Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

The body of ball valve is full welded, selects high quality forged material, and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body. This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others, and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter, lighter and stronger.Besides, the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing, makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball. The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball

The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion, and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements. When plate adopted, the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium, but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve. The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium. This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves, and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used, and the cost is cut down.

ball valve seat is floating structure, means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.
Double piston effect structure seat of full welded forged steel ball valve
Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.

Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring, set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded, which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat; When there is pressure generated from medium, the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference, thus the second seal forms. When the medium pressure is rising. It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.

Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction, the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition, medium requirement, seal requirement, etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve, installed on the body, which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force. When secondary seal is required, there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring. The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball, and then stop the leakage.

Q: i was filling the tire on my car and the valve stem completely came out when i finished, quickly deflating the tire. i could push it back in but then the process repeated itself when i tried refilling it again. is there part of the stem i'm not seeing. the stem that i saw was long and straight and threaded. advise, thoughts? thanks.
are okorder /... to see a picture of one The valve is threaded into the stem The stem has threads inside and out ,internal threads are for the schrader valve and external threads are for the stem cap If the stem came out there is damage to the stem and it needs to be replaced ,but if the valve came out try using a schrader tool to screw it back in
Q: Hey quick Q, I heard somewhere that you could degrease the the reed valve? I love cleaning up my CR250 as much as I can. I just want to know if this is done, and if you could, tell me where I'm supposed to clean.Thanks.
Spray degreaser down the air intake-that should fix it.
Q: I've been told that I need to replace a clogged expanssion valve on my '96 toyota camry.A friend said he would properly recharge the system if i replaced the parts needed .I can't ask him where it is because he's out of town for a little while. I also need to replace the drier ,but it's obvious where it is.Please help me.
the expansion valve is usually located inside the line next to the accumulator/dryer. If you drain the system, and remove the accumulator, look inside the line that leads into it, and it should be stuffed in the line. If you see one inside the line, it is actually called an orifice tube, but has the same function as an expansion valve. Actually, expansion valves are usually used in large vans with a rear a/c evaporator unit. If it is an external valve it should be next to the accumulator as well. The purpose of this valve/tube is to create high pressure gas out of low pressure liquid freon. These usually become clogged with debris after the compressor's pistons break apart and contaminate the system. If you find little metal shavings in the tube, or valve, your compressor was either replaced at one time, or is bad now.
Q: Can anyone recommend valve manufacturers who make a good electric high temperature valve. The temperature that I am looking at is 1600 F at 100 psi. It should be electric magnetism controled. Is there anybody know what is the highest temperature the valve can bear in the world?
google 'inconnel valve' look for foundry equipment suppliers Can you valve the gas away from whatever is hot, or is your gas at 1600 F and 100 PSI ? If so, what are you using for piping ?
Q: where is the heater control valve on a 1996 volkswagen passat
There is no Heater Control Valve. Coolant circulates through the heater core continuously. Air flow is directed through the heater core/ac evaporator in the air distribution box under the dash as required by user input. If you have no heat, there are a couple of things that could be wrong. A bad water pump, plugged up heater core, bad blend door/cable, bad Climatronic control head, or a bad actuator/motor. So, what's your question? What is the car doing/not doing that you think it should/should not do?
Q: List the valves that control the flow of substances through the alimentary canal. I can't find this answer?
The gastrointestinal tract is thus equipped at critical junctures with a number of muscular valves, or sphincters , which, usually under the direction of the autonomic nervous system, can regulate the movement of food through the digestive tube. Another function of a sphincter is to prevent backflow of partially digested food. The muscles of a sphincter are often described as “pursestring muscles” because the way they draw together the sides of the digestive tube is roughly similar to drawing up the strings of a purse. The first of these pursestring valves occurs at the cardia , the opening where the esophagus meets the stomach, and is called the cardiac sphincter , from its location almost directly in front of the heart. (But there is no physical connection.) Another important muscle ring is the pyloric sphincter , at the opening called the pylorus , located at the other end of the stomach, at the connection between stomach and small intestine. The release of waste from the rectum is controlled, partly voluntarily, by an anal sphincter , located at the anus , which marks the end of the tract.
Q: im trying to turn on my sprinklers from the valve manually, but doesn't seem to work, the valve it's an antisiphon rainbird valve with two little knobs, I know that one is the bleeder and the other the pressure control, or something like that, and the solenoid has the on and off arrows on it, but i can't do it anyways, they come on automatically right on time ,it's just the manual thing that i can't do, please help me,i really need it

Q: Do most V6's have 24 valves? What are they for? (brief description would be fine)
Like a bath plug with a stem attached or an ice cream cornet with a straight cone, and these go up and down in the head to let petrol in and exhaust fumes out. They're driven by a cam which has lobes on it which sit on top of the valves on the end of the stem as the cam goes round and round the valves open and close at the specific time to open and close the valves. Got it now? Ask at your local library for books on internal combustion engines then all will be revealed in text and pictorially. You could also go down to your local car or motorcycle breakers and buy or look at a cylinder head, which as engineer goes is a very simple system.
Q: I assembled my new gas grill, but I'm not sure if the burner pipes (aka venturi) are properly connected to the valves. My assembly matches the picture in the instruction manual, but I'm not sure if the seal is tight enough. How do I know? Do I attach the propane and test? I'm concerned about the safety of doing so. Thanks!
You should call the customer service number on the paperwork that should have came with the grill.
Q: So my engine was back firing and me and my dad adjusted all my valves both sides. Runs better, But it still back fires. What could be the problem? Its a Chevy 350 with a brand new mild cam. 600cc carburetor. And new shorty exhaust headers. However I don't have exhaust pipes on my headers just yet because I gotta get pipes to mesh properly with my exhaust. Could it be air coming back up from the pipes causing it to back fire a bit? Like I said we just adjusted all the valves.
Valves may be adjusted too tight. Run all the valves again but only add 1/3 to 1/2 turn after zero lash or when you can't rotate the pushrod with your fingertips.
