- Im not really sure... I think you could most likely get a more natural finish with loose, but then again it depends. I really think the actual powder could be good or bad. My personal favorite is pressed... just because my favorite powder is a pressed powder. But if i found a loose powder that was good then that would be fine with me. Also on doctor oz... he said loose is unhealthy because you breath it in.....just a fyi

- Q:Isn't the push press basically the same thing as the military press just with a small squat?
- A push press is done by using your knees to get the weight started and pushing it up about 1/4 to 1/2 of the way where a regular or regulation military press is done without any use or help from the knees and it's pressed solely with your arms and shoulders from a stand still position. In the push press it's more like a jerk than a press.

- There are safety rails but they can be pricey that can be used for any bench. I have included some website on bench press safety. I would suggest if you can't afford a safety rail then do use a spotter if you are using a straight bar. If you don't have a spotter try doing incline presses or flies with two free weights or different kinds of push-ups. Push-ups are a great way to built the chest. We just recently lost a high school football player to a bench press accident. He was working out alone and his mother came home and found him dead so please be safe while working out.

- Years ago, the press was unbiased and really helped the people know the truth and the whole story with the facts. That allowed the people to make good logical decisions. - It happens when your chest is very weak your triceps has to overload in that situation.Keep training once your chest gets as strong as your triceps you will feel it more on your chest.When i used to do incline barbell presses with 245lbs for reps in bulking my shoulders used to take over most of the weight than my chest since my shoulder press was close to or as strong as my incline bench press and my chest was weak but now i feel nothing on my shoulder since i am on different season and dont go that heavy. Also make sure you use better form and grip.About the width place your hands little more than shoulder width.I place my hands on the 2 silver rings on each side.If the bar has 3-4 rings put your hands on the 3rd silver ring.I try to bench with a bar with 1 ring since its easier for me. Also when you do bench don't lockout on each and every rep.Keep the burn on the chest.People might say half reps or whatever but it works your chest.After all you are working your chest not your shoulder or triceps.It got its own day. (you want to control your lift not only for saftey reasons but for performance and form).

How can something , for example, that is 10 by 10 be pressed at 150 psi and equal 30 tons but the same exact thing only smaller pressed at 150 psi only have 15 tons acting on it? I know we get what Tons it should be by (Area * PSI)/ 2000 What I do not understand is how equal PSI can result in different pounds of weight being applied to an object? Is the PSI whats moving the hydraulic press up to close and the pounds of weight how tight its pressing whats in the middle?
