CQ TYPE magnetic force driving pump (called magnetic pump), is the new product, which use the permanent magnet join-axis working principle for centrifugal pump, and has advantage of reasonable structure, advanced workmanship, full sealed, non-leakage and cauterization-proof, its performance can be match to the same product of foreign countries.
Magnetic pump use static seal to replace active seal, that can make the over-current parts to be on the complete sealed status, and solve the inevasible problem such as run out, extend, drop of other mechanic seal thorough. Magnetic pump is made of cauterization-proof, high intensity project material, steel jade china, stainless steel so it has good cauterization-proof performance, and can transport the medium to keep from the contamination.
Magnetic pump has advantage of compact structure, good- looking appearance, small volume, low noise, work reliable and easy to manage. It can be widely use for taking out acid, alkali liquid, oil type, rare valued liquid, volatile liquid and circular water equipment, filter accessories of chemical and industry, pharmacy, petroleum, galvanization, food-staff, film and television development, scientific research institution, National defense industry. Especially it is very suit for the take-out of leakiness, combustible, explosive liquid.

- Q: mechanic says the bearings are going on the pump, and they might as well replace the thermostat while they are there.my question is he right?do they have to remove the engine to replace either the pump or the thermostat?seems like a lot of $ for a what should be a simple job ($450).thanks for your help!
- The waterpump is very hard to get at to replace it. They do no thave to remove the engine, but they do have to remove a lot of the components to get to the waterpump. And it is a good idea to replace the thermostat while they have all the components removed. That way you can be sure that the thermostat will not be a problem later on. Especially now during winter. I think that is a fair price, unless you can get somebody else to do it other than a pro. It is worth saving your engine. If it gets hot, and you run it, your heads may become warped, your waterpump will give out and will cause much more damage. you will have to replace the pistons , rings, or probably the entire motor. good luck my friend.
- Q: 1.5KW water pump caliber is 40, what is the flow rate?
- General 40 caliber flow is 6.3 cubic meters, two pole motor lift about 32 meters. The so-called flow, refers to the unit of time through the closed pipeline or open channel effective cross-section of the fluid volume, also known as instantaneous flow. When the volume of fluid is expressed in volume, it is called volume flow. When the mass of fluid is expressed in mass, it is called mass flow.
- Q: Water pump. A drip on the edge of the pump or drip on the ground. Serious concern on which one?
- The dirp or a puddle of coolant on the ground. usually means that the water pump has to be replaced.
- Q: i want to hook a pressure booster pump to a well pump so i can have some pressure out of the well, is this doable?thanks!
- That's an interesting question and it raises quite a few complicated hydro-engineering questions. If you used two pumps with the same output pressure, sequenced to switch on together, I do not believe you would increase the final output pressure over using just one pump. I'd think you'd need to have the first pump run to a pressure tank with a check valve and then use a booster pump to raise the pressure from that tank to the house meaning you'd need another pressure tank and check valve in the house. Have you looked at the air bladder diaphragm tanks that allow you to set the pressure by regulating the air pressure behind the bladder? This might be a better option than 2 pumps. Look at a company called Well-X-Trol.
- Q: I own a 2003 Kia Sorrento and recently I was driving and the car completely died. I had it towed to the dealership and the said that the engine was gone because the water pump failed causing the timing belt to snap. Does this sound right? I feel like I am being duped. They want 4,800 to fix I also owe 7,400 on the car. The timing belt was replaced 3 months ago. Could this be their error? Does anyone know how the water pump would affect the engine? HELP ME!
- Timing Belt has nothing to do with the water pump on my car.. Not sure about Kia.. Running a car without coolant and overheating will wreck the water-pump and possibly crack / warp the head..
- Q: hiI have very low pressure only on the hot water in my kitchen sink. Cold water is fine. Can anyone recommend a water pump/power shower i can use for boosting my hot water in the kitchen sink tap?Ive already tested the faucet by swapping the water supplies.thanks
- Why do you need high pressure from the hot tap?
- Q: What is a 1 inch water pump?
- The outlet is 1 inches (25MM) of the water pump
- Q: All of a sudden I have no water coming to the house/anywhere from the pump/well outside. It's a newer well, good water quantity (Florida...no dry up problems), no sand in water. I'm new to this house and don't know much about the pump stuff. Is there something I should look at or switch on/off. The breaker is ok. Help, I need a shower! :) Oh, there were about 15 ants around some box, but it didn't look connected to the pump...it's a box to the pool filter thing.
- Well Pump Not Working
- Q: We have fresh running water..no well... We just want to install it on our playground for the kids to experience a manual water pump. Can it be attached to running water? Do I need a tank? Help! Thank YOU!
- It would be best to have an auto fill tank, one that shuts off at a certain level. You would want to have a tank that doesn't pressurize. You could bury it if you wanted to get more realistic. But keep the tank small, so little kids won't fit inside if you get my drift.
- Q: implementation of regulator in water level control system
- This might be explained with an example. There is a water tank being used by a community (or a dwelling) and it is supplied by a pump from a well. There is a switch in the tank that is wired to the pump motor. The switch is activated by a lever attached to a float in the tank. When the float is in the down position the pump runs, When the float is pushed up by the water the punp is turned off. The pump first operates and fills the tank and then shuts off when the tank is full. When the usage of water drops the water in the tank to a certain level, the pump turns on until it is full again. The float, the switch and the motor are the pump regulating devices. This type of regulation is called two-position, like a light switch. Other more involved types of regulation may adjust a valve in the pipeline from the pump . This changes the rate of flow while the pump continues to run. The first type of regulation can be called digital because the flow is yes or no. The second can be called analog because while it is on, the flow varies in amount. If I have not adequately answered your question, maybe someone else will.
