The especially flowing passage of impeller, cooperate with logical volute, made the paper, soft goods, garbage bag and other material in sewage can passing freely and the pump have no vibration in the course of running-in and load through the impeller balance between dynamic and static state.

6. FAQ

1) Is it really necessary to fit a bleed valve for the boxes?

It is always best to have a bleed valve as the gas produced by the fermenting sewage is potentially hazardous.

2) If I increase the power of the motor, must I also increase the power of the inverter?

You must select the size of converter that allows maximum absorption of the electric motor.

3) Do you have pumps with grinders?

Yes, the WQ models.

Q: My toyota 99 camry stalled and would not start. engine turned over and all lights worked. had the oil changed 3 weeks ago and they told me their was a noise and it might be the water pump. my questions are does this sound like the water pump? Do they usually change the timing belt and is this necessary? is this something that we can do at home? thank-you for any info out their!
If your water pump is the problem, the stalling and not starting would've been caused by your engine overheating. Hopefully that's not the case. Also, waterpumps tend to make a noise when they go bad, but the most common symptom is the loss of coolant in your radiator. The waterpump will began to drip when it goes bad. If you are getting the waterpump done, I would bite the bullet and spend the loot on a full timing belt replacement. My reasons are this: In order to get to the waterpump, all of the belts (including the timing belt) will need to be removed. This is one case where a mechanics advice on additional work works in your favor. If you replace the timing belt while replacing the waterpump, you will be saving hundreds of dollars in labor in the long run. The timing belt change isn't necessary, and you don't have to worry about damaging your engine if it breaks. your Camry has a noninterference engine so you'll just need to replace the belt when it breaks and you're good to go. However, replacing it while you have the waterpump done will save you money as I mentioned before.
Q: 7.63Determine the isentropic efficency of a water pump when water enters as a saturated liquid at 96.5 kPa and exits at 5 MPa and 106 degrees C.Thanks
Well!!!!!!!! Isentroipc Efficiency of a pump = Isentropic Work / Actual Work At state 1, Enthalpy of Saturated Liquid h1 = 413.357 kJ/kg Entopy s1 = 1.29154 kJ/kg-K At state 2, Enthalpy of Liquid at state 2 = 448.042 kJ/kg Now, to find the ideal Enthaply , Enthalpy at 5 M Pa at entropy of 1.29154 kJ/kg-K h2s = 418.462 kJ/kg Thus, Isentropic Work Done I = h2s - h1 = 418.462 - 413.357 = 5.105 kJ/kg Actual Work Done A = h2- h1 = 448.042 - 413.357 = 34.685 kJ/kg Hence, Isentropic Efficiency = I/A = 5.105/34.685 = 14.72%
Q: We bought a second hand Rover 75, three months later head gasket blew. This was replaced but blew again due to original wet liners. A reconditioned engine was then put in but head gasket blew again due to original water pump. I am not trying to ascertain blame i would just like to know which is accurate as car seller is saying fault of mechanic as should have changed wet liners and water pump and mechanic is saying it is not common practice to change this parts when you replace a head gasket or engine. Thanks for any clarification, especially if you are a mechanic yourself.
It seems excessive to have to remove the engine to replace a head gasket. But I typically work on American cars, and I've seen the inside of an Altima, it is quite cramped. If I were you, I'd search google for replace head gasket procedure nissan altima and see what it comes back with.
Q: I am trying to increase the pressure of my shower and I am looking to install a water pump. Does anyone know what kind of pump would work well for this? I don't want a big pressure pump, just a small one that will be cheap.
its called a demand pump when you turn the shower on it kicks on
Q: replaced water pump and thermostat, flushed, opened bleeder valve had long life red colored original coolant, no visible leaks obstruction, when became hot on highway, accelerated quickly and temp back down to norm, eventually after 3hrs driving o.heated stopped and got towed home, new water pumps fins/pulley not turning as freely as old one, no leak out of inspection hole, hoses good shape.2001 2.2l ohv sunfire, air cond.
Your new pump will be tighter then your old pump just makes sense and no you can not pack grease around the bearing, it's sealed you can't even see it. You have given me the best clue you could have and that was that you accelerated and the temp went down. What you did was force more water to circulate in the system. So that leads me to think you have air in the system or the fan is not doing it's job. I'm going with the air in the system but if your car has a viscus fan drive I'd give it a turn, it should not free wheel. Why dose the work head gasket ALWAYS have to come up when someone say overheat? Keep it simple and go back to the last thing done.
Q: Is the pump lift horizontal or vertical?
A vertical, vertical lift is one meter (see environment), usually 5~10 times the horizontal distance
Q: I live in a residential/country area, and I have a well pump down cellar. I notice that, even if I am not using any water, nothing is running (toilet, etc) it tends to cycle on and off every hour or so. The pressure is always good, so that's not an issue. I am just wondering....is it normal for it to do this?
How long does it pump when it turns on? This sounds like short cycling; you might have a leak somewhere in the system.
Q: I have a 1999 Chevy Cavalier Z24 2.4 engine and the water pump needs replaced how much would this cost me to take to a garage to have fixed?
good okorder and see what is up with the price. The estimator sectrion may be able to give some idea of what a water pump sells for and the labor costs. One major problem with all of the front engine front wheel drive cars is the cost of replacing a water pump can be 2 to 4 times as much in labor as the front engine rear wheel drive vehicles of the 70a and 80s for example my suburban was a total of 200 dollars not so with the cavalier The water pump itself was not too bad but the labor getting to it sucks. 104 to 199 dollars for a waterpump and 627 to 800 dollars for the labor could bring you a bill for 732 to 999 dollars lets hope its the cheaper of the estimates
Q: Is this a symptom of a bigger problem or do I just need to replace the water pump?
either the water pump gasket is leaking, or the water pump impeller seal is leaking. bith can be fixed by replacing the water pump. after replacement make sure to check for any other leaks.
Q: I have septic tanks. My toilet flushing water is filthy and the water pump runs for a long time and sounds strange. I have turned the pump off for now but know this is not an answer but i was worried it would burn out or something. Do i need a part for the pressure pump? Please help any plumbers out there.
I'm not sure why you only mention the water in your toilet. Alot of residential wells are just holes in the ground with 10 or 20 feet of casing. That is the large pipe in the ground that keeps the surface dirt from caving in. If the pump pipe- the one that the water comes out of the well in- has a hole in it down below the casing, then when the pump runs water sprays out onto the dirt in the well and is sucked up by the pump. Sometimes the dirt hole will collapse filling the well to a level close to the pump or even above. Dirt in well water should be checked out by a pump company soon. Your pump will wearout faster and if there is a chance of cleaning out the dirt it should be done right away.
