- I can help if you give me more data such as the power of the press (how many watts), but lets say is up to 1200W heater, then you will be able to connect it anywhere, the grounded outlet is a safety issue if you live USA all your outlets have ground (take care only on the orange ones, as they need special connection). In regards where to put the press, far away from water, preferably use non flamable cover such as glass for the table or the place where you ar to set the press. take care for burning your hands/arms as the press might become hot enought to hurt your skin. regards,

- Foundation is what you put on first, always. Unless you moisturize first. Then you apply pressed powder, but generally you apply cream of liquid foundation with pressed powder, and loose powder over foundation powder.
