- u can develop a strong chest with out bench press....dips and push up will develop your pecs, but strentgh i have seen men bench 425 and can't do 15 push ups....i have seen guy do 50 push ups and can't bench 135.....you need the total package...

- here, okorder / the steps are the same. except that since you cant get into vista. you just put your vista CD in and use it to open the command prompt. (its on the disc, under recovery options)

My trainer recommended that I should do 15 reps comfortably with the 45lb bar before putting weights on. Will I ever be able to bench my bodyweight? when my current dumbbell press doesn't even level with how much the bar weighs?
- ya this is typical you wont be able to bench your body wight right of the bat.. lol it might take a while but before you know it youll be doing fine.. follow your trainer. although i don't like trainers because all they want is you're money but for now it fine. do push ups it gives you a 10 percent better bench press strength. but you should not just do bench press thats really pathetic. you dont wana be walking around with a big chest and boat arms right lol.

If you want to increase muscular size, you need to do progressive resistance exercise...Weight lifting where you can constantly increase the weight as you grow stronger. - Q:I use the recipe included with the press but dough will not cut from the press. I've added a little more flour, still didn't work. I chilled the dough, still didn't work. Any suggestions?
- Well i never make cookie and dont know what a mirro cookie press is exactly but one make sure you add the flour before the cookie is stuck in the press. Maybe try lightly spraying the press with a non stick cooking spray and you could double whammy it and try the nonstick spray and then dust it with the flour and then try to press those bad boys.
