- Q: I have been bench pressing for 2 years now and I have never been injured. Towards the end of the school year I started feeling this sharp pain in my front deltoid and my shoulder. When I was lifting it hurt when I pushed the weight up. The pain isnt so much shoulder or chest its both, where the armpit lining is. The pain is a sharp pain sort of feels like the muscle inside is sore. I the pain wasnt going away so I iced it for like 2 days and I tried lifting again. I still felt the pain. So i took some time off and did not touch any weights for a whole month. Today i got back and tried lifting and I still felt the pain. There is no pain when im doing close grip bench, the pain comes when my grip gets a little wide. ANY ONE HAVE ANY AVICE or TREATMENT.
- I'm not jumping to conclusions but it sounds like you may have either pulled a muscle or tore some tissue. You should see a doctor if the pain isn't gone within a week. Also, you should probably avoid any upper body workout for now since that can only make it worse

- No, it wasn't designed for that. However, the machine will work the entire chest with the emphasis on the mid pec. If you want specifically target the upper pec, use an incline bench and do flys and dumbbell presses. And, just the opposite for the lower pec....a decline bench. You'll feel the burn in the anterior deltoid if you're working the upper pec. You'll get a more diverse and thorough chest workout if you do all three...flat bench, incline, and decline. It's also worth mentioning that the exercise and equipment only get you in the ballpark and what has the final say in what muscles are being worked is the brain. For example, a bench press uses both the pectoral and the triceps as major movers. How much of the motion is pec and how much is triceps can be controlled in part by your brain. It requires that you understand the muscular activity and can control the muscles individually when at rest. Flexing the muscles individually at rest and with no motion is one way to help train your brain to understand how to contract the muscles individually. Then, if you focus on working the stronger muscle (pec) more fully throughout reps, you'll help prevent the triceps from failing prematurely and keep you from quitting before you have a good pec workout. Where I worked out many years ago we called that putting the mind in the muscle...mentally focusing on the target muscle so it gets the greatest possible workout while saving the weaker supporting muscles for the last reps. - It depends upon how many plants, humidity and if you are using gentle heat to speed the drying. In dry environments, thin tissues will dry in a few days. If you have high humidity and lots of fresh plant materials, it could take a lot longer. I would change the blotters every 24 hours if you have lots of plant material to press.

- bench press will work your chest/shoulders/triceps. it emphasizes each muscle differently depending on your grip width. if you have a wide grip, you will mostly work your chest. if you have a close grip, then youre gonna work your triceps. if you do it at an incline, then youre gonna be doing upper chest and shoulders

- Q: can i press charges on someone who was harassing me through facebook? This person wasn't really saying anything mean to me...he was just apologizing for something that he had done and kept insisting me to forgive him.. nically, it is harassing I did a police report on June 1, 2011 and they asked if I wanted to press charges, but i said no, not at this time.The last message i received from this person was on may 22nd, 2011 saying that he was gonna leave me alone since i never responded to his messages. Im wondering, can i press charges now if i wanted to?
- no. well, you COULD press charges, but seeing as all he wanted was to apologize and he left you alone and never bothered you again you would probably lose. i mean, he's not harrassing you ANYMORE, which is big. and hell, FB messages can simpyl be deleted without even reading them, hence simply messaging over FB isn't harrassment at all. Plus if it's just revenge for the thing he did then any 2 bit lawyer would point that out and you can be countersued for harrassing HIM with a frivolous lawsuit and abusing the justice system :P.
- Q: i pressed my mac pigments and let them dry over night, now do i actually have to take a quarter and press each one? whats the point of that? im scared to touch them i dont know if theyre dry yet or not
- I pressed a bunch of my pigments. Put the quarter behind the fabric and press onto the pigment mixture. The cloth will get slightly damp, that's ok, that's just the alcohol being absorbed. Give it a couple of presses, really hard, and lift up the shirt and quarter and voila! You now have your very own pressed pigment eyeshadow! Don't worry you wont ruin it. It will make it less powdery and it will be easier to use. happy pressing!!
