- Q: ok so i shoot a lot ammo aint cheap and i'm planning on getting all the things i need to start reloading. i've been doing some research on it it seems like something i would really enjoy doing but i need to find out more before i start shelling out $$$. when you buy a press do you have to buy dies made specifically for that press or will any dies work?
- With the exception of the Dillon Square Deal (which only uses Dillon's Square Deal dies) Every other press has the same threads as everybody's dies. So, buy the press you like and use the dies you like in it.
- Q: What exactly is the difference between loose powder and pressed powder? And people say that it's better to use a 'loose powder' for a tinted moisturizer, why?Thanks!
- Pressed powder contains more oil which hold it together so, if you tend to get breakouts, I would stick with the loose.

- they make the breasts appear bigger then what they really are.
- Q: I see people (even some muscular people) in the gym bench pressing just the bar with no weights on the sides. Isn't that just 10 pounds? What is that good for and why do it?
- The standard bench press bar weighs 45 lbs. Why would someone bench press just the bar with no weight? 1. Different people have different levels of strength. A woman who has never exercised before may have to build up to adding weight to the bar. 2. Warm-up. Even if someone is strong enough to bench press a lot of weight, they may use just the bar for a warm-up set before they lift. Warming up before you lift can help prevent injury. 3. Endurance. Someone may bench press just the bar as quickly as possible for as many reps as possible to build speed, or slowly for as many reps as possible to build endurance.

- Well no, and neither would the protestant churches. Most churches that came out of the reformation subscribe to Nicean christianity, in creed and selection of scriptures. Arians, Donatians, Gnostics, but of course also Manicheans, Zoroastrians, Mithraists, etc... would have had a chance to find an audience anywhere in Europe instead of being marginalized locally. What-if history on such a scale is really tricky though.

- Q: i pressed my mac pigments and let them dry over night, now do i actually have to take a quarter and press each one? whats the point of that? im scared to touch them i dont know if theyre dry yet or not
- I pressed a bunch of my pigments. Put the quarter behind the fabric and press onto the pigment mixture. The cloth will get slightly damp, that's ok, that's just the alcohol being absorbed. Give it a couple of presses, really hard, and lift up the shirt and quarter and voila! You now have your very own pressed pigment eyeshadow! Don't worry you wont ruin it. It will make it less powdery and it will be easier to use. happy pressing!!
- Q: Hello, I do not like to do bench pressing, because it fell on me once and i never want to do it again, is there any other exercise that will train that muscle that bench pressing trains?
- Pushups! Even better than bench=press, because pushups also involve your core (abdominal muscles and back) in addition to the pectoral muscles and triceps. You can focus more on the pecs my speading your hands farther apart on the ground, and focus more on the triceps by bringing your hands closer in to the center under your shoulders. As you get stronger, start doing them with your feet propped up higher (like on the edge of a couch or chair) -- this puts more weight on the upper body; and you can even do them one-handed if you get REALLY strong. Also, think about using two separate dumbells to do the bench press motion -- if you drop them, they will fall to the side rather than you ending up with a big heavy bar pinning you down. This way you can increase the amount of weight yuo're lifting over time (as opposed to pushups, where your body weight is as heavy as it gets).
- Q: I've decided to have a go at making cider this year as we've had a bumper crop of apples from our tree! What sort of press do I need and how big? Thanks!
- Alternatively you could opt for the fruit press version that doesn't include an apple grinder but is still sturdy enough for apples. With that you would just have to crush the apples manually. A single-tub press would be perfectly adequate and produce a fair amount of juice for personal use! Good luck!
