- Q: i'd like to heat press som letters onto the back of my under armour. is this possible? if yea, are there any special precations to take take? will any store that heatpresses letters do it? thanks for the help
- Under Armour, Dri-Fit and other performance fabrics can be heat pressed, but they are not the same as a nylon or polyester jersey, and that is important to know when you put lettering on. Because Under Armour is made to stretch, you want lettering that can stretch with your shirt without peeling off, cracking or wrinkling. If you take your shirt to a shop for heat pressing, you'll want them to promise you that the material they're using is made for performance fabrics. Ask them if they have a sample you can touch and stretch for yourself. One heat-press material made for performance fabric is STAHLS' SuperFILM. Right now, it comes on a roll, not pre-cut lettering. But, if the shop has a vinyl cutter, they should be able to cut SuperFILM and do your name or design easily. Good luck!
- Q: Hi!I have started a strength training routine in the mornings. Unfortunately it is hard to find anyone I know to come with and spot me that early in the morning. So what is a good replacement exercise for the bench press to work the chest in case I have no one to spot me. I guess preferably something using a machine that I won't need that spotter for.I know that pushups with the hands out wide work the chest, but I have no idea if they are effective enough to replace the bench press. So anything that might work about as well as a bench press would be great!Thanks!
- Well incline d/bell press, flat flyes, incline flyes ,pullovers decline d/bell press all done with dumbells. , follow each set with a set of pushups. If you dont have a spotter make the bench a rep day, go heavy on another day. You should change exercises and reps all the time anyway.
- Q: I have a multi-stage Dillon Square Deal set up for 9 mm.I also have a Lee Single-stage set up with Lee 45 ACP dies.I'm planning to move to a Multi-stage press for the 45 ACP to save reloading time.__I would like to ask for suggestions for a multi-stage press, preferably one which will use the existing Lee 45 ACP standard size dies.Please provide me with approximate cost, warranties and helpful tips for your recommendation.Thanks very much.

- Someone pressed charges as he is on probation. Usually the police do under the law since most states do not require someone to press charges other than the police. If charged once, charging him again is unconstitutional. Moreover, this is probably a misdemeanor assault and the Statute of Limitations is 1 year. Too late.

I have been going to a salon to get my hair pressed, but I am wondering if every two weeks (twice a month) is too often. She does the new school pressing where she blow dries it straight and then straightens the hair with a ceramic flat iron--she does not actually use the hot comb. I am very satisfied with how it looks and feels, but I'd like to know if once every two weeks is too often for hair to be pressed/ flat-ironed.
- I press my hair every Friday and it still look fine. Maybe after a decade I will certainly detect some damage. But right now, its just perfect. Just make sure you shampoo and condition it with Pentene. It works fine on my hair.
