- There is no single source for press releases. Most come from companies, so you'll have to contact the public relations department of every major company in the industries you're interested in. Tell them that you're a freelancer for (whatever the publication is), or that you have a popular blog at (www.whatever your URL is). Some companies will put you on a list right away, and others won't give you the time of day. If your blog becomes popular enough, they'll all flock to your door, but until then, you'll have to settle for whatever you can get. I warn you that you're asking for a lot, and I do mean a lot, of mail. Opening the mail will soon take up a big part of your day, every day. You'll go through a lot of boring stuff before you find a golden nugget.

- In order to increase your strength and size you need to consume enough calories and protein, if you don't eat enough food you will not get stronger or bigger. With that out of the way here is a great program to increase your 1 rep max and thus increasing your strength. First you need to figure out your max, get a spotter and find this out, I would assume somewhere around 200 pounds. The first week you will lift 50% of your 1 rep max 5 sets of 8. The second week will be 60% 5 sets of 8 The third week will be 70% 5 sets of 8 The forth week is 80% Fifth week is 90% Sixth week you max again and add about 10-20 pounds onto the bar. - a press is a big machine that presses out components like panels for a car door etc, the setter is a person that sets the machine up for doing this, like getting the measurements right and the press parts all in the right place ready for manufacture
- Q: Can you get stronger by doing this, I don't have access to bench pressing.
- It depends on how much weight the barbell has. If you have a lot of weight, then yes you can get a lot stronger in place of a bench press. You can do dumbbell bench pressing, which is the same as a bench press but with dumbbells.

- Look at getting an RCBS,Hornady or Redding rotary press if you are going to do a lot of pistol reloading. A single stage press set up would work well enough, but with the volume of rounds you will probably be using the rotary will work best. Look for a kit set up with the press,case trimmer,Hand primer,scale and powder dispenser. You will need a case lubrication pad if not in the kit too. Most reloaders will need a tumbler also. The rotary press will allow you to use two or three dies as needed to reload the cases. There are DVDs and Youtube vids that can be helpful. Obviously you will need a good reloading manual, some kits will have one included. There is a lot of information, and some sporting good stores like Cabela's and Sportsman's Warehouse actually have intro classes. Reloading is going to cost to start up, but will pay in the long run.
- Q: I have an oven, grill, toaster, pan microwave but no sandwich/toastie press or george forman grill.How do I make a panini??
- Use a smaller frying pan as a press in a larger one. Then grill it in a greased pan. Almost as if you were nesting the pans together. It works best if the small frying pan is hot as well, as you can do it in one quick process, without having to flip anything. You do have to deal with a hot pan though, so oven mitt time. Cast iron pans of course. I use the lid of my dutch oven in a big skillet.
