1. Description
CDLK/CDLKF is non-self priming multi-stage centrifugal pump installed with standard motor. The motor shaft is directly connected with the pump shaft through
coupling.According to the requirement, the pump can be equipped with intelligent protector, which effectively protects pump from dry rotation, phase lack, overload etc.In order to meet the requirement of installation depth of the water tank or vessel,it is possible to install cavity body for changing length of the pump.Length for different number of stages is shown in the dimensions & weight table and the table of products supplying scope.

Q: What is the function of open circulating water pump and shutdown in thermal power plant?
According to the water quality difference, the purpose is to provide the corresponding cooling water, for the system oil cooler, machine seal and other cooling. Open water directly from the circulating water pipe to use, the pump is delivered to the host, the small machine oil cooler, water quality is not very high, the circulating water drainage to the back pipe, water through the water filter filter impurities. The closed water takes the self closing water tank, which is used for removing salt water. General supply pumps, water pumps, sealing cooling water, condensate pumps, sealing water, generator, hydrogen cooler and other requirements of good water quality system, closed water self circulation, and through the cooler and open water circulating water heat exchange.Thermal power plant is referred to as the thermal power plant, is the use of coal, oil and natural gas as a fuel production power plant, it is the basic production process: fuel combustion in the boiler heating water into steam, fuel chemical energy into heat energy, steam pressure and steam turbine rotation, converts heat energy into mechanical energy and steam turbine rotate the generator, the mechanical energy into electrical energy.
Q: How much would it be in labor and parts to change a water pump and on a 2000 Dodge Durango 5.9 4 wd with 109k.miles? Should I change the timing chain? If you can please give me a estimated Thank You!I getting tired of old Vechiles LOL
The cheapo water pump from oreillys is $46, the higher end one is around $70. As far as labor, Mitchell OnDemand calls for 2 hours flag rate time to change it out. You'll probably be looking at at least 1 gallon of antifreeze as well for what will be lost changing it out, and I would recommend changing the thermostat when you change the water pump. The 5.9 uses a timing chain, which I wouldnt recommend replacing, seeing as the vehicle has that low of miles on it. I'm not sure how much labor costs in your area, but the shop I work at charges $75 per flag rate hour. So if we were to do it, taxes and everything it would be right around $250. If you live in a big city, you'll probably be expecting to pay around $100 a hour for labor at a reputable shop. Good luck and hope this helps.
Q: A guy i know changed the Water pump on my 02 Chrysler Sebring with a 2.7 in it because it was leaking coolant, when i got it back the leak was fixed but now there is a ticking noise. He thinks that the Timing Chain Tensioner needs to be replaced... can i get some opinions here? does he sound correct?
Most mechanics won't even work on those 2.7 motors! The timing chain tensioners break all the time and after repairs the motor keeps coming back for more. I'd trade that POS before it doesn't run again!!!
Q: I'm not familiar w/ this model but need to swap out the water pump. I have no pictures or publications. Anything in particular to watch out for? Is this a pushrod engine w/ a water pump mounted in the front center of the engine and driven by a serpentine belt? Thanks in advance.
You probably have the 3.1 v-6, so the pump is not really hard to change, and is a belt driven pump.
Q: I will be replacing my timing belt soon. The dealer is suggesting that I also replace the water pump. Is that really necessary? When do water pumps normally go out?
The labor involved in replacing a timing belt will normally cover the installation of a water pump as well. The reason the dealer is recommending the water pump replacement at this time is that the labor involved in changing the timing belt makes it much more cost effective for you to do it at this time. Even though your water pump is working great right now, if you need to replace it in the future, the labor cost will be enormous and close to the cost of replacing your timing belt alone.
Q: Our watrer pump on our well will constantly prime itself when we use the water in our house. As you are running the tap the water will gain pressure on and off like someone is using another tap in the house. Any suggestions?THanks in advacne
How old is the Pump ? Could the Impeller be worn out ? Is there a replaceable filter ? Could it possibly be stopped up ? Are there any leaks in the pipe leading from the well ? Is there a way that you could measure the current being drawn by the pump, with an Amp Meter, to determine if it's pulling more Current than it should be ? Until these questions are answered, it's probably just going to be a guessing game.
Q: hooking up a water pump to my tank and need a power supply
can you be a bit more descriptive have you a pump but no way of powering it if so what type of pump what voltage where is pump
Q: A pump is said to be capable of pumping water up to 100 meters, but I don't want to confirm that by actually putting up a very long pipe to that height. I know that pressure is related to height, so putting pressure at the output end of the pump would simulate different heights. Any suggestions how I can rig a contraption to do this? Thanks.
Install a pressure gauge at the pumps diischarge line and note that p=wh. H =p/w, H =p{(144)/62.4}/3.28 meters Pressure expected therefore in psi, is p={62.4/144}3.28 p=14.9 psi A pressure gauge of 0 to 50 psig range would be sufficient to indicate the expected pressure.
Q: The dealership wants nearly $500. to replace the water pump in our 2002 Tahoe (5.3) it's leaking from the weep hole. I'm somewhat mechanically declined, what precautions will I need to know and any special tools to do the job myself? I've done a few water pumps back in the 1980's that didn't leak Thank you
You just need basic tools and a little knowledge. Since you've changed them before, you should have no problem. The Tahoe water pump hasn't changed that much. It's still on the front of the engine.
Q: just pulled my well pipe up and installed a new foot valve will i have to fill the pipes back up with water before i can get it to pump
How To Prime A Pump: (Need: Gallon jug of drinking water, a roll of teflon tape, and an adjustable wrench or a pipe wrench.) A. Unplug pump (or cut OFF breaker box at pump, if one). B. Unscrew (counter-clockwise) the largest (3/4) plug on top of pump head. C. Wrap 2-3 flat turns (clockwise only) of teflon tape on threads of plug. D. Pour water into plug hole until full, and quickly start threads of plug by hand. E. Plug in or turn on pump, and finger-tighten plug (air and water will bubble out around threads as you do so) until pump picks up prime. Then wrench-tighten plug when it does. Repeat all steps, if necessary, until you have full water pressure and pump cuts off on its own. Good Luck!
