- I use loose powder. I don't think there would be much a difference of the way it looks on its just with loose you have more control of Howe much goes on. You should try a loose powder and just see which you like better.

- I do leg presses a lot I do 3 sets of 10. I started at 30lbs now I'm doing 80lbs. and I'm only 100lbs I have noticed a gain in strength in my legs.

- Like the person a couple of people above me, sorry, lol, didn't look at the name, Bare Minerals is awesome-and it is worth it! But if you want pressed powder, Cover Girl powder works so good! It's easy to apply and it works! I also reccomend medi-matte cream from Cosmedicine at Sephora, my mom has really oily skin and she uses and she doesn't have to apply powder anymore but maybe once at the most
- Q:Can I use ground espresso in a French press coffee maker?Would this be too strong? Would it make a mess?
- No, you can't. Here's why: 1) That fine of a grind will over extract be bitter. Larger chunks require longer for the flavors to release (20-30seconds for espresso vs 3-4 minutes for french press) 2) If you read the instructions included with a french press they warn against using too fine a grind. The reason isn't that it will get through the filter; it's that the grounds will clog the filter. If that happens, you won't be able to easily depress the plunger and the pressure may send scalding bitter coffee all over the place ( you).

- Q:Ok, so I really need to know, fast about Pressed Flower Art. Especially from that kit where you get the colorful envelopes, trinket boxes, cards, glue, paintbrush, et cetera.
- picking depends on weather, morning with no dew is best i think. have supplies ready for pressing before you pick, so they don't wilt. you need: a thick book, napkins or paper towels, a flat surface and a brick or something heavy. next, lay flowers out on paper inside a page thinly and not piled on top of each other, go like ten pages and repeat, making sure paper covers both sides of flowers. they will dry in a sunny spot in about 2 weeks this way. if needed sooner, put between paper towels and waxed paper on outside, use low iron, no steam, then press in book for few days. use modge-podge glue/sealer to cover card-stock paper, press flowers down into glue, then let dry. you may need to weigh the corners down. repeat after dry to seal. your card should be beautiful. no need for a kit! you can sprinkle some glitter dust on top before 1st layer dries, or glimmer mist after dried. i have never tried to write on leaf but they get very brittle after dried, so try before? have fun!

- It should not be visible. They may have too much on or the wrong shade or not be blending it well enough. I would advise going to the Clinique counter at a local high end department store and trying some of theirs out with a specialist. When you find what works for you go on EBA and buy it at a fraction of the cost
- Q:how long should i press my flowers for? until they are fully dry? and after that i was thinking about laminating them and saving them... would that be a good idea? cus i dont want it to rot inside the lamination...
- i wouldnt laminate. it could damage the delicate flower. press them (firmly) until completely dry. could take a couple weeks or a couple months, it all depends on what it is and how you are doing it. just make sure you dont disturb it till its finished. leaving it to be pressed to long is much better than not long enough.
- Q:I can curl 85lbs on a preacher table, squat 250, 75lbs skull crushers, leg press lbs, but for the life of me I can't bench 160+lbs I don't know why? I'm 26yrs old, 215lbs. - Impressive numbers on the other exercises, congratulations. 3 hours seems a might long to be in the gym, but if it's working great. Now, don't get me wrong on this, but when you hit the plateau on the bench press, did you ever consider dropping back the weight. Say you have tried 160 3 or 4 times, and went to 170, but hit a wall. Well, next time time try 150lbs in a few workouts, with more reps than you did with 160, and than go back to 155, 2 workouts, 160, 2 workouts, and 165, 2 workouts. We all hit a wall at one time or another, and the hardest thing for us to do, is drop back weight. One other side note, throw in a few extra dumbbell presses. This may have sounded corny to drop weight, but it does work. Good Luck
