- no you don't it is only for looks. you can shape the dough in balls and press them either with a fork or a flat bottomed glass dipped in sugar so it does not stick.

- Q: Im 22 years old currently leg pressing 720 lbs.. I went from 655 lbs to that huge number it seems that i can't do no more then this, The machine will max out at 810lbs doubt i can get there. - Q: I weigh about 225 and I Bench Press 250 which I know is over my weight and is supposed to be good but is that really good for a 17 year old?
- I was on the power lifting team in high school and was in the 101 weight class and benched 145. So I think that you are doing good. My advice to you would be to do more strength training with lighter weight that way you can lift the heavier weights with ease. try to do anywhere from 55-65% of your 1 rep max, 3-4 sets fo 12-15 reps. this should help you on your ballistic power as well as overall strength. Lifting lighter weights is not just for toning but is also for building strength. Lifting heavier, as you already know is more for building mass.also make sure not to drop below 90- degrees when performing any kind of press or fly moves. The reason being is that you have a small muscles called the superspinatus muscle that is the size of your pinky. when you drop below 90-degrees you put and undo amount of stress on that small muscle to try to lift 250, all you are doing is stressing it and once yo stress it enough you will eventually snap it and you will not be able to do bench press for a while. This is the leading cause of most shoulder injuries because people are not aware of what they are asking that muscle to do. you can strengthen this area by doing rotary cuff exercises with no more than 5 lb. weights.
- Q: I am really into photography and want to go to some concerts and take pictures. I have a dslr and everything. I am going to a one direction concert in the summer and really would like to bring my camera. I was planning to get some experience with photographing concerts then get a job taking pictures for a local radio station of something so I could get a press pass. I am 15 would they allow me to have one? Thanks!
- I don't understand why new photographers gravitate towards Music Photography but here's the jist of it. 1.To shoot music, you must first understand light and what it does under specific camera settings and then master that. Unless you are working for the band, you have 3 songs to get your shots for publication. And these shots need to be good or you're never going to work for that publication again. Music photography is a small very small business, but there are 100 other photographers who want to be where you are, and you are replaceable. 2. Unless you're working for a publication you won't be able to get a press pass. Because of your age you won't be able to get into Bars to build of a portfolio, and judging by your taste of music (from what you showed us) you won't be going to a local post-hardcore show where you will be able to bring your camera into. 3. Keep at it with photography, go to shows (you don't need to like the music to shoot it), make connections, and then capitalize on those. The music industry is a tough place for a women, but keep at it. Hard work pays off.
- Q: does the leg press help w/ getting bigger glutes or is it only for legs?just want the effects of a rounder and more firm rearend and cant do squats.
- Leg presses are great cause it works, the inner thighs, outer legs, glutes and hams, but it work make you butt bigger, it helps to tone and tighten
- Q: Will doing pushups hinder bench press gains?
- No. While you are focusing on the pecs and secondarily triceps, they also recruit different muscles. For example, if you can bench press 400lbs, that doesn't mean you can do a push-up if you added weight to your back in order to get added weight + your weight to 400lbs. The converse is also true: just because you can push your body up doesn't also mean that you can bench your body weight. The two are separate things. Another factor is that push-ups are typically done in long sets, or at least that's what you end up striving for. Bench press, and most other lifting, is done with reps anywhere from 1-15 per set (depending on your goals). Do both, as they complement each other.
- Q: can i press charges on someone who was harassing me through facebook? This person wasn't really saying anything mean to me...he was just apologizing for something that he had done and kept insisting me to forgive him.. nically, it is harassing I did a police report on June 1, 2011 and they asked if I wanted to press charges, but i said no, not at this time.The last message i received from this person was on may 22nd, 2011 saying that he was gonna leave me alone since i never responded to his messages. Im wondering, can i press charges now if i wanted to?
