- Q:Hi. Every time i boot up my computer i get a message saying my CPU fan has failed, system shut down to prevent further damage.. press F2 to continue.when i press F2 it boots up just fine. i was wondering if its bad to continuously press F2 every time i boot my computer
- Hi, It could be bad if your fan is no longer working (not cooling the CPU). What you need to do is take the side panel off of your computer and look inside while the computer is powered on. You will see a fan about four inches across with the blades facing you. If the fan is not spinning shut down your computer and take it to a repair shop or look online for a replacement. - I would suggest just experimenting with different objects to imprint, different types of paper and different weights. I would think it should work. It sounds like you could get some interesting results just from playing around with what you have in the kitchen, tool chest, etc. I would think that putting the paper on some kind of firm foam surface would help keep the flat part flat and the embossed part embossed. The weight should be even across the whole sheet.

- Q:ive head that they are good, but how do you incorporate them into a training routine? do you do them with the normal bench press, before or after? do you do them instead of the normal bench press? and if my sticking point i8s 2-4 inches above my chest, do i position the board at 2-4 inches above my chest?
- Put the boards at sticking point and do instead of normal pressing. Train for strength not mass. i.e. low reps. DO for 4-6 weeks. If you feel yourslef getting stronger reduce board height, at the end you should be presing a bit more. Look up Louie Simmons and westside barbell, they invented this and he has a new book out.

- Q:would doing assisted bench presses (with a machine) gain me as much mass to the chest as doing regular bench pressing? Is there a difference in the amount of mass you would gain or is it basically the same?
- the asisted bench press just keeps your arms straight and guides you so you dont go down and cant get back up but you do need to increase the weight cause the bar isnt standarded olympic bar weight. my trainer allows told me the machines are for getting ripped and free weights are for getting big but logically as long as you putting up the same weight the same amount of mass is built but i prefer free weight benching

I am an athlete, I do MMA and I am a competitive black belt in Tae Kwon Do. How much should I ideally be pressing?
- Not considering your injury as a fighter you shouldn't be trying to go too high and get muscle bound legs. If you can press 700 you might have a tree-trunk of a leg and it will be rooted to the floor like one. You want fast twitch in the smaller muscles to be able to have control over your legs for both kicking and supporting yourself. I don't think leg press is the best option either. It isolates the quads for aesthetic purposes. You'll look nice but you won't have the full cascade of muscles to have a great kick and you can end up imbalanced real quick too. You want to find more integrative movements that let you use you whole body or at least your whole leg cascade. As for the surgery, I can't speak much about it but I'd say listen to your doctor. If he says balls to the wall, go for it. But if he says you need to work in slowly or never go over a certain weight, listen to him. You might be able to kick the hell out of everyone but you're still a weak little child if you can't trust someone or take the advice of someone who inherently knows better.
