- Q: Should I use pressed powder or loose powder to set my concealer?I was thinking of going for Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder - Transparent.I need it to be as invisible as possible because I'm a guy lol
- Use loose powder to set it. If you use pressed powder, then it would look chalky and cakey since concealer and pressed powder dont go together.
- Q: i see people doing an incline and some lying flat on theri back doing a flat bench press. does it excerise different muslcles or just works the same and its just for comfort? and what the difference also on the bench press machine where the stack of weights are behind your head?
- The incline press will work your upper chest more than the flat bench. There is also a decline press that works your lower chest. Every major muscle group (chest, back, abs and legs) have multiple exercises that work different parts of each group. The machine is okay to start with or if you're worried about dropping the weights. The bench with free weights makes you work on your balance and helps work core muscles.

- Rimmel has a great pressed, but I can't remember the name. Also, Sonia Kashuk at Target has the best powder I have ever used. It's all I use now. It's loose powder with a powder puff, but it goes on so much better than pressed. You can't notice the make up once it's applied. I've been using my brightening powder for over a year now, and I still am.

- If you can bench more than your body weight, you are doing fine.

- For building muscles you'd ideally be doing 3 sets of 8-10 reps 3 times a week at the maximum weight you can manage, so press ups are extremely ineffective for building muscle. Doing the same exercise with an increasing amount of reps is an extremely ineffective way of building muscle, and amounts to a poor cardio exercise at best.
- Q: I just want to know if I can cause unconsciousness by pressing common carotid arteries. If it is possible (I heard it is), where should I press it, how much and how long? Is it dangerous?Than I do martial arts and our instructor says that there is a chop headed to the neck, which causes unconsciousness in a moment. Do it cause nerves, or common carotid artery? - Pressing on the Carotid arteries is dangerous because it can stop, or fatally slow someones pulse. As an emergency department worker, I have seen nurses and doctors push on the Carotid arteries of patients whose pulse was in the 200+, causing their pulse to drop to 100 or 90 sometimes lower. I would not recommend doing it!
- Q: Hi I wanna start working out because I wanna build my self image the problem is im a little nervous and shy about going to the gym because Im built like a twig so I was thinking about investing my money in a bench press would it be possible to build muscle with just a bench press??
- Yes you can build muscle with just a bench press but I would not recommend only doing the bench press. If you are planning on doing bench press make sure you moderate on days so you can relax your muscles, and new tissue can be built. Try to keep bench press to 2 - 3 days a week max. I highly recommend doing push-ups and sit-ups. They build your body, and even if you can't do many just start out slow. Then add more push-ups and sit-ups to your routine. If your nervous about going to the gym you could also just do the push-ups and sit-ups at your house.
- Q: I'm in Girls weights and I can barely bench the 45 pound bar. I can do like 3 reps and then my arms give out. (we do a total of 5.) I can squat 95, incline press 35 and hang clean 35. I really need to be able to bench the 45 pound bar. Thats like the minimum weight for my class. Any tips on building up the muscle fast or something?
- Just lie on your stomach and press up as many reps as you can, arching your back. Do this several times a day. It's a very healthy exercise for your back as well as building up for pushups or bench press. You'll surprise yourself how quickly you build strength - 45 pounds is very light, so part of your problem is that your muscles simply aren't used to being worked at all. My guess is you'll be well past 45 pounds before you know it.
