- there's not exactly a limit or average for people. I had 100KG on my bench press back then. I trained hard, so it depends on how hard he trains. Does he train bench press 5X5 and 1X10, then he will surely surpass my strength gains. Does he do 10X3, or 50X5, then he won't gain anything, possibly some small muscle gains. - There are no numbers to your question.

- A pressed powder can be applied with either a brush or a sponge. Both loose and pressed powders are used to set foundation and blot the shine. A pressed powder is what you would use throughout the day as a touchup. If you are looking for something that covers up discoloration, I suggest using a powder foundation with a sponge. With the bench press your stronger side will help your weaker side and also your shoulders are involved more which is bad since they both work your chest that's why you can't lift as much with the dumbbell press as you can with the bench

This is convenient for you, since 135 lbs on a bench press is a 45 lb plate or a 35 lb plate, depending on the weight of the bar. But first, finding your bench press max, whatever you can succesfully press one time, is the first place to start. Then, you should do sets of 5 or 6, using about 80% or 85% of your max as a bench press workout. Make sure to mix it up a little though, so your muscles don't get used to one thing. Always push yourself so you can eventually increase the weight you use; you'll get more muscle in no time!
