Operations Conditions
1. The medium temperature should not be over 60oC, the density 1200Kg/m3, and the pH value within 5-9.
2. During running, the pump must not be lower than the permitted lowest liquid level.
3. Rated voltage 380 V, rated frequency 50 Hz. The motor can run successfully, only under the condition the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are not over ± 5%.
4. The maximum diameter of the solid grain going through the pump has not to be larger than 50% of that of the pump outlet.

- Hi You need to give a little more information type of water heater est or Central heating boiler , you cant just fit a circulating pump on to a hot water circuit first it would have to be gunmetal or stainless steel construction and have a return circuit and a proper control system, if you find that you do have a water heater don't fit a pump. this work should ideally be carried out by an qualified heating engineer if possible. - Q: I have to replace the hot water recirculating pump in my house. It is made in Hungary and the Manufacturer's letters look almost Russian. The only words in English are the spec's (amp draw, voltage, etc.) This house was built in 1998 and the plumber's no longer in business. It looks like it just threads onto a quot;capbut I don't want to start using pipe wrenches and just mangle it (it's very difficult to get to also). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike
- Typically, such pumps come as an assembly with flanges to match the existing pipe. Determine your pipe-size and purchase the entire system to that size. Your plumbing supply will be able to help you match all that. And the difference in cost between just the pump cartridge and the entire system is nominal. Get a good one, by the way. Grundfos and Bell Gosset are amongst the best, TACO comes in pretty well also. Unless you have isolation valves on either side of this pump, you will have to drain the system to do it properly. While you are in there, you have the opportunity to install isolation valves and other sorts of refinements for easing future servicing. Hope this helps.

- Q: replaced water pump and thermostat, flushed, opened bleeder valve had long life red colored original coolant, no visible leaks obstruction, when became hot on highway, accelerated quickly and temp back down to norm, eventually after 3hrs driving o.heated stopped and got towed home, new water pumps fins/pulley not turning as freely as old one, no leak out of inspection hole, hoses good shape.2001 2.2l ohv sunfire, air cond.
- Your new pump will be tighter then your old pump just makes sense and no you can not pack grease around the bearing, it's sealed you can't even see it. You have given me the best clue you could have and that was that you accelerated and the temp went down. What you did was force more water to circulate in the system. So that leads me to think you have air in the system or the fan is not doing it's job. I'm going with the air in the system but if your car has a viscus fan drive I'd give it a turn, it should not free wheel. Why dose the work head gasket ALWAYS have to come up when someone say overheat? Keep it simple and go back to the last thing done.

- This okorder /... Look on the front of the engine and see if it is there with a pulley and normal belt on it.
- Q: Yesterday my car was making squeaky noises in the front and then the fan came on FULL FORCE it sounded lik an airplane. It then started to over heat. I looked to see if there was any antifreeze/coolant in it and it was BONE DRY. I found out the water pump is bad. My boyfriend wants to change it himself but he doesn't know if where it is located is so complex he should take it to a mechanic. He has changed water pumps before. If you know anything about this.. your advice is very much appreciated!!
- Water pumps arent too bad to change. Just follow the hoses to the pump, should be connected to the sepentine belt. Your diagnosis seems to be correct,
- Q: Well I know the water pump is leaking and its leaking fast. So I put water in the coolant reservoir and when I drive it acts fine but then when I stop and idle the coolant tank starts too over flow and spits the water out everywhere. Car still being at reg temperature the coolant reservoir is steaming/smoking? I can't tell which. But there doesn't seem to be water in the oil??? What's going on? If the water pump is replaced will this stop?
- If you are loosing water due to a leak coming from your water pump the radiator can not hold pressure making the water over heat that is where the steam is coming from and as far as how long it will take you to replace the water pump time will tell if this is your first time it may take you 8 hours but like they say it is better to have tried than to have not tried at all.
- Q: 94 f150,302 engine. the water pump comes with 2 gaskets. one behind a metal plate on the pump and another for mounting it to the motor. my question is do you have to use sealant of any kind on both gaskets or can you just bolt it on?
