- Q: so which bench press will help give you the most strength in your chest? could you also tell me how to combo them in a workout, like flat to decline or decline to incline.
- Thers absolutely no right or wrong way to combo bench presses! actually the more you vary it the better! I guess the flat is the best for overall strength, but its good to mix it up and try different angles at which you put pressure on the pectorial muscle! This way you can keep track on prograssion in multiple ways! So just do whatever you want in which ever order, keep the body guessing! Also play around with the sets and reps im sure you can appreciate between buildin size and sterngth bit it good to vary it from now and again!
- Q: I just bought an old drill press from a pawn shop, but there is no manufacturer info on it. All i can find is a model number, RY-6. My first instinct was Ryobi, but can't find anything about it from them, even though it does look very much like their press, just a lot older model. It's a little 10 press. If anyone can either confirm my guess, or point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

- Q: I use the recipe included with the press but dough will not cut from the press. I've added a little more flour, still didn't work. I chilled the dough, still didn't work. Any suggestions?
- Well i never make cookie and dont know what a mirro cookie press is exactly but one make sure you add the flour before the cookie is stuck in the press. Maybe try lightly spraying the press with a non stick cooking spray and you could double whammy it and try the nonstick spray and then dust it with the flour and then try to press those bad boys.
- Q: My clothing requires permanent press during washing, but my washer does not have a permanent press option. Could I use Delicate and achieve the same results? If not, what should I use?
- You can use the delicate cycle. Just make sure you use the temperature of water it recommends on the washing tags of the clothing.
- Q: Does the quality of a French Press matter a lot? Would buying a 50$ press from Williams-Sonoma be much better than the 15$ one from Canadian Tire?
- Maybe in how long it lasts but not in how good the coffee is. Personally, I recommend buying glass (not plastic) but you can get a fairly cheap one that works fine.

- Neutrogena oil control translucent pressed powder because it's easy to apply, compact, and it doesn't make me breakout or makes me itchy. It doesn't get cakey or anything. It's cheap too like $11.
- Q: I know it makes coffee, but if I went for a French Press as a replacement for buying an espresso maker could it do the same thing?
- No, though the French press will make excellent brewed coffee, nothing is like an espresso maker. My preference is for a real one that accepts ground coffee, and eventually also soft coffee pods from any brand, not the Lavazza or Nespresso types that don't give you the choice. Ah, and of course, the best is to buy (roasted) coffee beans and to grind them yourself (using a coffee and/or spice grinder) I have a DéLonghi espresso maker, quite basic and not expensive (~80 $). Very convenient and great coffee! Enjoy!
- Q: Whats the difference between a machine bench press and the actual bench press. bench I can barely get 210 Lbs once. One the machine I can get 270 lbs two sets of 5 one set of four and one set of two.does have anything to do with form?
- The main difference is the stabilizer muscle not being used on the machine bench press.I dont use machines for bench but i can do around 400lbs on machine if i wanted to for reps.Bench press max is around 315 keep in mind i dont bench press at all.I love dumbbells and incline.Dumbbells i go upto 110lbs/hand sometimes 120s/hand on flat for reps and 100s on incline for reps and for incline bench press i go upto 275lbs for 1 rpm,usually stick with 225 and 245lbs for reps.

- To some extent, yes. Some people, when they say Chest Press they are referring to a 'Bench Press with dumbbells.' Some lever machines are also called chest presses.
- Q: I tighten the belt as much as I can (sorta hard to adjust) but it still jams. It's an inexpensive mastercraft 10 model. The belt looks fine to me but I don't know what to look for. It jams a lot, almost unusable with a 7/8 forstner bit. Really annoying. I would definately get a new belt if I thought that was it. I think it didn't jam as much when it was new. The other day the belt just came off while running for no apparent reason (it was plenty tight). Thanks for any help anyone can suggest. Could it be alignment?
- I've been a carpenter for 47 years, I have a wood-working shop in my basement with all the tools for anything you want to make. I think the 10 Mastercraft is a little light for the 7/8 forstner bit, your killing it slowly. Even if you use a belt dressing, then you'd be killing the motor. What you need is a bigger motor. I have the same set-up and I get into the same situations. When I get into these problems I don't even try, I go into my killer the 1/2 inch Dewalt. I only wish I would have bought a one size larger drill press. That's all I can think of, maybe there is another answer. I did try a belt dressing, it only killed the motor, damned near killed it permanently.
