- You ideally need a medium grind. To fine and it will fall through the filter, to coarse and it will clog the filter. So somewhere in the middle would work best a medium grind Source: 30 years of being a coffee lover :-)

- It should not be visible. They may have too much on or the wrong shade or not be blending it well enough. I would advise going to the Clinique counter at a local high end department store and trying some of theirs out with a specialist. When you find what works for you go on EBA and buy it at a fraction of the cost
- Q:my bench pressing hasnt improve in over a month, altho I do it every other day, I dont know what is the problem but I just dont have the strenght...
- switch to dumbbells, presses and stop doing it every day you are not giving your arms the rest they need do other things like curls then legs then triceps then stomach then chest and so on rotate them so you do not do work your arms on the same day or the next day same with chest as you have to use your arms for this ok. also go up in weight like start with low weight and move up 5 lbs at a time, till you hit max. also do 5 sets of 10 reps or better cause this will build strength and endurance.
- Q:would doing assisted bench presses (with a machine) gain me as much mass to the chest as doing regular bench pressing? Is there a difference in the amount of mass you would gain or is it basically the same?
- the asisted bench press just keeps your arms straight and guides you so you dont go down and cant get back up but you do need to increase the weight cause the bar isnt standarded olympic bar weight. my trainer allows told me the machines are for getting ripped and free weights are for getting big but logically as long as you putting up the same weight the same amount of mass is built but i prefer free weight benching

- Arbor presses come in all different sizes and ratings. They are rated at different forces measured in TONS. You can use an Arbor press to (typically used for metal fabrication): Assemble Flatten Cut Mark Straighten Broach Punch Stake Pierce Bend I'm sure that there are other uses that you could find for them but these are the most common. - Only for criminal offences. Such as statutory rape, raping a child, murder etc. a civil offence however needs charges pressed for you to go to court this si things such as damage to a neighbours fence, assault, damage to a mailbox ina street etc.
