- you should have your right foot on the brake your left on or above the clutch.

- Yes, depending on the crime.

- Q: I have been bench pressing for 2 years now and I have never been injured. Towards the end of the school year I started feeling this sharp pain in my front deltoid and my shoulder. When I was lifting it hurt when I pushed the weight up. The pain isnt so much shoulder or chest its both, where the armpit lining is. The pain is a sharp pain sort of feels like the muscle inside is sore. I the pain wasnt going away so I iced it for like 2 days and I tried lifting again. I still felt the pain. So i took some time off and did not touch any weights for a whole month. Today i got back and tried lifting and I still felt the pain. There is no pain when im doing close grip bench, the pain comes when my grip gets a little wide. ANY ONE HAVE ANY AVICE or TREATMENT.
- I'm not jumping to conclusions but it sounds like you may have either pulled a muscle or tore some tissue. You should see a doctor if the pain isn't gone within a week. Also, you should probably avoid any upper body workout for now since that can only make it worse
- Q: I'm 16 and play football. Last offseason I got 325 on bench press. At the begining of this offseason I started at 300 and quickly worked my way back to 325. For months now I haven't been able to get any higher on my bench press. Any suggestions on how I can get more?
- Amazing amount of weight for a 16 year old! This is what got me through my plateau. I would add 2 to 3 days more rest before doing bench press again than usual. If that didn't work I would drink alot more water and make sure I had had 2 or more meals before working out (not right before working out though) and get my diet more spot on for the days leading up to my next workout while also adding the 2 to 3 days more rest before the workout. That should work! BUT some other factors can cause some problems like: stress from work or school can tax your nervous system big time and if you are doing a split style of training, that could also be taxing your nervous system. So try having more rest between ALL workouts in general. This didn't help me, it fixed my problem completely.

- Q: I have a friend who has big shoulders and the only exercise he does for his shoulders is the military shoulder press---the two versions of it, the behind neck one and the front one.I wonder if only doing shoulder presses covers the entire area of your shoulders, the three deltoids?Thanks.
- Military press is a great exercise for front delts. Behind the neck press puts the shoulders in a bad position and can cause joint trouble over time, avoid them. Side laterals are best move for side delts. Most pulling moves - bent rows, pull/chinups. lat machine, etc - work rear delts.

- According to Coffee Krave's best French press guide, Bodum would be the way to go for your budget. They're very high quality (Swiss company) but a little over your budget. You can get a New Kenya french press for under $20, though. French press coffee has a much richer taste. I think you'll like it. You might also look into the Aeropress, a French press hybrid that is extremely popular with coffee fanatics. I use it daily and prefer it to my French press.
- Q: Im looking for the best drugstore pressed powder to use but it has to be available in a very very pale shade and it must be finely milled!Suggestions?
- pale pale like goth pale? if so, try manic panic or MAC i like maxfactor facefinity? it doesnt come in many shades but the 01 is fairly pale. it is pressed and i think it's the best one as its quite thick (you dont need foundation under it) and stays on your face pretty good and doesn't look too powdery and fake. if you want to look pale tho, try using a concealer/highlighter thats 2 shades lighter than your skin tone or try bb cream, that makes your skin look lighter and you can buy ones that actually make your skin whiter, lots of asians use it.
