Simply press the keys for movement to either side. You're probably using WASD keys, so A to roll left, and D to roll right while crouching. I was on the power lifting team in high school and was in the 101 weight class and benched 145. So I think that you are doing good. My advice to you would be to do more strength training with lighter weight that way you can lift the heavier weights with ease. try to do anywhere from 55-65% of your 1 rep max, 3-4 sets fo 12-15 reps. this should help you on your ballistic power as well as overall strength. Lifting lighter weights is not just for toning but is also for building strength. Lifting heavier, as you already know is more for building mass.also make sure not to drop below 90- degrees when performing any kind of press or fly moves. The reason being is that you have a small muscles called the superspinatus muscle that is the size of your pinky. when you drop below 90-degrees you put and undo amount of stress on that small muscle to try to lift 250, all you are doing is stressing it and once yo stress it enough you will eventually snap it and you will not be able to do bench press for a while. This is the leading cause of most shoulder injuries because people are not aware of what they are asking that muscle to do. you can strengthen this area by doing rotary cuff exercises with no more than 5 lb. weights.

Q: Alright so I have been lifting for about 3 months now...but my bench press is just not getting stronger. Ive been stuck at around 135-140 for anywhere from 8-12 reps depending on how i feel. I think I have pretty good form, I just dont know what I'm doing wrong. My other lifts are increasing, including other pressing movements such as my military press. My military press, in the past few months has gone around 80 pounds for 10 reps to now about 100 pounds for 10 reps, which I guess is ok progress but definitely not amazing. I am 17 years old, 6 foot 3 and weight about 170 pounds. I eat ALOT, and after workouts i supplement with protein shakes. I have been gaining weight fairly steadily. My only problem is my bench press, for some reason i just cant get it to increase. Thanks in advance :)
Stop doing so many reps. Start doing your 5 rep max three times every 3 or 4 days, you should be increasing your lift a good 5 pounds every time. Yeah, it doesn't sound like much, but it's better than zero progress. Last of the 15 reps should be about where your muscles fail. Remember to eat plenty of proteins post-workout. Higher reps with less weight = form, fewer reps with more weight = function.
Q: what does the perm press do on a washing machine?
Perm Press is the compromise cycle between Regular Wash and Gentle Cycle. It's a little gentler than the regular wash and a little rougher than the Gentle Cycle. I never use it. :) In fact, I never use anything but the regular cycle. Hope this helps. -
Q: i was thinking about when i first started working out in my shead with weights i remember i could only bench press about 65lbs and i was 13 now im almost 16 and i can benchpress 120 10x but at one time i could bench press 140 but i quit working out for a while and i practicly restarted from benching like 90, sooo tell me., how old were you when u started working out how much could u bench? and how much can u bench now? and how old are you?
Well, I started at 13 as well, benching the bar, at 45 pounds. Haha. I'm 26 now, and bench around 300-350 depending on the day. Takes a lot of hard work and patience, but you'll get there.
