- I just have to ask what country are you people who press breasts from? nobody talks like that here and so I have always wondered. and what exactly is pressing a breast? I picture you with an iron putting a crease in it like pants. In America we cup, caress, and fondle breasts. what is the purpose of pressing one? we press pants and we press flowers in a book. breasts are delicate and sensitive so yes if you crushed it hard enough to make blood come out her nipple you have caused a deep tissue injury inside. how romantic.

- No. You can't deny the press the use of your name. If, for instance, you appear in a court of law for some matter, the press have access can publish your name. Sometimes the court will supress a persons name if the press go ahead defy that suppression ban, they can be charged with contempt of court. But imagine if the press had to seek permission to publish anyone's name..............what about sporting events? What about celebrities? Missing persons? The list goes on on. It wont happen.
- Q: looking at the differences between 2 kits
- This is a GOOD press and you won't be dissatisfied with it in any way. Personally, I prefer to prime my brass using an RCBS hand primer. It just gives me a better feel for seating the primer properly. After tumbling, cleaning, resizing and de-priming my brass, I just put it into a small plastic bucket. Then while I am watching TV, I sit there and prime my brass and drop it into another bucket. When I am ready to reload, my brass is primed and ready to go. Some folks like to prime on the press as they are relolading but it just adds one more thing that you have to do when reloading. Since the hand primer is not cheap (about $40 to $50) you ought to see if one of your buddies has one that they will let you try out before you buy.

- Q: I have a rotator cuff tear and can't perform bench presses. What are other chest exercises I can do?
- Depending on which rotator cuff muscle your tore, you may be able to do flys. I wouldn’t recommend the dumbbell flys. The machine that does pec and deltoid flys will probably be your best bet. I would imagine that push ups would be out of the question. The fly machine isolates the pecs more and does not use a lot of the shoulder (deltoids) muscles. Try that exercise and see if it works for you. If you recently tore it, then you really need to rest it and seek physical therapy. I tore my supraspinatus and was out for about a month and a half - I did not do physical therapy. I have lost about 40% on my bench. It is getting better - slowly, it has been 2 years. FYI: The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) published a study on the effectiveness of the incline and decline bench presses. It basically said that those two routines are no more effective than the flat bench, military press (overhead shoulder press), and chin ups. In other words, they are a waste of time. - Q: : I am looking for a french press coffee mug that is equipped to heat the water by plugging it into the 12V socket in a car. I want to be able to add water to the coffee in the mug. Plug it in. Plunge it. and have french pressed coffee. It seems like a simple principle... but I can't find any available. Does it not exist???!? - you can find purses at nearly every gift shop in disney world. depending on how big it is, the characters that are on it, and the material its made of it will run you anywhere from $10-$50ish. and there are coin press machines all over the place. each machine is unique and has different pics to choose from. its worth the 51 cents if you have some shiny pennies and like the picture options. but i wouldn't go that cheap with ssouvenirs you could get magnets, jewelry charms, pens with little characters on top, key chains, little stuffed animals with magnetic hands and feet and much more for about $5 a piece. so you still wouldn't be spending big bucks but those types of ssouvenirsdon't make you look like a cheapskate.

- I would guess that a scholarly press is a publisher of original books and reprints of books used for schools. Can't give an opinion on the publisher of Grapes without knowing who published the copy you're refering to.
- Q: Most people do dumb-bell presses exactly the way they do bench-press that is, gripping the bar/dumb-bells with palms facing to the front.Some choose to rotate the palms inwards while lowering the dumb-bells so that the length of the dumb-bells is parallel to the torso. But I've seen a couple people do flat/inclined dumb-bell presses with their palms facing towards their face all the time. No rotation at all.What does this work on? Tomorrow is my chest workout day, and I'm going to experiment this workout. But anyway, I felt like I should listen to your experiences first. I'm looking for as much isolation of my chest as possible. I've already worked my shoulders today for an hour and I'm not looking to put all the weight on my shoulders instead of my chest.
- ive seen this also either i ask pros for help to see if this is safe or correct but if not in their presence i try it out and if i feel like its doing more work and isnt hurting me i incorporate it in my workouts another good chest isolator is weighted push ups its a lot more work than just benching b/c its at least 50 percent your body weight plus the weight on your back even if your benching more than your body weight you'll see the difference between them when doing it also incline or handstand push ups puts 60 to 100 percent of body weight on your arms back and chest super good work out also military press jumping jacks do wonders for your chest you just have to make sure even when jumping you keep correct form here is one of my little circuits i do to tone lift build strength for a whole body but also your mirror muscles abs,chest,back,ect will get much love from this dead lift 1 rep then weight back to floor to power clean straight to military press jumping jack about 5 reps to shoulder squat 5 reps back to floor then repeat of course with heavy weight you might chop this down to fewer reps, as well as if you choose lighter weight you might do more reps
