- It depends on your stance when doing squats. The wider apart your feet are then the more your glutes will be involved...the closer you stand the more your thighs take over. The same goes for leg press. Also, on leg press the lower you place your feet the less the glutes will be working. For size keep reps between 8-12 for weight loss 15-20 reps.

- Q: I am trying to become a Freelance Photographer and sell my photos to the local newspapers and other media organizations. - Permanent press is a type of cloth that resists wrinkling. However you still have to touch them up from time to time. The reason for the setting is it needs a much cooler temperature or it will ruin the material (leaves a bad shine on it). The iron will not steam n this setting either. You can use this setting for more delicate clothing also.

Sour Cream Spritz 1 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 large egg yolk 1/3 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda Preheat oven to 375 F. Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk, sour cream and vanilla. Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Gradually stir flour mixture into butter mixture. Fill cookie press with dough, then form cookies on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Note: Can also be made using a pastry bag using a large pastry tip. Here is another with cream cheese.You can add more sour cream or cream cheese and in place of some of the butter to make them even softer. CREAM CHEESE COOKIE - SPRITZ 1 c. butter 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 egg yolk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. sifted flour Food Coloring, optional Mix all ingredients; cool. Put in your spritz gun and have fun. Bake 8-9 minutes at 350 degrees.

- Due to the thickness and amount of moisture in a rose, it would most likely turn Brown, get moldy and/or rot if you pressed it in a phone book. Phone book pressing is good for leaves and flowers that are more on the flat side.. For your Rose, your best bet would be to purchase Silica gel pellets (inexpensive) at a craft store and follow the directions. Silica are small crystals that will suck all of the moisture out. You just layer the silica upon the rose until it is covered completely. In a couple of days it will be preserved (dry) and ready for framing. It will also keep its shape and would be more suitable for a shadowbox frame. The silica can be saved indefinitely and can be reused too :) Good luck to you.
