Product Introduction:
1. WQ(D)-S stainless steel casting sewage submersible pumps use impeller structure of single or double channel, which improves sewage discharge capacity. It can discharge fibers which are five times larger than the pump caliber and solid particles which are as large as 50% of the outlet caliber.
2. It uses VITON double mechanical seal, radial "O" ring, which perfects seal function of the pump.
3. With precision casting casing, it is corrosion-resistant, energy-saving, light, beautiful, easy to maintain, free from the pump room and able to serve as soon as put into water. Therefore, it can reduce the construction cost.
4. Please install overheating and over-current protector to avoid the motor overloading.
5. For high-temperature liquid, corrosion resistant cable, TEFLON mechanical seal can be choosed.

- Q: i have a 1994 honda accord lx. i was wondering what the water pump is for and if it goes bad can i still drive around without it thanks

- Q: The truck is a 1982 Ford pickup F100. We didn't realize it was an F100 at the time and we put the F150 water pump on it. The water pump fits perfectly, but is this going to mess up the engine at all?
- Here's the deal: F100 - F150 doesn't mean squat. The engine cubic inch displacement does. Both engines have to be exactly alike.
- Q: After reaching a height of 50 feet , there should be enough pressure to hose around 20 to 30 feet of water from it for curing concrete structure ex: columns, slab area etc. How many inches ( diameter ) of rubber hose is required to plug the water pump for pumping water ?

- Q: What causes a water pump on a car to go bad????? and are they a pain to change by yourself?????
- the corrosion is the main cause, corrosion is caused by using water coming by the faucet, that water came with some minerals and stuff and the engine at high temp activate those minerals and react causing that brown water (acid water) so the best way is adding a nice mixture of coolant and destilated water is the best but if you dont have that water at hand use some radiator coolant aditive, it will neutralize the effects of the regular water coming from the faucet making that will not make your water pump last forever but your whole system will last many more years
- Q: I need a water pump gasket for my mustang water pump. What can I use if I have no gasket material?
- You get some gasket material.
- Q: I think my water pump has crapped out on my 1997 Jeep Cherokee. I have been leaking coolant for a few days now and there is a puddle under my Jeep after I turn it off and my reserve tank keeps emptying out on me. I replaced the lower radiator hose and still the same problem. It is not over heating so I am wondering if it IS a water pump problem? If it is, could I do the work myself?
- i doubt that your motor vehicle has 2 gas pumps yet until now you replace the pump have it examined first ! besides the pump it ought to be something else like the pump relay or the fuse ! not commencing ought to additionally be a clogged gas clear out ! getting back to the thermostat and water pump ! specific you are able to replace them in case you have the appropriate kit and your quickly vulnerable !
- Q: I have a quot;Rainbow Lifeguard Quiet One 6000external pump that I would like to use on a new chiller for my tank. The pump is rated at a little over 1500 gallons per hour. I'm debating between a couple of chillers, one that has a max flow rate of 1300 gph and another that has a max of 960.I know that you are only supposed to put any valves on the outflow side of the pump and lessening the flow to 1300 from 1500 doesn't seem like it would be that big of a problem, but I was curious it cutting it back to 960 would be hard on the pump in the long run. (I'm leaning towards the bigger chiller as although it may be overkill for my tank, it would let me have a little more water circulation.)
- I wouldn't restrict it more than about 10% or so personally. I would ask you to think about this: The rated flow rate on a pump is under perfect operating conditions and is usually a mathmatical model that cannot really be acheived in the real world. Your pump probbaly is several gallons per hours behind that. If the tank is on a stand and the pump on the floor, the head pressure alone may slow it to 1300 or below. Additional tubing, especially hard angles will further reduce the flow. I would suggest you get a flow meter ( you can probably borrow one from a plumber for a day) and test the actual flow rate in your set up. Remember that the chiller will further reduce the flow itself. Odds are good you are closer to the needed 1300 than you think. You can also install a small diverter valve in the line. Basically splitting the output from the pump into two lines. One can carry about 1250 GPH and the other the rest which it just returns to the tank unchilled. Hope that helps MM
- Q: I've been looking online and can't find anywhere that tells me how to replace the water pump in my 1999 Volkswagen Jetta 2.0. Help please.
- A manual will be handy to guide you through. It is a fairly extensive job. As a run down, you will need a big floor jack with a block of wood so you can put it underneath the oil pan. You need to do this so you can remove the motor mount that will be in your way. The water pump is driven by the timing belt. You will want to get a new t-belt, t-belt tensioner, rollers for timing belt, etc. Also note that when you are refilling system with coolant, there will be a lot of air in the system. If you don't have a tool that vacuums all the air and pressurizes the coolant through the system, you will have to keep topping off the coolant for a while until all the air escapes as you drive it. Hope this helps.
- Q: I have a 1997 mazda 626 4cylinder. For a while now, my hot n cold gauge keeps wobbling back and forth. I was keeping water in it and it was fine. A week ago it went all the way to hot and started smoking. There is water gushing out right beside the pulleys. I'm not sure if it is the water pump or not. Now, my car won't crank. Someone told me that it was the rotor button, but i can't tell if it is bad. I don't really want to take it to a mechanic. Can someone help me?????
- I am not a mechanic, but I can tell you that I just got my car back this morning from a mechanic because I had an almost identical problem. I had a slow fluid leak for a couple days, and steam would come out from under hood when I parked (after only driving for 10 minutes). Four days into this I went to the pharmacy and when I left I noticed I left a very rusty puddle of water in the parking lot. On the way home temp was running higher than normal. Let the car sit until a mechanic picked it up. Something happened with the timing belt and it caused problems with the water pump and coolant got in my oil. Had to have an oil change, coolant flush, water pump replaced, and a timing cover/gasket/seal something or other. $400 later I am up and running, good as new. Hope this helps and I hope you can find a good mechanic like I did.
- Q: I REPLACED MY WATER PUMP ON MY 1988 CHEROKEE,THE NEW PUMP STARTED MAKING THE SAME BEARING NOISE.
- A 1998 Jeep Cherokee became overheating. i stumbled on that the impeller on the water pump became worn away by using contaminates in the antifreeze. to envision for coolant flow deploy a antifreeze flush adapter in between the heater hoses. Its only am adapter to in fantastic condition a backyard hose to the coolant equipment to flush it. With the automobile operating loosen the adapter fill cap. Coolant ought to come out with significant rigidity. If it only weeps out or dribbles out the pump is incorrect.
