of course it shouldn't !! when you say the press you refer to a number of media companys who operate under strict regulations and corporations law. These laws have been thousands of years in the making since the founding days of democracy. ALL companys are bound to operate under these laws. They are there for a reason. Why should media companys, who are out to make a profit just like all other companys, have superior rights and priveliges to others ? legally they are an entity which has the same rights to both benefit and punishment as an individual. that is to earn a profit from work done to pay taxes and to not harm others in the process. as it stands today, the media and parts of the political/social elite have far too much privelige. to then allow the press to illegally wire tap conversation for example just makes no sense. why would you want a society that allows its highly untrustworthy media agents to do this activity ? especially since it breaks numerous privacy laws that we're ALL bound to !! In any case, if they ever get away with it, then it opens up the posibility that everyone will register a small business and operate as a media outlet, like a blogger, then use this position to set wire taps on rich peoples houses and set up camera in their bedrooms, and then use this media privelidge to get away with it. i mean i am sure murdoch gets his walls painted or fixes his toilet from time to time.. i'm sure it would produce some highly interesting and profitable material for a media business. so the traffic can easily flow both ways if the laws let the big moguls get away with this any longer.
Q:Now, is it me, or is this workout vaguely effective? Is this truly a genuine chest workout? I have always done flat bench dumbell presses and incline bench presses, and have just introduced the Decline into my workout. Despite this being a new workout for my body, I do not get sore, nor do I feel exhausted. Also, I can Decline about 15 pounds more than I can flat bench and Incline, despite having little experience with the workout. So tell me your opinion; is this a good workout? Is it a true chest exercise? How is it different than Incline/flat? Thanks guys,
I have been taught that there is no pectorals worked in the decline. Though it is not a good chest exercise, the narrow grip decline barbell press is an exercise for your arm routine. My basic chest routine is push-ups to warm up, 3 flat press, 3 flat flies, 3 incline presses, 3 incline flies, cable cross overs, then I do dips or push-ups to failure. If you have a graviton dip machine in your gym it is a great way to squeeze out that last bit at the end of your chest routine. Remember to randomize between dumbbell and barbell exercises to your body does not get accustomed to your routine. If you are looking for size make sure you warm up, but beware the dangers of over training. Get lots of sleep and your lifting routing should be banged out in 25-30 minutes. Then move onto your daily abs/core routine(s) and if you have a calorie surplus ... your cardio.
Q:How do I know what direction to press my seams?
Usually, the seams can be treated in several ways and sometimes it's hard to know which to use though often can be corrected later, but seams are pressed in one direction or the other for several main reasons: 1...so they'll easily fit with other seams when joining two areas where the seams will join or overlap (for example, a row of blocks sewed to a row of blocks will have two seams meeting at the corners of all the blocks...generally then all the seams will have been pressed to one side for one row, but pressed in the opposition direction for the other row so that when joined, the seams from each row will nestle nicely into the other row 2...so a darker colored fabric won't show up around the edges of a lighter one if the seams are pressed toward the dark fabric 3...sometimes also to leave more hand-quilting room since seams are usually too thick to quilt through by hand Some people these days tend to just press all seams open to avoid having to decide, and assume there'll be enough quilting on their quilt to prevent too much stress on any individual seam. And if piecing by hand, which some people still do, the seams aren't actually sewed over so that all options will still be open by the time that seam needs to be sewed to another seam area.

The incline bench press will focus more on the upper pec region whereas the flat bench will focus on greatly on the mid portion. You should include both in your workouts but not in the same workout. Steve Reeves alternated Flat/Incline every 3 months. Also, though you should include dips or decline bench press to define the lower pec line. A more effective bench press is done by bringing your legs off the floor with your knees against your stomach. Then bring the bar down to your neck or clavicle. This takes your legs out of the motion and puts the bar out of line with the deltiod thus hitting the pec more completely. You'll have to lower your weight a lot though.
