Brief introduction of  IH Centrifugal Chemical Pump for Waste Water Treatment

IH chemical pump is of single -stage suction anti-corrosive centrifugal chemical pump (axial suction) to transport the corrosive liquid which doesn't contain granule and is similar with the water in adherence. It's label rate and size meet with the
Standard of ISO2858 and the technology condition meets with the standard of GB/T5656-1994. It features various performance. High efficiency and easy access repair. The efficiency is 5% higher than that of the model F. It is the preferentially recommended product. T
He medium temperature is between 28 ºC to 105ºC
The additional measurement in mechanical seal and cooling measurement can ensure transportation of higher temperature of medium.

Application of IH Centrifugal Chemical Pump for Waste Water Treatment

It is widely used at the industries to transport kinds of corrosive medium and the medium similar with water which must be immune to pollution such as petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, synthetic fiber,
Pharmacy, foodstuff, waste water treatment

FAQ

How can I get trained on CNBM products?

Yes, we provide training courses in our factory (products, general and specific pump technology, hydraulics, and practical applications). Please consult your sales manager or get in touch with our headquarters for more information.

Are your pumps cheaper than those of your competitors?

CNBM aims to give its customers the highest standards of quality and service and delivery times, all at a reasonable price.

Do you have self-priming pumps?

Yes, our product portfolio also includes two ranges of self-priming pumps: self-priming electric pumps and self-priming side channel pumps.

Is it really necessary to fit a bleed valve for the boxes?

It is always best to have a bleed valve as the gas produced by the fermenting sewage is potentially hazardous.

Q: Our house is situated on very sandy soil. I suspect that my water pump may be getting clogged with sand and silt and other debris. The water flow from the sinks and showers often stops randomly in the middle of the water running only to turn on maybe 30 seconds later. This seems to happen more and more frequently now where as a year ago and beyond it never occurred. Any suggestions?
I guess you are on a well system. If that is the case then you for sure have a problem with your pump. Good luck.
Q: Water pumps are always pumping water, what's the matter?
Cause analysis of water pump without waterThere is air in the inlet pipe and pump body(1) before the water pump is started, the water is not filled enough. Sometimes it seems that the water has been discharged from the vent hole, but the pump shaft is not rotated. The air is completely discharged, resulting in a small amount of air remaining in the inlet pipe or pump body.(2) in contact with the water pump inlet of the horizontal application of reverse flow direction, fell more than 0.5% slope, connect one end of the highest import pumps, do not completely level. If the upward tilt, the intake pipe will retain air, reducing the water pipes and pumps in the vacuum, water absorption.(3) pump packing has been used for long-term wear or packing pressed too loose, discharge gap caused by the large amounts of water from filling with the shaft sleeve, the external air gap into the pump from the inside, affected the water.(4) because of the long latent water and the corrosion of the pipe wall, the water inlet of the water inlet is constantly dropping. When the holes appear above the water, the air enters the water inlet pipe from the hole.(5) there is a crack at the bend of the inlet pipe, and there is a small gap between the inlet pipe and the water pump, which may cause the air to enter the inlet pipe.
Q: Who can tell me such water pump medium flow direction should be what kind of, from left to right, or from right to left, is low into the higher?
In the picture, to the right is the entrance, the left is the exit, the water pump inlet channel section area generally will be bigger than the export.
Q: I was vacuuming up water from my basement I assumed was from the rain, suddenly water started spraying out of a blue pump at the base of my furnace, don't know what the pump does or why its spraying but its making an awful mess.

Q: My water pump keeps getting quite hot after each use. Everything seems to be working properly, except I think that the heat may cause it to burn out and that would cause a huge problem. My pump pulls water from a ground level water tank and pushes water up three flats to the part of my house used for living quarters. The pressure setting is set to cut out at 40psi and cut in at 25psi. What can I do myself before calling in expensive experts?
You have an air volume problem and the tank is water logged. When this happens the pump motor short cycles and creates more heat than it can dissipate. A device inside the motor windings cuts the power until it cools again. You can cut the power off, drain the tank, then start all over, it will give you1/3 air pressure volume over 2/3 water. They have an air volume control that may not be operating properly. I use an air compressor on my pump and pump air into the tank about once every two months. It all depends on how much the pump runs.
Q: 55KW how large is the water pump wiring?
The general centrifugal pump is a three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor with a power factor of 0.85I=P/U/1.732/COS=55KW/380V/1.732/0.85=98.3A, light load, such as the use of YJV cable, ZR-YJV-0.6/1, 3*35mm2 copper core cable can be, such as heavy load or select VV cable, the cross-sectional area should be extended to 3*50mm2
Q: I have a 1994 Plymoth Grand voyager and it is loosing anti freeze it was a little leak now I can't see it leaking but it is empty could it be the water pump? It does get hot now. what other things happen when your water pump is going out does the heater not get hot anymore?
If okorder /.. This site will help you determine if the pump is going out. Question: is there an intense sweet smell? If so, your head gasket(s)may be where the leak resides. Most of the leak would burn from the hot engine causing the sweet smell. Does your vehicle overheat? How fast does the coolant drain? Due to cramped space for a minivan, I can understand how you can't see it leaking.
Q: 89 Dodge van overheats, no water leak, replaced thermostat but still overheats.
A water pump shows signs of dripping through whats called a weep hole on the underside of the water pump.
Q: I have a 2002 Honda Civic Ex sedan with about 105k miles. Sometime before 110k I need to get the timing belt replaced. At about 95k my mechanic asked if I wanted to replace the timing belt and the water pump. According to the owners manual the timing belt must be replaced, but it simply says check the water pump.I don't want to pay for unnecessary repairs, but I also know that both of these jobs are quite involved, but can be done together fairly easily. Is there anything I can do to check myself or do I just have to trust my mechanic when I take it in. Also, what is the cost difference between the timing belt job and adding in the water pump at the same time?
i would if i were you. that way you will know everything is good shape. besides a pump don,t cost that much.
Q: just pulled my well pipe up and installed a new foot valve will i have to fill the pipes back up with water before i can get it to pump
How To Prime A Pump: (Need: Gallon jug of drinking water, a roll of teflon tape, and an adjustable wrench or a pipe wrench.) A. Unplug pump (or cut OFF breaker box at pump, if one). B. Unscrew (counter-clockwise) the largest (3/4) plug on top of pump head. C. Wrap 2-3 flat turns (clockwise only) of teflon tape on threads of plug. D. Pour water into plug hole until full, and quickly start threads of plug by hand. E. Plug in or turn on pump, and finger-tighten plug (air and water will bubble out around threads as you do so) until pump picks up prime. Then wrench-tighten plug when it does. Repeat all steps, if necessary, until you have full water pressure and pump cuts off on its own. Good Luck!
