- Q: I've had this problem for a long time, after I have to shut down by pressing the power button (Or because there is a power failure) my computer starts up again, goes into loading screen, and then goes into a black screen with options like Last Good Configuration and Safe Mode. I don't usually have to turn off my computer by switch, but it does come up one time or another, and it doesn't happen the first time, maybe 5 times or 4. I run an XP, Please help! Is it because of pressing the switch or is it something I did before? I don't think it's virus though.
- If there is an improper shutdown (ie you pressing the power button to shut down your computer) it will always come up with that screen when you restart the system. If you know the reason that it shut down (like you pressed the power button) just start the system normally. If the computer did something like The Blue Screen of Death or Memory Dump and then shut down, then you have an issue with either the OS, your Ram, or your Hard Drive. Keep in mind, holding the power button to shut down your computer will eventually cause the computer to not start properly (or at all). Of course if you find that your system is stalling often to the point you need to press the power button to shut it down, it means there are most likely some underlying problems with your computer that you should have checked. *** UPDATE FOR YOUR UPDATE *** It sounds like you haven't had a fresh copy of windows installed on your computer for some time. What I usually recommend to my customers (I own a computer company) is when they start to notice problems occurring on the computer to backup the data they need and to format and reinstall windows. I do A LOT of things on my computer, so I tend to format/reinstall every 6 months or so. After you format and reinstall you'll notice the following things: a) Your computer will run MUUUUUCH faster then before you formatted it. b) The computer will have more available hard drive space. c) The computer will be more responsive. d) And the important thing, it won't crash as much! :-) But like I said, when you format you will lose everything on your computer, so remember to back up everything you don't want to lose. You can either burn it on a CD/DVD, or buy a USB Memory Stick to store your data (which is what I use). If you need anymore help, feel free to message me.

- The incline bench press will focus more on the upper pec region whereas the flat bench will focus on greatly on the mid portion. You should include both in your workouts but not in the same workout. Steve Reeves alternated Flat/Incline every 3 months. Also, though you should include dips or decline bench press to define the lower pec line. A more effective bench press is done by bringing your legs off the floor with your knees against your stomach. Then bring the bar down to your neck or clavicle. This takes your legs out of the motion and puts the bar out of line with the deltiod thus hitting the pec more completely. You'll have to lower your weight a lot though.

- cold pressed means that the seeds like olives are pressed at room temperature to extract their oils. these are much more expensive. hot pressed means they heat the seeds up and add chemicals to help extract more oil. some seeds like sesame seeds need to be hot pressed because they hold such little oil. hot pressed oils are much cheaper.
- Q: Most people do dumb-bell presses exactly the way they do bench-press that is, gripping the bar/dumb-bells with palms facing to the front.Some choose to rotate the palms inwards while lowering the dumb-bells so that the length of the dumb-bells is parallel to the torso. But I've seen a couple people do flat/inclined dumb-bell presses with their palms facing towards their face all the time. No rotation at all.What does this work on? Tomorrow is my chest workout day, and I'm going to experiment this workout. But anyway, I felt like I should listen to your experiences first. I'm looking for as much isolation of my chest as possible. I've already worked my shoulders today for an hour and I'm not looking to put all the weight on my shoulders instead of my chest.
- ive seen this also either i ask pros for help to see if this is safe or correct but if not in their presence i try it out and if i feel like its doing more work and isnt hurting me i incorporate it in my workouts another good chest isolator is weighted push ups its a lot more work than just benching b/c its at least 50 percent your body weight plus the weight on your back even if your benching more than your body weight you'll see the difference between them when doing it also incline or handstand push ups puts 60 to 100 percent of body weight on your arms back and chest super good work out also military press jumping jacks do wonders for your chest you just have to make sure even when jumping you keep correct form here is one of my little circuits i do to tone lift build strength for a whole body but also your mirror muscles abs,chest,back,ect will get much love from this dead lift 1 rep then weight back to floor to power clean straight to military press jumping jack about 5 reps to shoulder squat 5 reps back to floor then repeat of course with heavy weight you might chop this down to fewer reps, as well as if you choose lighter weight you might do more reps
- Q: Could i press a rose for a couple of weeks then put it in a glass picture frame?Will it keep?
- Due to the thickness and amount of moisture in a rose, it would most likely turn Brown, get moldy and/or rot if you pressed it in a phone book. Phone book pressing is good for leaves and flowers that are more on the flat side.. For your Rose, your best bet would be to purchase Silica gel pellets (inexpensive) at a craft store and follow the directions. Silica are small crystals that will suck all of the moisture out. You just layer the silica upon the rose until it is covered completely. In a couple of days it will be preserved (dry) and ready for framing. It will also keep its shape and would be more suitable for a shadowbox frame. The silica can be saved indefinitely and can be reused too :) Good luck to you.
