- leg press can be too easy with the 45 degree thing, much better progress and larger muscles can come doing squats and its better for flexibility as well yes bad circulation will exhaust your muscles and the bigger the muscles the bigger the effect. maybe you need some hypoxic training?
- Q: I would like to press a purple carnation I got 3-4 days ago. I would prefer to press it onto just a piece of normal printer paper. What would be the best way to press my carnation (w/out getting any books dirty!)? - I have pressed flowers in the past with good results. Copy paper will do. You can either trim some of the stem or leave as is (as long as it's manageable). Place it on its side between two sheets of copy paper and place something heavy on top. I would suggest to use something like a manila folder on top the copy paper---then put a book on top or something else that's heavy. Leave it undisturbed for awhile. I am not sure at least a month---maybe more. I still have pressed flowers that I have had for 10+ years. Good luck!

Muscle mass is something that needs to be cultivated and grown. If it were that easy to just step into a gym for a week and magically be stronger and more muscularly developed, then everyone would be ripped!! - It doesn't matter if it is loose or pressed. It is the same thing with the same ingredients. Pressed is just more convenient for travel. I have however not been able to find a pressed powder for my oily skin. The only brands that I've found to work happen to be loose. These are the best at mattifying and controlling oil: -Mattify! Cosmetics Ultra powder for oily to very oily skin (this is the cheapest of all) -Tarte Micronized Clay Finishing Powder with PM20 -Jurlique Rose or Citrus Silk finishing powder These are all completely invisible once blended in and work with every skintone. They do not leave an ashy or pallid cast. They photograph well. When you wear a matte moisturizer (loccitane, avene, desert essence or bosia) and also use skindinavia no more shine along with one of those powders, stick to only oil free makeup if you wear foundation/tinted moisturizer etc... you will get all day fresh matte without need to blot or touch up.

- Seal the pressed wood first. use a good quality oil based primer. make sure you read the label for how long to let the primer cure. Then use a good quality top coat. glossy is the hardest finish, then seni-gloss and down the line. Do not use flat or eggshell. There is not enough enamel in them to handle a good cleaning without the paint wearing off
- Q: Explain the garlic press to me. Are you just supposed to squeeze juice from it, or does the press mince it up? And do you get the same results if you just finely chop a clove of garlic with a knife? My friend says a garlic press is a must-have for the kitchen but I've never owned one.

- i think you shud check out a book called Make-up book, cause it has all you need to know about a jungle of cosmetics and it has it all. you will learn so much about pressed powder and stuff. that is what i did. all you have to do is go to this site and look for makeup book then download it .its awesomeee !: ) i love who wrote it.

- you want to lower the bar just below your nipple line so the bar touches your chest at the bottom of your pectoral muscles but above your rib cage for peak power. To innervate your upper chest you want to do any kind of press or chest fly on an incline bench. Its not your pectoralis minor because that is underneath the pectoralis major stretching from your collar bone to your ribs.
