- i wouldnt work out so young if i was you, it could stunt your growth. wait till your 14 and bench and pullups are completely unrelated muscles but probably not too much like 95 pounds. but jsut stick to the pull ups and push ups for now so your not a chode
- Q: I have been working out for a long time now. I am asking this qun. to all fitness pros. bodybuilders. If Front Press worksout the front delts (shoulders) then what does Back Press do ? I generally do back press with barbell.
- behind-the-neck shoulder barbell presses work out the same muscles as barbell front press, but it emphasizes the anterior deltoids to a much greater degree than standard shoulder presses because you're doing these presses in an unfavorable position. however, front presses should not be replaced by this as a standard mass or strength builder. i wouldn't recommend doing behind-the-back presses unless you've developed some form of shoulder strength and flexibility. having a spotter to help you on the heavier sets wouldn't hurt it either.

- Press-on nail polish is more like stickers for your nails. You remove the backing and you stick them on your nails. You may want to cut them to suit your nail shape. It gives your nails an effect of wearing nail polish.You don't have to wait for it to dry like nail polish.

- Foundation is what you put on first, always. Unless you moisturize first. Then you apply pressed powder, but generally you apply cream of liquid foundation with pressed powder, and loose powder over foundation powder.

- Try okorder / I used Cafe Press for T-shirts for 3 years. In August they had a hefty price increase for t-shirts printed on the front and back. I switched to Zazzle since then. They can print up to 14 inches wide artwork on t-shirts. Cafe Press only does 10 inches wide. Zazzle gives you 10% off if you submit your designs to the market place and another 10% off if you order 12 shirts at a time. I like Zazzle much better than Cafe Press.

This may be an automated systems way of getting around the do not call list, just venturing a guess here. Good luck on finding an answer. It must be very aggravating. I'm on the no call list as well on our home phone. I called a number the other day to get on a cell phone no call list, and I have no idea what I got, but it wasn't that. - Thanks for answering my question but im short and i can really throw far but think the bar is 45 pounds i think and i put 5's on each side so thats 55 and im 12 mayb you should try close to 80
