- Q: I want to know how to gradually increase my bench press max? and any other helpful weight lifting tips
- Establish your max. An easy way is to do 5 reps to failure and look on a bench press chart (google) to find your theoretical max press. Keep good form, once you know your max do a bench pyramid system (google). Before your max set, do something you can do for 5 reps and strive for 6, its okay if you dont hit 6 but have someone help you do a forced rep on your last one. Pyramid down the same one you went up. If you did your max easily, add on 2 or 3 pounds and try to get a new max rep high. If you are under 25, you should be able to do a 3on 1off system. Example: Chest, tris shoulders on Monday: Back Bis on Tues: Legs on Wed: rest Thurs: start chest, tris and shoulders again on Friday. Every 4th workourt on try to use dumbells for movements, this will help with strength as well as confuse your body. Just remember not to max out every workout, volume is good, but keep it around 10 sets per bodypart, overtraining is something you do not want encounter, trust me. Strive for 30 to 40 grams of protein every three hours and drink alot of water. Supplement with creating an glutamine if you want. Keep in mind there is no need to load creatine, 5grams works just as well starting out and as maintenance. Make sure you go off creatine and glutamine after 30 days, best to cycle, there is such thing as too much of a good thing. Best of luck!
- Q: Hi. Every time i boot up my computer i get a message saying my CPU fan has failed, system shut down to prevent further damage.. press F2 to continue.when i press F2 it boots up just fine. i was wondering if its bad to continuously press F2 every time i boot my computer
- There's a problem. Bad power supply? Bad motherboard? Bad fan? No way to tell you without actually taking the computer apart and testing it. It'll keep working as long as the fan starts when you press F2. But it will probably start a different cycle soon - you press F2, it restarts, you get the prompt, you press F2, it restarts, etc. All that will have been damaged is the power supply, motherboard or fan - what's already bad. It just won't come back to life by pressing F2 any more. It's a LOT cheaper to troubleshoot now, while it's still sort of working. Bring it to a real repair shop (not a retail store with a squad) and ask for an estimate.
- Q: I'm in need of new mineral fundation, and i have only used loosed before but i'm wondering if pressed powder is better since i used liquid foundation.what do you think?
- I use all three... and to tell you the truth.. non is better than the other. Loose isn't really good to carry around because it can tend to get verrrry messy and spill all over the place. Pressed powder is great to use for oily spots on your T zone... like your forehead and nose... Liquid is great for all cover ups... Makeup is soo universal... I mean like... there is a lot to know about makeup... what kind of skin do you have? DRY? OILY? BOTH=Combination? I tried bare minerals before... it does look very natural but doesn't cover you up as much as mac mineral powder foundation...
- Q: Explain the garlic press to me. Are you just supposed to squeeze juice from it, or does the press mince it up? And do you get the same results if you just finely chop a clove of garlic with a knife? My friend says a garlic press is a must-have for the kitchen but I've never owned one.
- A garlic press minces the garlic cloves for you. That way you will not have to mince it yourself and get it all over your hands. I say if you use a lot of garlic then a garlic press is a must have. It makes life so much easier.

- Q: I have a 2000 Mazda Miata and up until recently it has functioned perfectly. Recently it started to make a squealing sound when the clutch was pressed. I noticed the sound would go away as soon as the car warmed up. Now however the problem has leveled. The car now stalls every time i press the clutch. If I press the clutch it makes that squealing noise until stalling the car. I have not driven it since it stalled on me. My question is what is causing all of this mess? and am I pretty much at the point of no return? Will I pretty much have to replace my whole transmission?

- Q: Ok I was at a party last night and two psychos crashed in punching my friends and then chasing me into the living room. - Why does everyone want to sue people anymore? You were at a party... was there any illegal activity going on (drugs, underage drinking?). If so, you'll get into a big mess if you try to press charges. Leave it alone and obvioulsy, do not go to parties with those people again.
- Q: Ok I will be 16 in March here(today is 2/16/09), I'm 5'11-6'0(somewhere between there) and weigh 161 ilbs and I can bench press 185 ilbs.
- There is really no good bench press and bad bench press. Everyone is different and can lift different amounts. If that is your heaviest you can lift, I think that is pretty good for you, but someone the same size and weight might lift 100lbs and that could be good for them.
- Q: I'm just asking dis because some of the pressed eyeshadows have better colors then the pigment ones.
- pressed shadow includes more ingredients to prevent flaking. pigment pots are brighter, but you can achieve the same look by applying a base then a pressed powder shadow. make sure you pat the shadow on instead of sweeping it.
