- Q:i was thinking about when i first started working out in my shead with weights i remember i could only bench press about 65lbs and i was 13 now im almost 16 and i can benchpress 120 10x but at one time i could bench press 140 but i quit working out for a while and i practicly restarted from benching like 90, sooo tell me., how old were you when u started working out how much could u bench? and how much can u bench now? and how old are you?
- Well, I started at 13 as well, benching the bar, at 45 pounds. Haha. I'm 26 now, and bench around 300-350 depending on the day. Takes a lot of hard work and patience, but you'll get there.
- Q:Im a level seven gymnast and i still dont have my press! i really do need one because my coahes says presses help u ALOT to make cast handstand. i think i have the strength, but i just cant do it! help!
- When you say press, i assume that you mean a press to handstand. Try it with a spot first, and then get the spot to be lighter and lighter. Or you can try doing them against the wall. Or try starting with your feet higher, like on a low beam or something. They will defiantly help with cast to handstands, because they use pretty much the same muscles and action. Good luck
- Q:What's harder a chest press or bench press?I don't know why but I can bench way more than I can lift on a chest press machine. the chest press sitting up pushing forward on a machine drops me like 40 lbs. Is that mental or is a chest press from a sitting position more difficult than a bench press, thanks
- The chest press machine at my gym involves the user pushing away from his/her chest BUT, also pushing upwards slightly. This is most likely the case with yours as well. This is then considered to be an incline press. Since incline presses isolates your upper chest to do the work, you will always lift more with the bench press because there's a smaller fraction of your chest being used to push weight with the incline press. Note: the more of an incline you put to this press (Adjust the incline by doing the press on an adjustable bench) the more a shoulder workout it becomes. You will eventually reach a completely vertical press and this is ALL shoulder (military press).
- Q:so i accidentally pressed SPACE BAR + CTRL and it like shrunk only the page, so i pressed it again and again, until i made the screen unreadable. Help how do I return it to normal!!
- Press: ctrl + plus as in, hold down control, then press the + sign on your keyboard.
- Q:Need full plan for strength and power in the bench press, not size strength.

- Q:how long should i press my flowers for? until they are fully dry? and after that i was thinking about laminating them and saving them... would that be a good idea? cus i dont want it to rot inside the lamination...
- i wouldnt laminate. it could damage the delicate flower. press them (firmly) until completely dry. could take a couple weeks or a couple months, it all depends on what it is and how you are doing it. just make sure you dont disturb it till its finished. leaving it to be pressed to long is much better than not long enough.
- Q:so which bench press will help give you the most strength in your chest? could you also tell me how to combo them in a workout, like flat to decline or decline to incline.
- Thers absolutely no right or wrong way to combo bench presses! actually the more you vary it the better! I guess the flat is the best for overall strength, but its good to mix it up and try different angles at which you put pressure on the pectorial muscle! This way you can keep track on prograssion in multiple ways! So just do whatever you want in which ever order, keep the body guessing! Also play around with the sets and reps im sure you can appreciate between buildin size and sterngth bit it good to vary it from now and again!
- Q:And how old are you and weight? i'm just curious
- Bench Press -170lbs [2 reps] Squat-140lbs [30 reps.] Military Press 95lbs [15 reps] I'm 15 years old going for 16 in a month.I weigh 190 lbs.I started lifting weights at the age of 14. I'm currently taking a supplement i bought at GNC called Pro-Nos for 20 dollars.
- Q:I want a camera with no lag time so that I can capture my children. My fine motor skills are really clumsy and I don't want to be faffing about trying to half press. I just want to point and press...and press and press away!
- no
- Q:I was just wondering about vanity presses, because a friend of mine sent his work at the exact same time as my own. We have a little wager going about who will get a positive response, and who will get a negative - if indeed they do give bad news. Because i have heard that vanity press will publish anything given to them if you are the one paying. Am i correct, or do they have standards as well, because in all honesty his work ain't to great.
- New and naive authors are far too excited concerning the possibility of having their artwork accessible for all of the international (properly, 0.5 a dozen human beings...) to work out - they'll choose for something. that is why i'm not an excellent fan of arrogance publishers. particular, there are those few people who're clever sufficient to correctly known that is not an computerized pot of gold (Our own Steven J Pemberton self-printed...) yet then you definitely get the different end of the dimensions... your chum in the link, and particular others (i'm particular most of the regulars will know who I mean right here) who without delay assume that because of the fact they are self-printed that they have got have been given it made. on a similar time as Steven did an exceedingly sturdy tale, and little question has interest in it, i might in no way choose for arrogance publishing. I basically want the protection a known writer can provide. Edit: $399 to positioned up a e book with them, and $a million,499 to get complete-print, e book and your own little member profile... wow. Love the way that the answerer's profile became into with ease created greater or much less on a similar day that the question became into asked.
