Product Introduction:
This pump integrates self-priming and non-jamming blowdown, which is unnecessary for mounting the bottom valve and guiding the water like the general self-priming clear water pump and also can pump the filth containing big solid blocks and long fibers, sediment, waste ore, impurities, excrement and all engineering sewage. Therefore, it can alleviate the worker′s labor intensity completely and also is easy for use, move and installation with seldom maintenance and stable performance.

- Q: what water pump is on a 1978 mercruiser 170hp 224cc 3.7 liter
- Something in your description doesn't add up. Mercruiser did not have a motor branded as 170 hp in 1978, only 85-86. The 224s where a Mercury invention, all about the same for around 15 years. Do you you have a ser #, much more accurate identification.
- Q: So my daughter's car is an 02 Accord manual with about 127k miles. It's making a squeaky noise which apparently is the belts. The dealer says they're too tight, but are in okay condition. They want to change the water pump and adjust the belts for $750. This seems a bit steep to me. Does the water pump need to be changed if it's working properly? How much should it cost to adjust the belts? I'm thinking she should find a more reasonable shop. What are your thoughts?
- Okay, there are two things going on here. First, the squealing. That would be the drive belt or belts. That's a completely separate issue from the timing belt. If the timing belt, which you can't see, has never been changed, it's probably a good idea to get it done. THAT is the expensive part because they generally change the water pump and other things while that part of the engine is torn to pieces. 750's a good price. If the timing belt breaks the engine is toast.
- Q: does water pump sealers work?
- If your talking about the water pump for a car it doesn't have any pumps those would be the radiator pumps that are connected to the water pump and transmission which keeps the radiator and transmission at a temperature that keeps the vehicle from over heating. If you have a overheating car and a mechanic told you your water pump has a leak then sorry you would have to replace the water pump but just don't go to a popular mechanic for that because it can get really expensive do your research and find you someone with a garage it cheaper because the part itself is not that expensive it putting it in that cost lol. Hope this helps.
- Q: antifreeze leaking from the water pump. antifreeze wont stay in car, car overheating. 96 chevy cavalier. 2.4
- Unfortunately, this usually requires a new pump. It's possible (but unlikely) that the gasket is leaking - more likely, the seal around the pulley shaft is the problem. Replacement is the only option. Usually, this is done at the same time as the timing belt - has this been done yet? If it was done before you got the car, its possible they tried to save a few bucks by skipping the water pump. This is usually a bad move - the pump almost always wears out at about the same time - but it is cheaper, if they were planning on getting rid of the car soon. And since one usually needs to be removed to access the other...you get the idea. Good luck!
- Q: the outboard runs fine and pumps water out with muffs on but when i put it in the water it doesn't pump any water at all. could it be that the impeller needs replacing? what do you think?thanks
- Replacing okorder /
- Q: Is it a must to change the entire water pump since only driplets of anti-freeze leak out over a 7day period from the bottom of the pump? Can i simply change the gasket and make it all better? Water pump is pumping and making no noise, vehicle isnt over heating.

- Q: I have a cabin cruiser and I recently took it out of storage and had it de winterized. Now everything seems to work except for the fresh water pump for the sink, shower and toilet. Does this type of pump need to be primed? If so how do you prime it? Thank you for the help.
- Those pumps are usually self priming.. either you have a PLUGGED LINE or the water pump froze in the cold and it needs to be replaced... but they are cheap.
- Q: I just replaced my water pump.fixed.. A week later I've been noticing he might of over filled it because.were the coolant goes.steam comes.out.the little.while plus water.. And.before.I.started my.car I noticed.it was all empty now and my.engine sounds like a mini diesel when it runs.. What's the deal? And I.already filled it up with coolant again
- Anytime you replace your water pump. You should replace the thermostat and gasket. Also check the upper and lower radiator hoses to see if either one of them are collapsed. It wouldn't hurt to replace the radiator cap.
- Q: A circular swimming pool has a diameter of 12 meters. The sides are 3 meters high and the depth of the water is 2.5 meters. How much work is required to pump all of the water over the side?
- the quantity of the water interior the trough is, V(h) the place h is the peak of the water interior the trough. The one million/2 perspective on the backside of the trough is B tan B = h /(w/2) the place w is the area around the trough tan B = 4 /(12/2) = 4/6 = 2/3 2/3 = h /(w/2) (w/2) 2/3 = h w = 3 h the component to the bypass-component to the trough A, is then A = h w /2 = h(3h)/2 = 3/2 h^2 the quantity is then V(h) = A * L = (3/2 h^2) 12 = 18 h^2 dV/dt = 36 h dh/dt dh/dt = dV/dt /(36 h) dV/dt = 9 ft^3/min dh/dt = 9 /(36 * 12) = one million/forty 8 ft /min
- Q: Okay, the fan has the clutch unit on the front with the large nut attaching it to the water pump. Then 4 screws attach the pulley to the water pump as well. What's the best way to immobilize pulley/pump so I can get the fan blade clutch nut unscrewed? Can't hold onto the fan or clutch unit since it simply spins. Can't realy seem to hold onto the pulley either as it prefers to spin? Any suggested best ways?
- can usually get 32mm wrench and hit it with hammer in opposite direction Has backwards threads If not get thick rag and real long big screwdriver and carefully pry against pully so it doesnt turn and hit wrench with hammer too loosen Or buy special bmw tools
