- Q: I've decided I want to start pressing my own flowers and I recently bought a really compact, and cute notebook to keep them in. I'm not always at home so I love the idea of bringing this notebook with me when I go to school or take walks.But, I'm wondering if I can use this notebook to do the actual pressing. - he has a right to confront any witnesses formed against him..that being said if you don't show up to say yes he did this or anyone else..his charges will more than likely be dismissed..it would be up to the state to prove beyond a reasonable he is guilty..meaning the prosecutor would need you to corroborate the events that took place..the prosecutor will try to threaten you with contempt if you don't appear..a scare tactic..you are a victim and its illegal to victimize a victim more than has already occurred..however you can speak to his lawyer not him directly..and let his lawyer know he needs some type of counseling and you would feel better knowing the court is monitoring..so if he is charged with a felony you would like that dropped to a misdemeanor and some counseling..to ensure his behavior changes...

- On the face of it, the press is depressing because it reports bad news far more readily than good news. Earthquakes, murders, crashes, rapes etc as well as government weaknesses sell papers! HOWEVER this kind of news is not really depressing : quite the opposite : it cheers people up : they love reading about other people's misfortunes and criticising the govt. Communist regimes deplore negative reporting and give the readers only up-beat news, esp about their own achievements. This sounds healthy, but amounts to suppression of press freedom, which is an essential component of individual freedom.

- Q: Hey, I have recently purchased a free weight bench press. But I can't always have a spotter and I have seen some bench presses that have safety rails to the bar cant fall on you.Is there anywhere I can purchase some safety rails? Are they only for a specific bench?
- There are safety rails but they can be pricey that can be used for any bench. I have included some website on bench press safety. I would suggest if you can't afford a safety rail then do use a spotter if you are using a straight bar. If you don't have a spotter try doing incline presses or flies with two free weights or different kinds of push-ups. Push-ups are a great way to built the chest. We just recently lost a high school football player to a bench press accident. He was working out alone and his mother came home and found him dead so please be safe while working out.
