- Smiley, okorder /. I masque 2 - 3 times a week and use the vitamin c serum. The powder is loose translucent (no color) and it takes care of the shine.
- Q: yesturday i just got a hard press instead of a relaxer and i spiral wrapped it and this morning my hair came out puffywhat can i do tomorrow to make my hair go straight down
- Well a hard press just temporarily straightens your hair where as a relaxer permanently straightens it. So since you only got your hair press, your hair is likely to absorb moisture and puff up. So try to avoid water, rain, sweating, humidity(hot weather) and steam from the shower (you have to tie your hair up). But those are all preventative measures and it seems like the damage has already been done. You probably need to run through it again with a flat iron.
- Q: i can do 6 perfect form pull ups im 13 and just started working out 4 months ago and have put on 7 lbs of muscle do pull ups help for bench pressing and if i can do 6 how much should i be able to bench press i weigh 122 lbs yes im still bulking up on muscle i was VERY weak before i started working out but my strength has doubled or even tripled
- It's more important to do reps. Keep a lower weight and try to increase how many reps you do ever day. Good Luck and keep up the good work.
- Q: Hello, my bench press max is 285 I don't do dumbbell bench press often but I realized that I should put it into my workout to work the stabilizing muscles so how much should I dumbbell bench press? also for my incline bench press, I do 200 for 12 reps but should I increase it by 10 pounds?
- Well, only you know how much u can handle an how strong u really are... just do a weight u can lift for 4-6 reps or 6-8 and do the dumbell press on a incline you should be good to do 75- 90 lbs im sure... on the incline so try that... see how it goes.. u can also drop down if its a bit much yes increase your incline benchpress.. its too easy for u... correction on the dumbell incline press when i say 75 - 90 lbs.. i mean 75- 90lbs dumbells in each hand.. not 75- 90 lbs total weight.. just making sure u know... lol :)
- Q: I was wondering, does the french press require a larger amount of ground coffee to make the same amount of cups a drip brewer could make? If this question is confusing, maybe this visualization could help.Suppose you have 1 pound of ground coffee. If im brewing this one pound with a french press, would i be making the same amount of coffee that a drip brewer could have made me?
- Drip takes more coffee. Drip is ground more fine than french press.

- Q: So after I press my flowers in a book for about a month and take them out, how do I preserve the color?I've read so many answers but nobody seemed to have answered this. I don't expect my orchids to be vivid after pressing them but is there a way to make them fade LESS? Or do they not fade at all once they're pressed?Also, does anyone have suggestions about how to ARRANGE and CREATE something with the pressed flowers? - Q: Okay, my grandma bought flowers from my sister's school fundraiser. When we brought them to her house and took the plastic wrapping off, natrually, some flowers petals fell off.
