Because i have heard that vanity press will publish anything given to them if you are the one paying. Am i correct, or do they have standards as well, because in all honesty his work ain't to great.
- This is the way I've heard it. Vanity press will publish anything. I mean anything. I've read a few books of friends who have published that way and it falls under the anything category. I'm sure you could send them rubbish and they will send you a letter back saying they have the perfect editor for you to work with for X amount of dollars. They will make suggestions, offer advice etc. Even if you don't change a word for, XX amount of dollars you can still have your work published. I say this because I have a friend and he was highly offended when they offered to edit the manuscript he submitted for additional monies. He didn't believe his work needed editiong. He considered his work perfect as it was. He sent it back to them without making a single change and they published it with spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and all in bold caps. Reading it hurt my eyes. At least the cover he choose was pretty but at $25 dollars a copy I would rather just go buy a piece of art.

- handstand push ups against a wall. regular handstand push ups. handstand blocks. regular handstands (hold for as long as you can). handstand pirouettes. front and back handsprings with a strong block. all of these exercises can help build the strength in the shoulders and upper back. anything that uses good form and exercises the hand balancing muscles, basically. once you have built the necessary strength you'll find that this move is easy.
- Q: Do you really need to buy a 4 color printing press to print more than one color on a shirt? Can't you just buy a 1 color printing press, do the first color, take off the screen, put the next screen and do the second color? Third color?
- You can defiantly just use a single colour press, however this will take up a lot more time and also reduce the quality as it will be difficult to align the press in the same position as the previous colour, this would probably contribute to a lot of waste too. It would depend on your clients, are you going to have a lot which are after 3 or 4 colour printing or are you going to be catering for those who are after fewer colours?
- Q: I'm a high school gymnast and I compete all around. For rings, p-bars, and floor, I need to learn a handstand press.
