- Q: Yesterday my son's preschool teacher decided to break her contract and quit in the middle of the day. Not only that, but she just walked out and left 15 four year olds alone in the room. Thank goodness another teacher saw her leave and took over until the administrators were informed. The school is considering pressing charges. If they don't, can I? It seems to me that leaving a bunch of small children alone in a room is child endangerment or neglect or something. Needless to say, Im mad, and so is everyone at the school. I think they're going to press charges. But if they don't, I want to know my options.

- Q: I'm 16 and play football. Last offseason I got 325 on bench press. At the begining of this offseason I started at 300 and quickly worked my way back to 325. For months now I haven't been able to get any higher on my bench press. Any suggestions on how I can get more?
- Amazing amount of weight for a 16 year old! This is what got me through my plateau. I would add 2 to 3 days more rest before doing bench press again than usual. If that didn't work I would drink alot more water and make sure I had had 2 or more meals before working out (not right before working out though) and get my diet more spot on for the days leading up to my next workout while also adding the 2 to 3 days more rest before the workout. That should work! BUT some other factors can cause some problems like: stress from work or school can tax your nervous system big time and if you are doing a split style of training, that could also be taxing your nervous system. So try having more rest between ALL workouts in general. This didn't help me, it fixed my problem completely.
- Q: I need to have pressed dogwood flowers for something by Wednesday morning and I know how to press normal flowers fast using a microwave and homemade press, but these flowers have little thick green things sticking out in the middle and I don't know how to crush them to where I can press the petals too. - Q: I've decided I want to start pressing my own flowers and I recently bought a really compact, and cute notebook to keep them in. I'm not always at home so I love the idea of bringing this notebook with me when I go to school or take walks.But, I'm wondering if I can use this notebook to do the actual pressing. - Q: I did not perm my hair for 3-4 months. The first time I permed my hair it was not 'fully' permed because when i washed it , it would become curly again. The hair dresser told me that since it was my first perm. When I did a touch up for the roots the person fully permed ONLY the roots. Can I still get my hair pressed so I can spike it ? - i prefer to do it with dumbbells so i dont have to rest it on my neck/chest uncomfortably. Also, it makes you need more control to lower them down without shaking/swaying.
