What would this exercise target and how do I specifically do it? Is it safe to do solo?
- Why don't you ask your Uncle? Yes, you can press with an EZ curl bar but you'll want to keep your grip wide, beyond the bends in the bar. You can also press with dumbells..and you can do flys with them as well. Only you can know how safe it is. I can't know how you're training, so I can help you with safety. - Q: Does the clean makeup and pressed powder work? I want to use their sensitive formula since I have the most sensitive skin ever and it's so cheap which is amazing for me.
