- Q:I'm 17 and I'm a beginner to weightlifting. I have a weight bench and barbell in my room and the max I can lift on it is 20kg. I was reading online and everywhere I looked everyone is putting the flat bench press down. They say to do a workout of incline and decline and that the flat is bad. Is that just because they have been training for years and it doesn't work for them anymore ? Is it ok for me ? Thanks in advance :)
- It's perfectly fine. I don't know why it could be 'bad' for you.
- Q:I know you you have to tuck in your shoulders for flies but do u hve to do it for press also...?
- Flies and presses work the same muscle group at a different angle. If you are lying down, you just need to make sure that you are straight, tummy pulled in, and the arm movements are strong and controlled. arms slightly bent throughout the whole movement (don't lock elbows).
- Q:What is the weight of the average male overhead press?
- Overhead pressing your bodyweight is rather impressive and certainly not average. Overhead press is typically 50-60% of your flat bench press weight.
- Q:Should the American press be restricted by the government?If so, who decides what the restrictions would be? What would the penalty be for violating it?Would these restrictions change American life?
- No it shouldn't be restricted, that would be a violation of the first amendment. Also it restricts itself enough - see 2003 when the entire media bought the WMD argument hook, line and sinker. That the media has relatively less involvement from the government is one of the greatest things about America, I'm not sure why you'd want to change that.
- Q:Now, is it me, or is this workout vaguely effective? Is this truly a genuine chest workout? I have always done flat bench dumbell presses and incline bench presses, and have just introduced the Decline into my workout. Despite this being a new workout for my body, I do not get sore, nor do I feel exhausted. Also, I can Decline about 15 pounds more than I can flat bench and Incline, despite having little experience with the workout. So tell me your opinion; is this a good workout? Is it a true chest exercise? How is it different than Incline/flat? Thanks guys,
- theres no reason to do incline and decline cuz all you have in your chest is pectorals you sont have top pectorals on your chest.
- Q:I'm a high school gymnast and I compete all around. For rings, p-bars, and floor, I need to learn a handstand press. Besides working core, back, and shoulders, what exercises can help me work on them? I've been practicing for a while (doing them with a spot, against a wall) but I can't get them. Any ideas? - It'slike concealer in a powder form, press powder is what comes in a compact comes with a sponge or a puff its use to set makeup (foundation) u can wear it alone or w/ foundation u just pat it all over your face and neck to even out skin tone w/ a natural matt look remember pat it on don't rub it in or wipe it on you will rub off your foundation that's why it called PRESS POWDER

- Q:I'm just asking dis because some of the pressed eyeshadows have better colors then the pigment ones.
- pressed shadow includes more ingredients to prevent flaking. pigment pots are brighter, but you can achieve the same look by applying a base then a pressed powder shadow. make sure you pat the shadow on instead of sweeping it.
