. someone who is into hydraulics please help.
I don't know anything about the xp652 , but if this pump goes in a well you also need a pressure tank and then a preassure switch , the pump starts it you the get a tank , if your tank has a bladder it will probably be preset at 30 psi but thats not where you get your pressure the switch has two little screws one will set how hard she blasts ( thats where your pump comes in) the other one sets how low your pressure gets before the pump turns on again , But if the xp652 is an outside system , ( outside of your regular weter pumping system then , Never mind .
Q: I have replaced the presure switch on my water pump but it switches on and off when it is building up presure instead on staying on until it gets to right presure.Any ideas of what is causing this?
The switch may have gotten some debris in it. Try removing it(again) Clean the passage way out. If possible try running the water a few seconds while this is off to clear any debris than reinstall and check. It also could be low pressure in the expansion tank or a bad bladder in same.
Q: I have a 2001 Nissan Frontier the head gasket is shot[i think] checked thermostat and checked for clogs, flushed system, noticed bottom of radiator is cold but top is hot, is water pump shot?does not wiggle, or did i put thermostat in backwards? Steam poors out exhaust
Well, the most common failure on a water pump is that the seals go and then it begins to leak, and drips or pours down the side of the engine. As to the bottom of the radiator being cool, bear in mind that a large number of cars and trucks have a transmission cooler or oil cooler located at the bottom section of the radiator, and that would of course remain cooler than the cooling system as the oil or transmission fluid do not conduct heat as well, not do they tend to get quite so hot. I would guess you have not gotten the thermostat in backward, as if it were never to open, it would not allow the hot coolant from the engine into the radiator against the flow of the water pump. As to the head gasket, yes, steam from the exhaust is a fairly strong indicator that coolant is getting into the combustion chamber and being steamed off. Of course, that could also be a cracked block or cylinder head or a warped head that caused the gasket to fail, but the head gasket would be the first thing to examine.
Q: I have taken off the fan, and radiator, and ect, and i'm down to this silver circle thing-the fan clutch i believe and black circualr piece that connects to the actual water pump. I need help getting the quot;fan clutchoff. I tried using a wrench and wrenching on this peice between that and the black piece, but i cant stop the black piece from moving. I tried this site called pelican or w.e, but they dont tell u how to do that. I'm stuck, plz help!
Usually there is a notch, slot, or hole in the housing into which you can insert a screw driver or punch to prevent it from turning and then you can use the wrench on the bolts.
Q: Here is the deal...*Van over heats*Blows Cold quot;heatquot;*Added coolant and water (nothing happened)*Started van, felt the hoses (no h2o flowing thru)I really think my water pump is out, but I am not sure. Does this sound like my water pump. If so, I plan on changing it myself, how do i find step by step instructions to do so.... I have never done it before, but I cant afford to take it to a mechanic! Thanks for your help!
not water pump..its thermostate....why do u think pump?
Q: My dad wants to buy a salt water pump for a tiny pool.I'm not sure if it's pointless for the size that the pool is, but it is 12x12x3Is it too small of a pool or are there salt water pumps meant for tiny pools that I could look at?A link to any would be nice. :)Thanks!
If you live the ocean try the shipyard, or any ,were around dock...or online..
Q: can a worn water pump make the car idle high while in park when driven for a long period of time......03 grand prix
The water pump is only an impeller and moves fluid through the engine for the purpose of cooling. With that in mind, no, it should have no effect. Suspect you have a vacuum leak that is causing your high idle, check for a high pitched whistle and when you find it, fix it.
Q: What does water flow mean?
The quantity of water produced per hour
Q: I have a 2002 Honda Civic Ex sedan with about 105k miles. Sometime before 110k I need to get the timing belt replaced. At about 95k my mechanic asked if I wanted to replace the timing belt and the water pump. According to the owners manual the timing belt must be replaced, but it simply says check the water pump.I don't want to pay for unnecessary repairs, but I also know that both of these jobs are quite involved, but can be done together fairly easily. Is there anything I can do to check myself or do I just have to trust my mechanic when I take it in. Also, what is the cost difference between the timing belt job and adding in the water pump at the same time?
i would if i were you. that way you will know everything is good shape. besides a pump don,t cost that much.
Q: Hello, I have a 1996 Cavalier and it's got a small coolant leak by the water pump so I figured I'd replace it. I called around a little bit and one quote was $250. I'm sord of handy and have a few hours on Saturday is it that hard? I heard it's just a few bolts? Thanks!!
Look in a good auto repair manual like Chiltons. The library gets them, if you don't want to buy one. Make sure there aren't any special proceedures or cautions. Clean the area and examine it well to make sure of what actually is leaking. Commonly a worn out water pump will leak through a weephole in its shaft housing where the shaft seal is- or was. Pay attention to the lengths of the bolts and if they are different sizes, be sure they go back in the right place. If the engine needs to have air bled out when refilled with coolant, read up on how to do that and execute that correctly.
