- The Lee presses are very good for handgun cartridges, they are fair for rifle. The 30/06 is about the biggest cartridge I would try in this press. Turret presses in general don't do all that well with big rifle cartridges. It has to do with the angles and forces involved. Turret presses tend to flex, that's why a press like the Rock Chucker is better for rifles.

- Yes they are pressed. New pistons come with NEW pins. Heat the and of the rod and the pin will slide in with minimal effort. Pistons are directonal, should have an arrow pointing to the front of the engine.

- chilly pressed = greater virgin the olives are seeded/pitted, then pressed w/o any warmth. that's chilly pressed ror EV. as quickly as that around has been executed, they collect up the squished olives, upload warmth, and press returned. greater oil is released using warmth and better rigidity. that's in basic terms olive oil.

- well cable machines arent usually used to gauge strength as 1) the weight is never accurate and 2) cable friction and a controlled path interfere....a pretty decent amount of weight on a bench press is around 225 for the average person

- With the Dumbbells you utilize more muscles trying to balance the weight during the rep. also you will even out any differences in strength between left and right. Barbell is more for mass because you can typically lift more weight due to the fact that a barbell is more stable....similiar to the way bench pressing with barbell vs Dumbbell. Alternate between the two every so often.

- Do the actual keys need to be pressed or do you just need the result of the key having been pressed? It sounds like you want to learn macro programming. That's where you can record a set of keystrokes and have it activate by pressing a certain combination of keys. Usually you have to press two keys simultaneously and then a letter and that activates it. Do a web search. Type in the name of the program you're using and follow it with macro tutorial Good luck.
