- Q: I was curious, wanted to know. What is the best way to increase my bench press LBS.Besides actually bench pressing. Is there any other exercises i can train in, to give me more results.
- Pushups work really good because its prety much the same thing with less wieght, the first time do as many as you can and then every day after that you do them add 2 pushups. Pullups work okay, If you have any dumbells use those. Do even reps on both sides, the more the reps the better.( if your going to for more strength more reps, more definition do less reps and more wieght) Goodluck
- Q: my shirts say tumble dry low but my dryer only has tumble press. is it the same?
- No, actually it isn't the same. Regular Perm Press it hotter that Perm Press low. I also have the same issue. What I do is, put them on for about 5-10 min on Perm press, then 15-20 min on air. The heat from the regular Perm press stays in the dryer but doesn't keep getting hotter, and the then the air cools it off. Sometimes I go back and forth between the two until it is dried.
- Q: what are some good supplements or tips for maxing out on bench. and dont say im too young for supplements either! im a 15, 5'9 and 170 lb middle linebacker/fullback. i can leg press about 550 and can only bench like 120 if that?! please help me!
- all your power comes from your legs but i can see why you would want to balance it out a little. talk to your strength teacher/ coach then do the recommended number of reps and sets. then do that twice a day every other day. try it see what happens

- Press on the button 'M twice in quick sucession. That means once u press the letter m, press the letter m again quickly, it will skip to the next letter.. n James C

- Push ups do strengthen your chest. I did them for about 3 months because I wasn't weight lifting and my Bp improved. I'll tell you that Bp might be more effective;however, better something then nothing. And, I really don't think we lift all our body mass when we do push ups.

- leg press is baby crap squats and dead lifts are much more effective in building lower body strength than the leg press is
