Q: people are always saying that and it makes no sense, i think that you should say sign an affidavit or file charges someone explain to me how to press a charge
Press a charge, press charges, means to sign a complaint so the individual can be arrested.
Q: I am 165 lbs and i can only bench press up to 150. I wanna bench press more to get ready for football practice in the spring and i dont have the money for protien shakes i just wanna gain more weight and bench more
What u want is muscle confusion.. THIS IS HOW YOU BUILD MUSCLE THE FASTEST! First of all, without protein shakes, u arent geting enough protein to rebuild your chest, and so u wont recover as well, and thus u wont get any increase in benching. With protein shakes, this workout is perfection. Without protein, it will be difficult, but not impossible. Ask ur parents or get a job or something to make some xtra cash to buy protein shakes(a 5lb jug of isoflex{lean protein} can last u about 2 months) and buy xtend(this is recovery powder, these are amino acids) and multi vitamin and u will grow muscle fast.. about 90-100 bucks. Moving on.. This is my workout.. _1st week_(STRENGTH) Pick any day(u must rest at least 6-7 days before u do any chest workout again) -Bench press: ((light weight-warmup) 90lbsx10), 110-115lbsx8, 120-125lbsx8, 135lbsx6, 150lbsx4 -Incline bench press: 4 sets, 10,8,8,6 -flys:4 sets, 10,8,8,6 -incline flys: 4 sets, 10,8,8,6 -chest dips 3x as many as u can _2nd week_(SIZE) -Bench Press:((always lite weight warmup)90lbsx10), 100lbsx12, 115lbsx10, 120lbsx10, 125x8 -incline bench press: 4 sets, 12,12,10,8 -flys: 4 sets, 10,10,8,8 -incline flys: 4 sets, 10,10,8,8 -chest dips- 4x as many as u can *Alternate the weeks(ex: this week strength, next week size, then strength... etc) *Adjust weight accordingly to how much you can lift(for example, if it says lift 10 times, then get weight that u can lift 10 times, if it says lift 4 times, then get weight that u can lift 4 times and barely make it... also, the lower the reps, the higher the weight ) *increase weight(except warmup) by 2 1/2 lbs every two weeks *****If u hav any questions, add me as a contact and i will get back to you
Q: Cathy Johnson says she uses cold press illustration board for her pen and ink drawings in her book. I have the problem of the ink bleeding on to the paper when I stop the pen. I am using ordinary copy paper. Would illustration board help? Can you purchase it in a pad?
hot press is smoother and cold press has more texture. if you are doing a lot of tiny detail go with hot press.
Q: alright people..i only want serious answers. my hair is naturally curly, not kinky. the only thing i need to do to get it straight is blowdry and maybe flat iron, so i never had to 'press' it. but now my younger sister is living with me,and i can not afford to take her to the salon all the time. so i will be responsible in taking care of her hair. she wears a press and curl, and she doesn't wear any other styles. my question is how do you press hair? help please!
Hi- This can be a tricky one my dear- the last thing you want to do is burn her hair, but it is not a loss case..*smiles* I would invest in Golden Hot products for useage when curling or pressing hair...Easiest way method - after washing her hair plait it in sections and let it *air dry*.......When you have your heating equipment heated go ahead and run the straightening comb through the hair..Be careful and dont get to close to the scalp.......It is bascially trial and error...meaning, I am sure you will nick her a few times before you get the hang of it...*smiles good luck
Q: Another question: What should I do when bench pressing to work out different areas? Grip-wise.Thanks in advance.
The muscles used in the bench press are the following: -Pectoralis Major, but mainly the sternal (lower) head. -Triceps -Anterior Deltoids (the front segment) Other muscles that are involved but not really trained in this exercise are: -The wrist flexors/extensors (forearms) -Biceps (for stabilization) The effects of different grips - a closer grip will shift the stress onto the triceps more. A wider grip will shift the stress onto the chest more. An incline bench press will put most of the work on your clavicular (upper) pecs and anterior deltoids.
Q: Last week, I was doing military presses incorrectly. I brought the bar down to touch my chest (which was extended outward), rather than around my chin. The neck day, I awoke with neck pain. I thought I may have slept in a bad position, but the pain increased until I could not move my head w/o a lot of pain that day. It's gotten better since then, but I still have pain. It goes from the bottom of the skull on my left, down my neck to my clavicle. Was it really from the military press, and what can I do? I am going to a doctor, but that may be a week or two away.

Q: effective shoulder exercisesalready doing military presses
The military press is my favorite shoulder exercise. I guess, next would be dumbbell side laterals. A lot of people have problems with the upright row, due to shoulder impringment. So I'm not a fan of that movement.
Q: but when I press F12 the Boot Menu shows up quicklyand also it shows a message SMART Failure Predicted on Hard disk 0 (but I change the hard drive with a new one).Any suggestions
Press 'Delete' to enter the Bios Press F8 When you want to chose how windows starts.
Q: All my post grad degrees have not prepared me for Word Press. I know it's simple. I know everyone can use and apply it. But I can't. I really need a complete idiot's step by step tutorial. Can anyone help please?
Hi okorder
Q: I am having the hardest time getting my cookies right when using my press. I've got a really tasty recipe that works well in the press if I click the lever TWICE rather than just once. Clicking it twice creates a cookie that is way too big and not as crispy as I would like. Does anyone have tips for me to get my cookie to stick to the pan with just one click on the press? It was driving me crazy today! Thanks for any advice, I've been baking for a while but I'm brand new with the cookie press.
I am a Pampered Chef consultant. A lot of the cookie press success is trial and error, but I have found that the temperature of the dough and the consistency of the dough make a lot of difference. If you think the dough is too thick, let it get a little warm or use less flour. Do the opposite if it's not thick enough. I have a flyer of helpful hints that I give to anyone that orders a cookie press from me. If you would like to have that, I can e-mail it to you. You can e-mail me through my profile and I'll send it to you. As for the two clicks - have you tried doing one and a half clicks? I do that a lot with mine. Click it once, then squeeze the trigger again, but not enough to make it click. I hope that helps!
