WQ series submersible sewage pump is mainly used for the municipal works, buildings, industrial sewage and sewage treatment to discharge the sewage, waste water and rainwater containing solids and long fibers.
2)  Characteristic and advantage
1. Most of the impellers with the pump of an aperture below 400 come as a bi-runner impeller and few of them is a multi-blade centrifugal impeller. While most of the impellers with the pump of an aperture 400 and above come as a mixed flow impeller and few of them is a bi-runner impeller. The spacious pump casing runner lets the solids easily passing and the fibers uneasily wrapping so that it is most suitable for discharging sewage and dirt.
2. Two independent single end-face mechanical seals are in-series mounted, with the installation mode as the internal installation mode, and, compared with the external installation mode, the medium is more uneasy to leak and also its sealing friction pair are easier lubricated by the oil in the oil chamber. A special spiral slot or a small seam is used to resist the solid
grains to be deposited on the mechanical seal by the pump to make sure of its stable work. The unique mechanical seal layout mode and bearing combination makes the suspension arm of the shaft short, a heavy rigidity and a small jump, more benefit for reducing the leak from the mechanical seal and extending the life of it.

submerged depth of the pump, without need of special persons for looking-after, option at will is available between the selfcoupled reducing start and electronic soft start. All of these
makes sure of safe and reliable use of the pump without any worry.
5. Both motor and hydraulic parts are directly linked together, without need of turning the shaft for centering, easily disassembled and assembled to save the time, benefit for the
site maintenance, reducing the stopped time, saving the cost of repair; simple and compact structure leaves a small volume, only simple lifting equipment is needed, as a special lifting
handler is set on the pump; less land area and the pump can be placed directly in the sewage pond, without need of a special pump house, and the therefore the construction investment

Available with five installation modes for you to choose: auto-coupled, movable hard-pipe, movable soft-pipe, fixed wet type and fixed dry type installation modes.The auto-coupled installation means the connection between the pump and the water-out pipeline is made with the water outlet pipe seat of the auto-coupling, without use of the common fasteners, and, when to separate the pump from the water outlet pipe seat, just place it down along with the guide rod and then lift it, simply enough to get free from worry and trouble and save time.

Removal Disconnect battery ground cable . Drain engine cooling system. Loosen four water pump pulley retaining bolts while drive belts are still tight. Remove drive belt . Remove the drive belt tensioner. Disconnect and remove heater water hose from water pump. Remove engine control sensor wiring from locating stud bolt. Remove 11 water pump to engine retaining bolts. Lift water pump and water pump pulley up and out of vehicle. Installation CAUTION: Use care when scraping as aluminum gouges easily which may form leak paths. NOTE: Lightly oil all bolt and stud bolt threads with Motor Oil before installation except those specifying special sealant. Clean gasket surfaces on water pump and engine front cover. Position a new water pump housing gasket on water pump sealing surface using Gasket and Trim Adhesive or equivalent to hold the water pump housing gasket in place. NOTE: Apply Pipe Sealant with Teflon ? to bolt No. 3 (as illustrated) prior to installation. With water pump pulley loosely positioned on water pump hub, align water pump to engine front cover and install retaining bolts. Tighten retaining bolts as follows: No. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 to 20-30 Nm (15 -22 lb-ft). No. 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 to 8-12 Nm (71-106 lb-in). Install engine control sensor wiring to locating stud bolt (FFV only). Hand-tighten water pump pulley retaining bolts. Install drive belt tensioner . Install the drive belt Tighten water pump pulley retaining bolts to 20-30 Nm (15-22 lb-ft). Install heater water hose . Clamp securely. Fill and bleed engine cooling system. Connect battery ground cable . Start engine and check for coolant and oil leaks.

I had a 97 Eagle Vision that had a lot of the same internals as the Sebring, Intrepid, etc... I went through 4 water pumps on it and eventually got rid of it because of the lemon laws. From what I remember back then it is an electric water pump with an absolutely horrid location for mounting. I am going to guess that it's something best left to an ASE type of of mechanic.

hi you need to get the workshop manual for your motor. You can go to the library I am sure they will have one. The basics though... make sure you have a lower unit gaskey set, a full water pump rebuild kit and the correct impellor. You need the manual so that you can locate the correct bolts to loosen and the procedure for disconecting the gear shifting mechanism. With the manual its an easy job. without.. its kind of pot luck if you have never done it before. I have changed impellors and water pumps on many different boat motors and i have aways used the manuals. Even now I would still use the manual as a reference to change the impellor and water pump housing in my Johnson even though i have done it before. The manual will probily cost about $25 but it will save you hundreds in the long run as you will be able to trouble shoot other problems.
